Most weak Base Anion Exchange Resins with mixed amine group equiped a extremely high operating capacity with the ability to remove both strong and weak acids from solution.

There are two kinds of weak base anion exchange resins, Gel type and Macroporous type, which have acrylic backbone, styrene backbone or mixed backbone. Weak base anion exchange resins are more chemically stable and higher resistant to organic fouling than strong base anions.

The weak base anion exchange resin is easier to regenerate than the strong base resin, and can be efficiently regenerated with a small amount of sodium hydroxide.

It is stored and easily deteriorated due to polymerization, and it is necessary to add a polymerization inhibitor. It is highly flammable and its vapor can form an explosive mixture with air. It is a toxic chemical harmful to human body when inhaled, orally taken or absorbed through the skin. Its vapor or smoke is irritating to the eyes, skin, mucous membranes, and upper respiratory tract. A used Putzmeister concrete boom pump is a machine which uses the pressure to transfer the concrete continuously along the pipeline. It is composed of pump body and conveying pipe. According to the structure form, it is divided into piston type, squeeze type and hydraulic diaphragm type. The pump body is mounted on the chassis. Equipped with retractable or folded placing booms, the pump truck is constituted.

The used Putzmeister pumps are modified on the chassis of the truck. It is installed on the chassis with power transmission device, pumping and mixing device, placing the device and other auxiliary devices. The power of the engine is transferred to the hydraulic pump unit or rear axle through the power box, and the hydraulic pump pushes the piston to drive the concrete pump. Then, the concrete can be transported to a certain height and distance by placing booms and pipe.
