Degreasing process is a necessary step before any other processing in mechanical industry, in the steel industry and generally speaking in the transformation of raw materials.

Degreasing treatment is performed with aid of an aqueous solution containing detergents.

The detergents emulsify oil present on the material to be treated; for this reason, oil concentration tends to increase in degreasing baths until the need for renewal and/or replacement, to avoid loss of efficacy.

Using ceramic membrane technology, there has two fluids, one is permeated which is constituted by water and detergents present in the original bath, the other is concentrate which contains oils and suspended solids and that is back to oil removal tank. After ceramic membrane treatment, the concentration of oil in the degreasing tank can be maintained at a low and very stable concentration range, the quality of the cleaned steel plate is uniform. The emulsion oil in the waste liquid is subjected to demulsification to reduce the amount of surfactant used in the cleaning solution.

Separation principle

Selecting the appropriate ceramic membrane filtration precision, by utilizing the characteristics that oil molecules and water molecules differ by tens of times in size and hydrophilic membrane surface properties of ceramic membrane, oil molecules can be effectively rejected, and water, degreasing bath, and surfactant small molecules can be recycled through the membrane surface. The degreasing bath is concentrated by the ceramic membrane system, and the volume of the discharged waste liquid is greatly reduced.

Operation Principle of the Pendulum Grinding Mill System

The bulk material is broken by the Jaw crusher to a certain size (powdery or fine particles can not pass through the Jaw crusher), and the material is conveyed vertically to the hopper by a bucket elevator. Then, the electromagnetic vibration feeder delivers the materials quantitatively, evenly and continuously into the main machine for grinding. The pulverized fines are carried out by the blower’s airflow and graded by an analytical machine placed above the main engine. Suitable fine powder that meets the requirements will be entered into the large cyclone separator with the air flow. After separation, the powder will be discharged through the discharge pipe, that is a qualified product. The air flow enters the blower by the return duct at the upper end of the cyclone separator. The whole airflow system is closed loop and operates under negative pressure. Because the grinding material contains moisture, when milling the moisture will evaporate into gas. That gas then leaks in each connection of the whole pipe, which makes an increase in the volume of air in the circulating air stream.

This increased air volume will be introduced into the small cyclone separator from the air duct between the blower and the main engine. The fine powder with the air flow is collected by the small cyclone separator. Then it will be discharged by another outlet pipe. The gas will be discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust pipe of the upper end of the small cyclone separator.

1.1. Main Raw Materials of Fermented Yoghurt

Fresh milk or milk powder, sucrose ester, compound stabilizer (including CMC), granulated sugar, sodium citrate, phosphate, preservative, essence and drinking water, etc.

1.2. Processing Technology

Raw milk→Sterilization→Cooling→Insulated fermentation→Cooling→(Compound CMC+Sugar+Sucrose Ester) Completely dissolving and then adding→Stirring→Flavoring acid and odor→Homogeneous sterilization→Cooling→Packing

1.3. Key Point During Processing

1.3.1. The compound stabilizer is acid-resistant CMC: PGA (propylene glycol alginate)=1:1,  the dosage of compounded CMC accounts for 0.4% of the total amount.

1.3.2. Compounded stabilizer, sugar and sucrose ester had better be dry-mixed. Then dissolving with 50℃ water. Filtering the solution after complete dissolution. Cooling it to 15℃ and add into the yogurt.

1.3.3. Slowly flavoring acid, then becoming quickly to control the final pH value at 3.8-4.0. The temperature should be below 15℃when flavoring acid and odor. The conditional factories usually agitate below 5℃.

1.3.4. Can select CMC FM9, FH9, FH10.

3. CMC Applications in Instant Noodles

3.1. Applications in Flour

Adding CMC for ice cre am into the flour can make the flour with characters of dispersion, water retention, and strong cohesion. It can shorten the kneading time, and easy to operate to, Increasing toughness and strength of noodles to improve the premium grade product rate. Different from natural gum, the noddles are smooth with uniform, stable interior structure, and bright, clean surface after adding CMC gum. For oil-fried instant noddles, oil content can be effectively reduced after adding CMC. Because CMC has characters of hydrophilic and hydrophobic oil, to control the oil content at 18% or so.

You can add CMC FH9, FVH9 or FVH6 into flour, with a dosage 0.25%-0.4%. When using CMC, you can premix it with other additives,  dissolving with water till completely dissolving, then spraying on the kneaded flour. Or you can mix up CMC, other additives and flour together, and then add water and knead to flour billet.

3.2. Applications in Seasoning Bags

CMC can be added in sauce or seasoning bags of various instant noddles. CMC is featured by thickening, strong dispersion, water, and freshness preservation, with which sauces can have better homogeneity and longer shelf life. Materials in sauce or seasoning bags can dissolve and disperse quickly with CMC gum's own characteristics, so the taste of noodle soup is delicious.

Can select and add CMC FH6 or FH9 (salt tolerance) into sauce and seasoning, with dosage 0.8%-1.2%. Premix CMC, sugar, monosodium glutamate and salt, and then mix them with other ingredients.
