WDet-5000 is a self-developed total phosphorus on-line monitoring instrument. This product is based on the global initiative magnetic conductivity measurement platform, combining with constant optical fiber and digestion colorimetric integration technology. The total phosphorus automatic online monitoring system has the features, including high precision, low detection limit, high stability and low maintenance frequency, low level phosphorus analysis.

This product works in accordance with the technical requirements of GB 11893-1989 Water Quality Total Phosphorus-Ammonium Molybdate Spectrophotometry, fully meets the pollution sources, municipal wastewater, industrial processes in the application areas and has passed the certification of CCEP.

Technical Specification Of WDet-5000 Total Phosphorus Online Automatic Analyzer

The pretreatment workshop of Lithium extraction process adopts the international leading gradient coupling membrane separation technology, and the potassium fluoride from salt pans is subjected to magnesium-lithium separation and lithium concentration process to obtain high-purity lithium-rich brine, and is sent to the lithium plant to produce battery-grade lithium carbonate. The operation of the membrane equipment is fully automatic, the lithium yield can reach 80%, and it is at the leading level in the lithium recovery from brines.

The potassium fluoride from salt pans is thoroughly mixed with the fresh water sent from the boundary area to reduce the magnesium ion concentration in the brine and then sent to the pre-treatment unit. In the pretreatment unit, the brine is removed by sand filtration to remove large particles of impurities and then sent to an ultrafiltration filter to remove all solid suspended matter. The pretreated purified brine is mixed with the fresh water reused in the workshop to further reduce the ion concentration and sent to the magnesium-lithium separation unit. In the brine purification process, it is separated into magnesium in the brine by a nano-scale membrane separation process in a magnesium-lithium separation unit to reduce the ratio of magnesium to lithium produced by the brine, and the high-magnesium old halogen is converted into a pure lithium chloride solution, and then sent to a lithium chloride primary concentration unit. The primary concentration unit uses a reverse osmosis membrane to concentrate the lithium chloride solution to increase the concentration of lithium chloride, and at the same time, fresh water is recycled to the former unit for dilution of the brine to achieve an internal balance of production water. The concentrated lithium chloride solution concentrated by the reverse osmosis membrane enters the secondary concentration unit, and the unit is further concentrated by the electrodialysis membrane to concentrate the lithium chloride concentrated water, and finally, the lithium-rich brine is sent to the sinking lithium workshop to produce battery-grade lithium carbonate.

The high-precision anti-pollution ceramic ultrafiltration membrane is used to purify the brine water, which can remove all solid suspended matter in the brine. The water recovery rate is high, the regeneration is easy, the service life is long, and the long-term stable operation can be maintained under the complicated salt lake brine condition.

The imported magnesium-lithium separation special membrane has high separation efficiency, low magnesium content, unique lithium enrichment effect, low lithium content in the outer row, and low lithium loss.

The imported reverse osmosis concentrated membrane has high ion rejection rate, good lithium concentration effect, no phase change in the concentration process, no steam consumption, and low energy consumption.

The imported electrodialysis membrane has high concentration efficiency, stable performance, long service life, no consumption of chemical agents, low operating cost, simple equipment, and high automation.

Degreasing process is a necessary step before any other processing in mechanical industry, in the steel industry and generally speaking in the transformation of raw materials.

Degreasing treatment is performed with aid of an aqueous solution containing detergents.

The detergents emulsify oil present on the material to be treated; for this reason, oil concentration tends to increase in degreasing baths until the need for renewal and/or replacement, to avoid loss of efficacy.

Using ceramic membrane technology, there has two fluids, one is permeated which is constituted by water and detergents present in the original bath, the other is concentrate which contains oils and suspended solids and that is back to oil removal tank. After ceramic membrane treatment, the concentration of oil in the degreasing tank can be maintained at a low and very stable concentration range, the quality of the cleaned steel plate is uniform. The emulsion oil in the waste liquid is subjected to demulsification to reduce the amount of surfactant used in the cleaning solution.

Separation principle

Selecting the appropriate ceramic membrane filtration precision, by utilizing the characteristics that oil molecules and water molecules differ by tens of times in size and hydrophilic membrane surface properties of ceramic membrane, oil molecules can be effectively rejected, and water, degreasing bath, and surfactant small molecules can be recycled through the membrane surface. The degreasing bath is concentrated by the ceramic membrane system, and the volume of the discharged waste liquid is greatly reduced.

Many of today’s modern governments have a multi pillar approach when dealing with an enemy. The political approach, covert measure, counter-proliferation, sanctions and when all else fails, the need to issue a regime change. The same concept can also be applied to the eternal struggle for the Souls of mankind. All believers who have accepted Christ declared war against sin and walked away victorious once the final pillar became the only option to establish peace. I am asking you today, “What political action did you attempt before applying a regime change?”

Many people know that the story of the Adam and Eve and believe that the first sin occurred in the Garden of Eden. In reality the first sin was when Satan and his angels rebelled against God. In efforts to continue to defy God, Satan turned to corrupt the hearts of humanity using lies to beguile man to sin against God. This separation caused men and women to be eternally cursed, thrusting mankind into the spiritual war for our very existence.

The multi pillar approach will fail in our efforts to win the spiritual battle. For there is only one way by accepting Jesus even though we may try one or all of the pillars. The only method that will bring about results is the regime change. Here are a few reasons why the political and covert measure will never work and why issuing Christ as your new King is the only regime that will work.

The political approach involves compromise, placing your soul in a losing position. This is evident because Jesus clearly states, “So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth” (Revelations 3:16). God is looking for you to love Him without compromise so the political approach clearly will resolve regaining peace in the war for your soul.

The covert measure is a planned approach to resolve a crisis. Usually it will attempt to make a move on the enemy in a manner that is concealed. You will hear many people say that I plan to go to church later after I have my fun or attend Church on Sunday then returning to their daily routine. The covert measure allows sin the opportunity to revolve in your life on a weekly schedule. Yes, you are living your life just as you planned it, but not according the Word. Our efforts to live life in this manner will keep your soul in constant deliberation. So in your attempts to move out and move on, the enemy will be useless only because negotiable efforts are being dealt by the father of lies. (John 8:44)

God, I recognize that I have not lived my life for you up until now. I have been living for myself and that is wrong. I need you in my life today, and want you in my life from now on. I acknowledge the complete work of Your Son Jesus Christ in giving His life for me on the cross at Calvary, and I long to receive the forgiveness you have made freely available to me through this sacrifice. Come into my life now, Lord and take up residence in my heart to be my Lord and Savior. From this day forward I will not be bound by sin nor desire to please myself, but follow you all the days of my life. I ask this in Jesus name. Amen.

The Apostle Paul was not ruled by things like an addiction to the approval and appreciation of people. No, he was an FBI Christian. That is he was a Firm Believer In God the Father, God the Son Jesus Christ and God the Holy Spirit (1 X 1 X 1 = 1) no matter what someone thought about him or how they treated him. This does not mean that he was nasty. It means that he didn’t define “nice” as pleasing people in a way that contradicted the purposes of God. Paul dared to care for people while staying true to Biblical teachings.

God developed him, so that he could take it when people became more and more stubborn speaking evil of and living contrary to the Way of the Lord because some thought that Paul did not have the right background or credentials to do what he was doing. The Apostle Paul's identity was not tied to the flesh, outward privileges, physical advantages and external appearances. Try though they might to stop the Apostle Paul and to shift his direction to Satanic ways, they couldn’t. An attack on Paul is the same as an attack on God. That doesn’t mean that Paul didn’t have shipwrecks, but it does mean that God made sure that Paul sailed through all the seas of life, succeeded in the plans God made for him before the foundation of the world and stayed anchored in his relationship with God first and people second. Some practices of FBI Christians are:

· Praise God for the progress He has accomplished in your life. If the Holy Spirit is so strong in you that you can put down a sin stronghold in a day. Praise God. If it takes longer. Praise God. For example, say you smoked five cigarettes a day five years ago, but today you only smoke two cigarettes a day. One day you will not smoke. (See Romans 7:15-25).

• If God chose you and called you, never give up. The righteous are bold as a lion. The righteous are not sinless; their sins are washed away by the blood of the Lamb Jesus Christ who is transforming them daily into an ever more accurate reflection of who He is.

· Put the devil in his place; that is behind you. Reject shame, condemnation and any apology for where you are at provided you are in Christ and seeking Him and His ways. Someone said: "I'm okay, and I am on my way." God will get you to the final destination. The truth is you will battle some sin until the grave or rapture. Conviction and cleansing in one area means it’s time for God to convict and cleanse you in another area. Isn’t God so good that He doesn’t show us all our problems in a day?

• Press past distraction and discouragement and attempts to silence your voice and destroy you. The enemy is trying to intimidate you. Disobey the devil and his demons. If your Master is Christ, why bow down to the prince of this world? It doesn’t matter what resources the kingdom of darkness has. Greater is the God inside of Christians than the whole wide world.
• Put on the full armor of God (See Ephesians 6:10-18). The devil is going to expose your relatively little errors while covering up the extensive errors of his people.
• Refuse to be paralyzed by the attacks of the kingdom of darkness. In a way it’s a compliment; if you had no value in the kingdom of God, there would not be any vigorous attack against you.
• Pursue peace, but don’t accept peace at any price. If you are in a long-term, non-familial relationship full of strife, seek God for permission to separate. Living in strife and division saps your strength.
