Tips to Stop Sand Making Machine Vibration

The daily maintenance of sand making machine is essential. The sand making machine must be allowed to stop at regular intervals and the internal wear of the machine must be observed regularly. Replace or repair. It should also be noted that the observation window should not be opened during the normal operation of the sand making machine, so as to avoid dangerous accidents.

The tension of V-belt of reversible sand making machine should be adjusted properly to ensure uniform loading of V-belt. When driven by two motors, the V-belts on both sides should be grouped and matched to make the length of each group as consistent as possible. Adjustments should be made so that the current difference between the two motors does not exceed 15A. In the working process, due to the high-speed equipment of sand making machine, special attention should be paid to the safety. Workers should stay away from equipment. If maintenance is required on the machine, the power must be turned off before operation.

Add proper amount of grease every 400 hours. After 2000 hours of operation, open the spindle assembly to clean the bearing. Normally, it can work for 7200 hours and replace the bearing with a new one. The upper bearing of the spindle assembly is a floating end and the lower bearing is a fixed end. After assembly, turn the pulley by hand to make it rotate flexibly. During the operation of the sand making machine, due to the high speed of the equipment, special attention should be paid to the safety production. Relevant personnel should stay away from the equipment. If maintenance is needed on the machine, it should be done after shutdown. It is recommended that you ask professional maintenance personnel to solve the problem. It is strictly forbidden to dismantle the core components without the permission of the manufacturer.

Regularly close and open the observation door to observe the internal wear of the sand making machine. The wear degree of the central feed pipe, conical cover, upper and lower runner bushing of impeller, circumferential protection plate and wear block should be replaced or repaired in time after wear. At the same time, replace the wear block to ensure that the weight of the wear block is the same. It is strictly forbidden to open the observation door to observe the internal working state during the operation of sand making machine, so as to avoid danger. The impeller body is found to be worn and replaced in time to find the manufacturer for repair. In particular, it is strictly forbidden to manufacture impellers without the permission of the manufacturer.

A layer of metal plate shall be laid on the basic mine drainage pipe, and the metal plate shall have sufficient inclination angle (determined by the fluidity of the material and shall not be less than 50 °) so as not to hinder the smooth discharge of the crushed product.

Since the sand making machine will vibrate violently when it works, it should be installed on the concrete foundation. In order to reduce vibration, noise and impact on the foundation of nearby buildings, please use it between hardwood pads, rubber bands or other damping materials.

At present, pvc membrane welding machine has been widely promoted in a number of plastic welding industry. Various welding defects are inevitable in the process of use. In this article, it mainly analyzes how to solve the problems in debugging or welding.

 

1.Crush and bruise

Pressing injury and abrasion are common problems in the process of pvc membrane welding machine. Sometimes it's not so serious, and it just gets white or marks. When you encounter such problems, the first thing to do is to ensure that the location of the tooling is not out of alignment. First let off the air of the cylinder, press down the welding head, and carefully observe whether the welding head position of the scratch is correct. If the welding head is in the correct position, or if the abrasion or compression occurs on the support (or lower cover), then it is necessary to observe whether there is any interference between the tooling and the product. If it is old tooling, it is suggested to clean the tooling with alcohol at this time. If it is a new fixture, lightly rub the scratch (especially at the bottom of the step) with sandpaper to prevent burrs. In addition, observe whether the air pressure of the cylinder is too large during welding, whether the film of the pad has not been changed for a long time during welding, or whether there are foreign bodies stuck on the film.

 

If the above work is done, the pressing injury still exists, it can be basically judged as the interference of tooling. At this time, the mold shall be modified according to the size and location of the pressing injury:

(1)slight pressing injury. File the sharp Angle of the tool at the corresponding place of the tool, blunt the sharp Angle of the tool, and then use sandpaper polishing;

 

(2)the pressing injury is serious, but there is no welding rib at the corresponding place. Rub off the interference part of the fixture with an air abrasive rod (be careful not to touch other parts, especially the root part of the air abrasive rod, which may be rubbed off other places without being noticed). After grinding, make it smooth with whetstone and buff with sandpaper;

 

(3)severe crush injury. If there is welding rib in the corresponding place, or if there is serious pressing injury and the interference part is very large, please consult with the designer. Have the processing center dealing with the modified drawing and contact the relevant personnel to confirm whether there is a problem with the injection molding, or whether to improve the product structure.

 

2.Material overflow

If there is any overflow in the welding process of pvc membrane welding machine, do not debug or modify the welding parameters right away. First measure the size after welding, and compare it with the normal value. Adjust according to the difference.

The Structure Characteristics of Micro Powder Mill

 

The high-pressure micro powder grinder mill  mainly consists of the main engine, blower, superfine analyzer, finished cyclone powder collector, bag filter and connecting duct. According to user needs, it can provide with auxiliary equipment such as the hoist, storage bin, electric cabinet, feeder, crusher and so on. In the grinding mill room, the grinding roller assembly is hung on the grinding cradle through the cross arm shaft. The grinding cradle, spindle and the relieving tool post are fixed. The pressure spring is tightly pressed on the outer end of the cantilever housing of the grinding roller bearing chamber by a tension rod. Taking the transverse load axis as the supporting point, the grinding roller is firmly pressed on the inner surface of the grinding ring by the spring pressure.

 

When the motor is rotated through the drive, the blade of the blade is synchronized with the grinding roller, and the roller rolls around the surface of the grinding ring and rotates around itself.
