La Granalladoras con transporte mediante rodillos es adecuada para formas grandes, regulares e irregulares y grandes lotes de piezas de trabajo.    3. La capacidad de producción requerida determinará el número de cabezales lanzadores, y la velocidad de limpieza puede diseñarse desde 0,5 m / min hasta 10 m / min (el reductor de velocidad infinitamente variable ajusta la velocidad de limpieza).

Did God create intelligent beings other than humans?

     The short answer would be YES! But don’t try cashing that check just yet, pilgrim.
God created angels (Psalms 148:2-5). He created all things including “powers, rulers or authorities” (Colossians 1:16). Some angels rebelled against God and became demons. Satan is a demon (Revelation 12:4).

     But the real intent of the question is did God create alien life? Did He create other human-type beings that live on another planet? Is our galaxy teeming with extra-terrestrial beings?
The short answer is, we don’t know. But this scenario has problems of its own. The bible says that when Adam “fell”, all of creation (the Greek word here is cosmos, which applies to all of the physical universe) fell with him. So if there are any other intelligent beings out there, they, like us humans, are “fallen” also and in need of a Savior. But how would they be “saved”?

Would they be human-type beings or just living things like bacteria. Since Christ died for the entire world (the Greek word is again, cosmos), and His death was “once for all” (Hebrews 7:26,27), how would these aliens get the salvation message? Since our sin nature was passed on to us thru our ancestors, how was it imputed to these extra-terrestrials (Romans 5:12-19)? How would they even know about it?

     So, it doesn’t seem likely, from a Christian viewpoint, that there are any extra-terrestrials. But we cannot completely rule it out either, just because we don’t know or cannot figure it out.

     But what about from a secular viewpoint? Most people would say that in one of the billions of galaxies out there, and in one of the trillions of planets, surely  there must be other intelligent beings out there. Without giving you a course in astronomy, the short answer is, it seems very unlikely.

     Here’s why;
– two thirds of the stars in the universe are multiple star systems (where 2 or 3 stars are revolving around each other in one solar system). A planet revolving around them would be exposed to extreme temperatures, to like thousands of degrees difference. Human life cannot live with such temperature variation. Earth’s temperature variation is only about 140 degrees, from about -20 to +120 degrees.
– of the remaing single star systems, our human-type life can only exist on about 10-15% of them. The radiation from these stars would be either the wrong type of radiation and/or it would be either too intense of not intense enough.
– the planet would have to be in the “habitable” zone of the star’s solar system. The “habitable” zone is the distance from the star where liquid water would exist. If the planet were too near the star, the liquid water would boil away. If it were too far from the star, the liquid water would freeze. We need liquid water, and lots of it, for human-type life to exist. In our solar system, the habitability zone is after Venus but before Mars. As such, out of 8 planets in our solar system, only one planet lies within the habitability zone…Earth.

– but life would not exist on Earth if it wasn’t for our ozone layer in our upper atmosphere. The ozone layer (which is only about one inch thick) prevents the Sun’s most harmful rays from reaching Earth’s surface. If those very energetic rays did reach Earth’s surface, our brains would boil within seconds, bring death to all of us.
– Earth’s atmosphere moderates our planet’s temperature, causing our type of life to proliferate.
– most of our Milky Way galaxy is too dangerous for human life because of the intense radiation emitted from its center where stars are way too close together.

     I could go on and on with all the specific conditions that must exist for human life to exist and thrive, but I think you get the point. We humans could easily be the only life forms existing in the universe.

     In conclusion, nothing in the bible says anything about extra-terrestrial life existing. The bible is silent on this issue. But if there was intelligent life on other planets, it wouldn’t contradict Christian beliefs. It would, however, pose problems of its own. I guess we’ll never know until we get to heaven.

The response to the upcoming Step FWD Awards has been remarkable and with Early Bird tickets already Sold Out, the momentum is certainly building. The ‘Dove meets Stellar’ event will be held on 27th November and will honour 40+ years of legacy whilst celebrating the 'best of British' talent from the last 12 months.

Performers will be announced later this week, and it's now been revealed that MOBO and
multi-award-winning rapper Faith Child and actress Jennifer Lee Moon will host the
definitive Christian and Gospel music awards.

The top 5 nominees in each of the UK Christian Charts Song of the Year categories will
also be announced from Wednesday 27th October. This comes after thousands of votes
were registered, with people flocking to the awards website to name their Song of the Year!
All 150+ Judges also got the chance to have their final say, in which of the 131 No.1 tracks
will earn the 12 Song of the Year titles. Other music awards finalists such as Duo/Group,
New Artist, Male and Female, Producer and Video of the Year will be announced soon.

A big highlight of the Step FWD Awards will be the honouring of many individuals, who
across decades have paved the way for the current generation and on whose shoulders the
Christian music industry stands. A few Outstanding Contribution recipients are being

What is Apologetics?

     Apologetics comes from a Greek word, apologia. It means to make a defense of. It’s a judicial term that illustrates a lawyer giving a rational defense of something. “Apo” means ‘away’ or ‘from’ while “logia” means a ‘speech’ or a ‘word’. So, apologetics is to speak away or speak in defense of something.

     The creative aspect of Christian apologetics means to offer evidence or proof that supports Christianity (Acts 1:3 & Luke 24:39 & Romans 1:19-20). The destructive aspect seeks to destroy arguments against Christianity (2^nd Corinthians 10:3-5 & Titus 1:9-11). An example of this would be to point out the inconsistencies in a group like the Mormons or in evolutionary thinking.

                      The Biblical basis for Apologetics:

1) Apologetics is a biblical command & we are to give reasons for what we believe (1^st Peter 3:15)
2) Believers are to contend for the faith (Jude 3)
3) We are to defeat arguments that are unbiblical (2^nd Corinthians 10:3-5)
4) We are to defeat false doctrines and ideas (Titus 1:9-11)
5) God tells us to use reason (Isaiah 1:18)
6) Jesus, Paul and others engaged in apologetics (Matthew 22 & Acts 17 & Acts 18:24-28)
7) God says it’s unreasonable to believe without evidence (Hebrews 11:1 & 11:6)
8) He gave us evidence of His existence in nature & creation (Romans 1:19-20)
9) Paul & Barnabas gave the people of Lystra proof of God (Acts 14:8-20)

                          Apologetics in the early Church:

1. A) Justin Martyr (100-167AD) wrote 3 books defending Christianity against paganism and argued against Judaism.
   B) Athenagoras (2^nd century) wrote 2 books defending Christianity against charges of atheism, cannibalism and incest. He argues for the resurrection of the dead.
   C) Irenaeus (120-203AD) wrote “Against Heresies” where he successfully defeated Gnosticism and then defeated the current heresies infecting the church.
   D) Tertullian (155-235AD), a successful lawyer, wrote 4 major books vigorously defending Christianity against the charge of atheism while proving the existence and worship of the one true God thru the use of the bible, fulfilled prophecy and an appeal to the public historical records. He used both faith and reason in his defenses.
   E) Augustine (354-430AD) wrote 6 major books on apologetics covering the existence of God, morality, the nature of time, memory, sin, truth and salvation. He also wrote “The City of God”.
   F) There were many other apologists in the early Church that very successfully defeated heresies and proved God’s existence and other biblical doctrines.   

                     General Apologetic Systems:

     While there are several apologetic categories, depending on who you talk to, the major ones are:
Evidential
Classical
Presuppositional
Experiential

Evidential…shows how proofs of Christianity make belief in it reasonable, rational and credible. This way makes use of archaeological proofs, history, science, bible manuscripts and prophetic probability.

Classical…starting with certain undeniable truths, like the laws of logic, and addressing philosophical questions, like what is reality, what is morality, etc., it helps the unbeliever understand reality undaunted by false assumptions. It also shows evidence of God by using manuscript, archaeological and historical evidence.

Presuppositional…It assumes that the bible is true and that it provides the only framework that successfully explains our world. It shows that all other worldviews are inconsistent and illogical.

Experiential…shows how the transformation of a person, thru the experience of God in their life, is proof of His existence. It claims that reason and logic cannot save a person.

As you have probably noticed, while you may use one of these systems more than others, there is significant overlap between them. While I am mostly evidential, I also use some of the other three systems also.

         Reasons for studying and applying Apologetics:

–The bible demands it (see above scriptures)
–Reason demands it. God made humans to reason things out (Isaiah 1:18 & Colossians 3:10). It’s by reasoning that humans are distinguished from animals (Jude 10). We’re to discern truth from error (1^st John 4:6) and right from wrong (Hebrews 5:14).
–The world demands it. No rational person steps into an elevator without some reason to believe that it will work. People need belief that something is true (that the elevator will work) so they can believe in it for themselves (so they get in the elevator). People need evidence that God exists before they can put their faith in Him.

                        Objections to Apologetics:

–The bible doesn’t need to be defended. But this would disagree with 1^st Peter 3:15. And if someone said that Mormonism is true, how would you respond? You’d have to use apologetics.
–God cannot be known by human reason. They’ll quote 1^st Corinthians 1:21 which says, “For since in the wisdom of God the world thru its wisdom did not know Him…” But this cannot mean that there’s no evidence of God’s creation. Otherwise, why would Paul tell the Romans that the evidence for His existence is so obvious that they are without excuse (Romans 1:19-20)?
–Without faith, you cannot please God (Hebrews 11:6). True, but needing proof comes before faith. I can have faith because I have overwhelming proof of His existence. Faith is said to be “the evidence of things not seen” (Hebrews 11:1).
–Jesus refused to give signs to evil men. That’s not what the scripture says. Matthew 13:58 says that He refused to do miracles in His hometown because of their unbelief. Yet He still gave them one sign…the sign of His resurrection (Matthew 12:39-40). Jesus did many signs and wonders for everyone else (Matthew 11:4-5).
–Don’t answer a fool according to his folly (Proverbs 26:4).  But Proverbs 26:5 says we should. So, which is right? This is easy. There are times when we should answer them as it may get rid of some of the obstacles to their coming to the Lord. Then, there are times when we shouldn’t answer them because we’d be “casting our pearls before swine” (Matthew 7:6). We have to depend on the Holy Spirit to lead us as to when we should or should not answer them.
–Apologetics is not used in the bible. Yes, it is! It’s used in many places but specifically in Acts 17, when Paul reasoned with the Greek philosophers on Mars Hill.
–You can’t prove that God exists by reason or logic. If by proof, you mean 100% certainty, then you’re right. But God’s existence can be proved beyond a reasonable doubt. There are many things that cannot be proved 100%. Anything in history is only proven beyond a reasonable doubt.
–No one is converted thru apologetics. This is a straw man argument. Everyone is converted by the Holy Spirit by asking Jesus to forgive their sins and come into their heart. But apologetics can remove roadblocks or obstacles to a person’s coming to believe in Jesus.

                   The Value of Apologetics is Two-Fold:

1) To strengthen the faith of the believer. We need this, especially in times of severe testing of our faith.
2) To remove roadblocks or obstacles that are in the way of any unbelievers path to becoming a believer in Jesus.

Prince George's County Drug Policy Coalition, Inc. (PGCDPC) awarded 13 $1,000 scholarships
to students for its annual “Empowering Future Leaders” scholarship awards program.

OXON HILL, M.D., October 25, 2021 - The Prince George's County Drug Policy Coalition, Inc. awarded 13 $1,000 scholarships to students for its annual “Empowering Future Leaders” scholarship awards program.

Student applications were reviewed by the Coalition's scholarship awards committee chaired by Jerome "Duke" Haggins. Aside from this recognition, the students received citations from Maryland State Senator Obie Patterson. Congressman Steny Hoyer will be sending the students citations as well.

The thirteen students receiving scholarships this year were: Trinity Gourdin, Cassandra Swilley, Nia Nottingham, Arielle Swilley, Nicholars Read, Evelyn Anderson, Shayne Richmond, Seth Adams, Taylor Nolan, Ronald Weaver, Victoria Costen, Matthew Waits and Marlon Waits. Two of the students were high school graduates, attending either Oxon Hill High School or Crossland High School with the remaining students attending either the University of Miami, Old Dominion University, Frostburg State University, Towson University, University of Maryland College Park, or Morehouse University.

Aside from the documentation required with the application, students provided their views on the essay question, What advice would you give to legislators who are considering legalizing marijuana for recreational use in Maryland this year? If this topic is placed on the ballot next year, the Coalition will share their views on this controversial topic. Over the past nine years, the Prince George's County Drug Policy Coalition, Inc. has awarded over $200,000.00 in scholarships to students, allowing them to continue their education in preparation for their future careers.

Students were involved in a variety of community and leadership activities. Some have served in leadership roles for sorority or fraternity projects in their community or academic institutions, served as an election judge, traveled abroad for service projects in Haiti, St. Croix and Brazil, distributed hygiene packets for the homeless and served at local hospitals and clean-up programs in the community.

Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, speakers at the Coalition’s breakfast program have included: Mrs. Jacqueline Griffin, motivational speaker and mother of NFL Quarterback RG. III, Judge Arthur Burnett, Sr. National Executive Director of the NAADPC, former States Attorney Glenn Ivey, Former U.S. Marshal, Matthew Fogg,
and Ronald Blakely, Former Associate Director of the White House Initiative on Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), Dr. Ivory Toldson, Executive Director of the White House Initiative on HBCUs. Mrs. Ebony N. McMorris currently with the White House Press Corp and former National News Correspondent
for Reach Media, Radio One, often served as the Coalition's Mistress of Ceremonies for their scholarship breakfast awards programs.

Dr. Valencia Campbell, President of the PGCDPC said, "Despite the impact of COVID-19 on our business and so many of our partners, we are extremely pleased that we were able to continue helping students realize their academic goals. Our donors deserve a special thank you during this difficult time,” she added.
