Bright Annealed Tubes Description

The traditional annealing approach is performed in a so referred to as open furnace, where the atmospheric oxygen reasons scaling of the heat treated materials, which makes the surface rough. HUASHANG STEEL has developed a one of a kind bright annealing process, the heat treatment is carried out in a so-called clsoed furnace. The warmth handled materials is covered by means of an inter-fuel atmosphere, which ensures the oxygen cant enter the furance or come in to contact with the substances and react to shape scale on or tarnish the materials. The surfaceend is clean, bright and precision, which is a top-notch beginning point for similarly system, like electro-polishing and mechanical polishing.

 

Especially for the tube with size greater than 12 meters, the ordinary pickling tube is very hard to clean the internal surface, however, with the bright annealing method,  our tubing is much cleaner, smoother on both inner and outer surface. We use bright annealing method, the temperature of furnace can reach greater than 1350℃, and the tolerance for the putting and real temperature can be controlled Within ±2℃, which is not possible for the regular annealing To ensure the quality, all tubes are done 100% PMI, 100% Hydraulic test, 100% inner cleaned by sponge, 100% dimension test, and 100% surface test.

 

What is more, our quality of precision drawn tubing is same to precision rolling but has more advantage on price?  We are using the advanced cold drawn technology from Japan and Korean, making the close dimension controls Huashang steel tubing used for instrument tubing, chromatography tubing, hydraulic tubing, high-pressure tubing, cleaned tubing, multi-core tubing. 3 Inch Gate Valve

Description of 3 Inch Gate Valve:

ZECO 3 inch gate valve is mainly used for fully open or fully closed switching valves. They are usually not used for throttling purposes, but for slurries, viscous fluids, etc. Gate valves feature a removable wedge that moves with the stem nut. The wedge moves perpendicular to the direction of flow. Gate valves usually have a minimum pressure drop when fully open, provide tight shut-off when fully closed, and remain relatively free of contamination buildup.

Features of 3 Inch Gate Valve:

1. The wedge of ZECO 3 inch stainless steel gate valve are fully guided to the seats. For this purpose, ZECO 3inch gate valve is equipped with integral cast gate, which is wedged at a certain angle to the vertical center line, and its function is to close more and more tightly during the closing process. The gate is cast as a whole, machined and automatically surfacing, and has a ring groove on the surface for a better fit on the seat surface;

2. ZECO won't because of urgent orders, and ignore the production technological process, ZECO each production line workers, any steps based on by technology department common processes for production and technology department, at the same time, the engineer of the quality department is on the basis of international standards for production of every step for testing to ensure that products are qualified;

3. The seat ring of ZECO 3 inch gate valve is forged and designed to reduce wear during switching and to prevent wear of the valve body and seal rings during flow;

4. After welding and required heat treatment, the seat ring of ZECO 3 inch gate valve shall be thoroughly cleaned by CNC machine and inspected by inspectors before assembly is allowed.
