At present, pvc membrane welding machine has been widely promoted in a number of plastic welding industry. Various welding defects are inevitable in the process of use. In this article, it mainly analyzes how to solve the problems in debugging or welding.

 

1.Crush and bruise

Pressing injury and abrasion are common problems in the process of pvc membrane welding machine. Sometimes it's not so serious, and it just gets white or marks. When you encounter such problems, the first thing to do is to ensure that the location of the tooling is not out of alignment. First let off the air of the cylinder, press down the welding head, and carefully observe whether the welding head position of the scratch is correct. If the welding head is in the correct position, or if the abrasion or compression occurs on the support (or lower cover), then it is necessary to observe whether there is any interference between the tooling and the product. If it is old tooling, it is suggested to clean the tooling with alcohol at this time. If it is a new fixture, lightly rub the scratch (especially at the bottom of the step) with sandpaper to prevent burrs. In addition, observe whether the air pressure of the cylinder is too large during welding, whether the film of the pad has not been changed for a long time during welding, or whether there are foreign bodies stuck on the film.

 

If the above work is done, the pressing injury still exists, it can be basically judged as the interference of tooling. At this time, the mold shall be modified according to the size and location of the pressing injury:

(1)slight pressing injury. File the sharp Angle of the tool at the corresponding place of the tool, blunt the sharp Angle of the tool, and then use sandpaper polishing;

 

(2)the pressing injury is serious, but there is no welding rib at the corresponding place. Rub off the interference part of the fixture with an air abrasive rod (be careful not to touch other parts, especially the root part of the air abrasive rod, which may be rubbed off other places without being noticed). After grinding, make it smooth with whetstone and buff with sandpaper;

 

(3)severe crush injury. If there is welding rib in the corresponding place, or if there is serious pressing injury and the interference part is very large, please consult with the designer. Have the processing center dealing with the modified drawing and contact the relevant personnel to confirm whether there is a problem with the injection molding, or whether to improve the product structure.

 

2.Material overflow

If there is any overflow in the welding process of pvc membrane welding machine, do not debug or modify the welding parameters right away. First measure the size after welding, and compare it with the normal value. Adjust according to the difference.

 

3.Insufficient welding strength

If it is old tooling, first stick the product on the welding head, observe whether the gap between the product and the welding head is too large in the weak welding place, to determine whether the welding head is worn; if it is a new tool, please scan it with the welding head, observe its frequency, power and curve, and make sure there is no problem with the welding head.

Precautions

  1. Before the alloy anchor is going down to the well, it must be checked carefully on the ground. It can only be put into the well after all the inspection contents are qualified;

① Open the box to check the certificate and record the tool number;

② Check whether the fastening screws on the baffle are loose, and ensure that all screws are tightened;

③ Check whether the anchor claw is in the initial state. It is forbidden to be put into the well if the pressing plate or the anchor claw is higher than the surface of the body;

④ The minimum drift diameter must be followed before going down to the well, and it can only be put into the well after it is qualified.

 

  1. The liquid, material, pipe and tools entering the well shall be clean and meet the quality standard;
  2. When putting the pipe, the operation shall be stable. It is strictly prohibited to lift and place the string violently. It is strictly prohibited to stop or slide the drill.

Concentrated milk proteins (MPCs) and isolated milk proteins (MPIs) are produced by ceramic dairy membrane filtration system and their dairy proteins are separated from fresh skim milk. Heat treatment and centrifugal sterilization are the traditional methods of reducing total number of bacteria in milk and dairy products, but these methods have their own advantages and disadvantages. Traditional techniques to remove bacteria in milk have more steps and high cost, short life, environmental pollution, inconvenient cleaning. However, the ceramic membrane filtration of milk can well solve these problems.

 

Membrane separation technology is used to eliminate bacteria in milk, which is based on the fact that the membrane has different material retention rates in various components of milk, including bacteria and spores. Bacteria can make the rejection rate of more than 99%, while casein transmittance can reach about 99%.

 

Membrane separation technology has a good membrane flux and sterilization effect, can completely remove bacteria in liquid milk, at the same time the flavor of milk has also been improved.

 

Membrane separation technology for cold sterilization is the method of fresh milk is  preheated to about 50 degrees and skim milk is got through milk cream separation machine. UF Membrane Technology

Ultrafiltration (UF) is a variety of membrane filtration in which forces, such as pressure or concentration gradients, cause separation through the semi-permeable membrane. High molecular weight suspended solids and solutes remain in the so-called retentate while water and low molecular weight solutes pass through the membrane in the permeate (filtrate). The pore size of the ultrafiltration membrane is in the range of 0.01μm ~ 0.05μm, suitable for the separation, concentration and purification of macromolecules and small molecules.

 

Application of Ceramic ultrafiltration Membrane

 

UF technology can be used to remove particulates and macromolecules from raw water to produce potable water. It has been used to replace the existing secondary (coagulation, flocculation, sedimentation) and tertiary filtration (sand filtration and chlorination) systems used in water treatment plants or as stand-alone systems in isolated areas with a growing population.

 

When treating water containing highly suspended solids, primary (screening, flotation and filtration) and some secondary treatments are often used as a pretreatment stage to incorporate ultrafiltration into the process.

 

When water recovery is simple, very little processing is often required. However, when more in-depth processing is required, industry standard procedures include the use of UF membrane technology, which means removing the physical solids from the water by passing them through a semipermeable membrane. Microfiltration (commonly abbreviated to MF) is a type of physical filtration process where a contaminated fluid is passed through a special pore-sized membrane to separate microorganisms and suspended particles from process liquid. Polysilicon Cutting Fluid Recovery

In recent years, the wafer industry has developed rapidly, but at the same time, it also produces a large amount of wastewater. The production wastewater mainly comes from the cleaning process of the polysilicon ingot slicing process. The acid-containing wastewater is produced in the cleaning process after the surface treatment of the polycrystalline silicon ingot with the mixed acid. Palm Oil Wastewater

Organic Acid Fermentation Broth Clarification

Although batch processes are currently used, a number of more advanced techniques have been investigated in order to improve the process efficiency of organic acid fermentation. Natural Rubber

Natural rubber, as initially produced, consists of polymers of the organic compound isoprene, with minor impurities of other organic compounds, plus water.

 

Currently, rubber is harvested mainly in the form of the latex from the rubber tree or others. The latex is a sticky, milky colloid drawn off by making incisions in the bark and collecting the fluid in vessels in a process called "tapping". The latex then is refined into rubber ready for commercial processing. In major areas, latex is allowed to coagulate in the collection cup. The coagulated lumps are collected and processed into dry forms for marketing.

 

Natural rubber is used extensively in many applications and products, either alone or in combination with other materials. In most of its useful forms, it has a large stretch ratio and high resilience and is extremely waterproof.

 

Centrifuged latex is processed into final articles by dipping, extruding, and coating. Different articles have different physical and chemical requirements, which means that the latex used in their manufacture must be modified by the addition of a great variety of substances that give each "formulation" its unique characteristics.

 

These characteristics are well-specified and must be carefully controlled.

 

Skim latex is generated during natural rubber processing centrifuged into fresh latex to become concentrated latex. Skim latex is a raw material for producing skim rubber block according to the low content of rubber particles in the range of 4-8% DRC.

 

Traditionally, skim latex is treated with sulphuric acid to produce cheap, low-quality rubber products of 5% skim rubber content. Not only does this method consume large quantities of the acid, which results in high production cost, more importantly, causing harmful pollutants to the environment.

Degreasing Liquid Treatment

Degreasing process is a necessary step before any other processing in mechanical industry, in the steel industry and generally speaking in the transformation of raw materials.

 

Degreasing treatment is performed with aid of an aqueous solution containing detergents.

 

The detergents emulsify oil present on the material to be treated; for this reason, oil concentration tends to increase in degreasing baths until the need for renewal and/or replacement, to avoid loss of efficacy.

Concentrated milk proteins (MPCs) and isolated milk proteins (MPIs) are produced by ceramic membrane filtration system and their dairy proteins are separated from fresh skim milk. They combine rich calcium with good thermal stability and refreshing mouthfeel. They are rich in casein and whey protein in the same proportions as skim milk.
