The Borehole Project

Happy Good Friday to You! This is my first blog EVER so thank you in advance for your patience. Since 2015 I have been divinely guided in a mission to bring clean water access to parts of Ghana, West Africa. Before and during these annual trips to Ghana,  the Lord has confirmed His Word with signs following and I couldn't be more grateful for the opportunity to spearhead this effort. You know that faith is an action word and our faith works by love. Each time the Lord has directed me on this mission, something wonderfully unexpected happens. I will be going again the end of this month, and wouldn't you know it, the Lord has already done something wonderful! Actually, He's done quite a few things that make me smile just to think about it. But the one thing that I'm referring to at this five minutes is when I sent out this video to friends that have businsses, a couple emailed me (total stranger and not a friend to any friends that I sent the video to!) to learn more about what I'm doing in Ghana. We met by zoom and the wife of the couple said a friend shared the video with her because she said she wanted to go to Ghana in April. You will hear in the video that I will be in Ghana in April! So now, this coupld is not only going on the trip with me, they are purchasing a borehole as well!! One other thought about our wonderful Father is when I shared the video with one of my friends for her to share with business owners, she said she's going to share the video in the family meeting as well as her sisterhood club so that they can each purchase a borehole as a unit! Why didn't I think of families (or friends) purchasing a borehole together??! God's awesomeness is unfathomable. I and my sister's quickly purchased a borehole in honor of our mother that transitioned November 2021 because she was a true giver. Please watch the video and share your thoughts. Industrial High Temperature Heat Pump Overview

Industry 90℃ high temperature air to water heat pump this is newest technology in the air source heat pump line,  by R410A + R134a refrigerant combine inside, using Mitsubishi R410A DC inverter compressor as the first stage and R134a special high temperature compressor as second stage to sure machine working limit -20℃ winter produce outlet 90℃ hot water 245L/h.

 

Outlet hot water temperature can set from 55℃~90℃ as user requirement, so it is widely using home radiator heating by 65℃, 75℃,85℃or 90℃ hot water for industry heating using --like a factory, textile, printing, and dying, military industry, steam line, ironing, explosive, medicine high-temperature sterilization line.

 

 What is a high temperature heat pump?

 

The definition of the high-temperature heat pump is compared with the current market lea    ding air temperature heat pump product with a maximum water temperature below 55 ℃.

 

  1. The temperature of water supply is above 65 ℃.
  2. The temperature of the effluent is between 65-75 ℃.
  3. The highest temperature can reach 85 degrees Celsius (SUNCHI temperature ultra high-temperature heat pump can reach 90℃.

 

The heat pump that can meet the above requirements and meet the high-temperature hot water demand of commercial or similar industries in civil or industrial sectors is the high-temperature heat pump.

With the implementation of the national policy of energy saving and emission reduction and the rising of energy prices, the impact of heat and energy conservation in the industrial and commercial field has been increasing. As a kind of energy-saving technology, heat pump technology has unique advantages in saving energy and protecting the environment. However, the economy is not good under the condition of high water temperature, which restricts the popularization and application of ordinary air source heat pump.

 

The high-temperature air source heat pump technology developed by the SUNCHI New Energy Company is at the historic moment in this context. The water temperature of the SUNCHI high-temperature energy water heater can reach up to 85 ℃, which greatly expands the application range of the ground source heat pump technology.

 

SUNCHI high temp heat pump mainly uses electricity, but electricity is only used to drive heat pump system to absorb heat from outside environment. And then the heat is released to heat. Unlike conventional electric heaters, which directly use one-degree electricity to form 860 large calories, the experiment proves that the heat from the same one-degree electricity absorbed from outside for the heat pump system is four bits of 860 calories, so the electricity used is only 1/4 of the electric heater.

 

A simple analogy: a heat pump can use an electric energy to absorb 2-3 free heat from the environment, then use this heat energy for heating, and the electrical energy is also used for heating. The experiment will eventually make the heat efficiency up to 300-500%.

 

The general heating methods are directly heated by energy, the energy efficiency of the electric heater is 95%, and the natural gas is about 80%. The heat pump water heater uses electricity to drive the compressor, instead of being used directly for heating. The heat comes from the environment.

 

Saving energy is saving money, it saves the operating cost of 3/4 compared with electric heating and oil furnace; saves 2/3 running cost compared with the gas heater; saves a large labor cost and environmental protection compared with coal. Even if compared with the solar energy, it can save the running cost of 1/3, and use the heat of valley electricity to shift the electricity from the peak periods to off-peak periods, so the run cost is saved again and again.

 

The scope of application: high temperature heat pump water heater can meet the heating demand of agricultural and sideline products processing industry, beverage processing industry, electroplating dyeing industry, textile printing and dyeing industry, drying industry, bass disinfection, and other industries. It can be used for drying aquatic products, meat products, Chinese medicinal materials, wood, paper products, printing products, incense mosquito repellent incense, tobacco, casings, industrial products and other hot air heating in ceramic production, solidification, and heating of battery production. The highest temperature can achieve 85 degrees centigrade for high-temperature type and 60℃ for the common type.

Ammonia Stripping Plant

A stripping system is installed and serves for reducing the ammonia nitrogen content and also the chemical oxygen demand(COD)in the process waste water to the standard values downstream the fertilizer production process.

 

Initially the waste water is fed into the tank near ground level. From there it is conducted into a Micro Bubble Generator Pump where air is mixed along with the water and brought into solution under pressure. After pressure released, the generated water-air mixture is delivered back into the tank through nozzles from above. Due to this sparkling, the ammonia releases gaseously from the waste water. UF Membrane Technology

Ultrafiltration (UF) is a variety of membrane filtration in which forces, such as pressure or concentration gradients, cause separation through the semi-permeable membrane. High molecular weight suspended solids and solutes remain in the so-called retentate while water and low molecular weight solutes pass through the membrane in the permeate (filtrate). The pore size of the ultrafiltration membrane is in the range of 0.01μm ~ 0.05μm, suitable for the separation, concentration and purification of macromolecules and small molecules.

 

Application of Ceramic ultrafiltration Membrane

 

UF technology can be used to remove particulates and macromolecules from raw water to produce potable water. It has been used to replace the existing secondary (coagulation, flocculation, sedimentation) and tertiary filtration (sand filtration and chlorination) systems used in water treatment plants or as stand-alone systems in isolated areas with a growing population.

 

When treating water containing highly suspended solids, primary (screening, flotation and filtration) and some secondary treatments are often used as a pretreatment stage to incorporate ultrafiltration into the process.

 

When water recovery is simple, very little processing is often required. However, when more in-depth processing is required, industry standard procedures include the use of UF membrane technology, which means removing the physical solids from the water by passing them through a semipermeable membrane. With ultrafiltration, the solids are primarily captured by the filter and discarded.

 

Circulating water can also be used in a variety of industrial applications including water supply to boilers or cooling towers, pH control, cleaning equipment, hard beds and vehicles, fire fighting, rinsing or process water for manufacturing industrial lines, toilet flushing, dust control, construction activities Mix with concrete.

 

Ultrafiltration is often used to pre-treat surface water, seawater and bioprocessed municipal water upstream of reverse osmosis plants.

 

Industries that consume large amounts of water or discharge highly toxic wastewater may use ultrafiltration to recover water.

 

These include chemicals, steel, plastics and resins, paper and pulp, pharmaceutical and food and beverage industries, including soft drinks and canned foods, and electricity, water and wastewater treatment plants.

 

Ultrafiltration is used to recycle flow or add value to later products and more. In many cases ultrafiltration (UF) is used for prefiltration in reverse-osmosis plants to protect the reverse-osmosis process. Ultrafiltration is an effective means of reducing the silt density index of water and removing particulates that can foul reverse osmosis membranes.

WDet-5000UVI Immersion UV Water Analyzer

Overview

WDet-5000UVI is the first full-spectrum (200-800nm) immersion UV water analyzer at home. With features of the delicate and convenient structure, plug and play, auto cleaning function, it can be widely applied to measure indexes including COD, BOD, and turbidity in surface water, underground water, and municipal sewage.

 

Technical Principle Of WDet-5000UVI Immersion UV Water Analyzer

 

The portable water quality analyser adopts a pulse xenon lamp as the light source and ultraviolet spectrometer as a detector, which can collect the absorption spectrum of water pollution between 200nm and 800nm in real time. The water pollutant content can be analyzed in real time through the chemometrics algorithm technology. The optical path is shown as the following figure.

 

The spectral probe can record a complete spectrum between 200nm to 800nm (UV-visible light) and distinguish the spectrum into 256 wavelengths to obtain "Spectral fingerprint". It can monitor multiple parameters simultaneously through the information contained in spectral fingerprint and compensate those parameters aiming at possible cross-sensitivity. The relevance between measuring result and laboratory result achieves high quality that simple optical instrument can never obtain before.

Overview

WDet-5000 is a self-developed total phosphorus on-line monitoring instrument. This product is based on the global initiative magnetic conductivity measurement platform, combining with constant optical fiber and digestion colorimetric integration technology. The total phosphorus automatic online monitoring system has the features, including high precision, low detection limit, high stability and low maintenance frequency, low level phosphorus analysis.

 

This product works in accordance with the technical requirements of GB 11893-1989 Water Quality Total Phosphorus-Ammonium Molybdate Spectrophotometry, fully meets the pollution sources, municipal wastewater, industrial processes in the application areas and has passed the certification of CCEP.
