Laser projector advantages:

1. Clear image

Points for attention before pressing of rapeseed oil press machine:

1. Pretreatment of rapeseed

Pretreatment includes crushing, steaming and peeling. The purpose of rapeseed peeling is to remove the main fiber and pigment body, otherwise, it will reduce the feeding value of the seed cake. Leather, on the other hand, is good for solvent penetration. (the leaching can improve the porosity of the blank). In theory, peeling (that is, removing 15 percent of the material) will increase leaching equipment capacity by 15 percent. Remove these black skins before leaching and the oil is lighter. The dry peeling of rapeseed can adopt different technologies, such as pneumatic impact, cracking between rolls or deformation cracking. The deformation cracking effect is the best and oil loss rate is the lowest.

2. Use rapeseed to make oil

Rapeseed is first rolled to destroy the seed layer and rupture the oil cells. The steam stir-fry can rupture the remaining intact cells, improve the oil bead aggregation, increase the fluidity and passivate the enzyme, especially the mustard enzyme. Put stock in steaming in the frying pan, steaming Fried within 77 ~ 100 ℃ 15 ~ 20 min (depending on the rapeseed varieties). In most cases, the oil content can be reduced from 42% to 16% ~ 20% by pre-pressing the rolled and steamed blanks. This prepress process compresses the fine seed cake into a large sheet. The seed cake was leached with hexane solvent to extract most of the remaining oil. Puts leaching pulp steamed off-line (DT) with steam spray treatment of 30 min (temperature is 100 ~ 130 ℃), thereby removing hexane, improve the quality of meal nutrition (by removing volatile mustard glucoside).

1.In aluminum cnc service, the speed of white steel knife should not be too fast.

2.When the workpiece is too high, it should be separated by different lengths.

4.The surface should be machined with flat bottom knife and less ball knife so as to reduce machining time.

7.The four corners of the table should be flat.

8.Working with a bevel cutter where the slope is an integer, such as a tube bit.

9.Be careful in aluminum cnc service. Before each process, figure out the remaining amount so as to avoid cutting with empty or excessive machining.

10.Take a simple knife path as far as possible, such as shape, grooving, one side, and less surrounding height.

11.In the rough process of aluminum cnc service, don't complicate simple problems.

12.The staff in aluminum cnc service should first do rough machining, then the fine machining when using laser to beautify workpieces’ shapes

13. Set tolerances reasonably to balance machining accuracy and computer computing time in aluminum machining service. When opening, the tolerance is set to 1/5 of the margin, and when using light knife, the tolerance is set to 0.01.
14. Do more work to reduce the idle time in aluminum cnc service. Think more and make fewer mistakes. Draw more auxiliary line and surface to improve the processing.
15. Be responsible. Carefully check each parameter to avoid rework.
16. Diligent in learning, good at thinking and making continuous progress. Aluminum cnc service ask workers to think more and do the right choice. When milling uneven plan, use more ball knife, less end knife. Use the small knife in cleaning the horn, the big knife in refined repairing. Do not be afraid of filling, filling can improve the processing speed and beautify the workpiece.
17. In aluminum cnc service, different material should be dealt in different ways.

Blank material with high hardness: up milling is better.

Raw material with low hardness: climb cutting is better

Machine with high accuracy, rigidness, fine machining: more suitable for climb cutting. reverse more adaptive to reverse milling. It is strongly recommended to use down milling to finish machining the inner corner of the part.

Rough processing services: up milling is better. Finishing services: climb cutting is better.

Good toughness and low hardness of tool materials: more suitable for rough machining (large machining)

PM is a kind of solvent having the lowest boiling point and the fastest evaporating rate among the P-series solvents. It has both hydrophobic covalent ether bond and hydrophilic hydroxy group in its molecular structure. So it has high solubility to both oily and aqueous resins. Its hydroxy group still has reactivity to enable it to act as the chemical intermediate.

In the paint, PM solvent has the features to reduce the film forming temperature, promote the resins to form films and ensure the paint film quality. PM is a good coupling agent in solvent blends. It can replace alcohols solvent in dissolving dyes. During the production of inks, PM appears in some formulas to modify the hydrophilicity of inks to decrease inks' toxicity, improve operation environment and upgrade printing quality. It applies to flexographic and silk screen printing inks to control the evaporating speed and adjust the viscosity of the systems.

PM has superb viscosity reduction ability. It manifests the ability particularly in epoxy and high solids acrylic systems. In new type brake fluids of the motor vehicle, PM is used as the viscosity modifier. Because the mixture of PM and water can reduce the freezing point, PM is also used in antifreezing solution for the radiator.

Because PM has low toxicity, it is among a few organic solvents that can be used in the adhesive of cigarette carton and packet packaging papers.

PM can also apply to household and industrial cleaner, rust remover, extraction agent and beneficiation of nonferrous metals. PM and propylene glycol n-butyl ether are important compositions of glass cleaning agent.

A flap wheel is made of multiple overlapping small pieces or 'flaps', bonded to a central hub.

The separate flaps each attack the workpiece surface at a slightly different angle, and this varies slightly with tool angle. This avoids the common problem with flat sheets, where they produce repeated identical scratches.

Abrasive wear is distributed more evenly across the flaps and through the length of each flap. Flaps wear from their outer ends and the sheet carrier cuts back as the abrasive coating is worn away. The wheel remains useful even as the flaps erode.

Compared to flat sheets, that are discarded after only a small area of the abrasive is truly worn-out, this is a much more efficient use of the abrasive material.
