1.2 CMC Model Selection for Blank and Dosage

CMC dosage for the ceramic blank is 0.1%-0.5%. Can adjust properly according to actual needs. Put compounded CMC into a ball crusher to effect ball milling. Or can compound CMC into 3% aqueous solution, then ball milling with ball grinder.

Usually, use CMC model C0464 or C1074.

2.1 CMC Effects in Ground Glaze and Over Glaze

CMC is an excellent film-forming agent and color fixing agent is applied in ground glaze and overglaze of ceramic tiles. As glaze is unstable suspending liquid, easy to precipitate and thixotropic, so the use of CMC ingredient can strengthen the combining powder of glaze and blank. Besides, CMC can match with various pigment with great dispersing and protective colloid effect can make glaze at stable dispersing state. Reduce color difference from unstable glaze during production. The special binding function of CMC can bind glaze and blank firmly, reduce glaze peeling phenomenon during processing and form bright, smooth glaze which is helpful for printing. CMC has an effect of decondensation. It can increase the fluidity and concentration, reduce the water content of glaze slurry. Guard against strength decreasing arising from moisture in glaze infiltrate the blank, as well as cracking and printing brush breaking during the glaze slurry transferring process.

2.2 CMC Use Methods in Ceramic Glaze

CMC dosage in-ground glaze and overglaze is 0.1%-0.3%. Can adjust according to actual needs. Grind CMC and glaze raw materials together in a ball crusher. Or dissolve CMC firstly, then grind the solution with glaze raw materials with a ball crusher. If need to store for several days, add moderate preservative into the solution and keep in a well-sealed container at low temperature.

3.1 CMC Applications in Screen Printing Glaze

HOW TO CALCULATE RADIUS OF STAINLESS STEEL ELBOW?

I have my own unique views on the calculation formula of stainless steel elbow size. I hope you can learn more from the following experience.

1. 1.5 times the elbow center height = diameter *1.524, which is actually the diameter * multiple. Round the number after the decimal point of the result to an integer. For example, the diameter of 219 is 200, the center height is 200*1.524=304.8, and take 305. The diameter of 114 is 100, the height of the center is 100*1.524=152.4, take 152.

The algorithm applicable to DN100 and above elbow radius of curvature is convenient and fast to calculate.

2. Stamp height = center height + elbow radius, such as 1.5 times the diameter of 219 elbow stamp height =305+219/2=305+109.5=414.5

3. Outer arc length =(center height + radius)*3.14*2/360* degree, i.e. (stamp height)*3.14*2/360* degree, from which it can be calculated that the outer arc length of 90-degree elbow = stamp height *3.14/2.

4. Internal arc length =(center height - radius)*3.14*2/360* degrees.

5. Elbow length = elbow center height *3.14/2* elbow outer diameter/pipe diameter +(pipe wall thickness *3)+ machining allowance, such as using 180*8 pipe cutting, push system 273 elbow, with the above formula can be calculated, blanking length =381*1.57*273/180+24=931.22mm+ machining allowance.

CHEESE, MILK, WHEY AND FOOD PROTEIN

Concentrated milk proteins (MPCs) and isolated milk proteins (MPIs) are produced by ceramic membrane filtration system and their dairy proteins are separated from fresh skim milk. They combine rich calcium with good thermal stability and refreshing mouthfeel. They are rich in casein and whey protein in the same proportions as skim milk.

Milk protein concentrates are widely used and are ideal for cheese products, artificial products, dairy drinks, infant nutrition, medical nutrition products (enteral foods), weight management products, powdered dietary supplements and sports nutrition products.

In general, milk protein concentrates provide a concentrated source of protein for sensory and functional properties in the final application process to meet nutritional value. Condensed milk protein serves as an alternative to whole milk powder (WMP), skim milk powder (SMP) and other milk powders, providing the same protein, or as a non-fat milk solid (MSNF). Compared with ordinary milk or skim milk powder, concentrated milk protein with high protein, low lactose characteristics.

The traditional ultra-high temperature sterilization process will destroy many of the active nutrients in milk but low-temperature ceramic membrane filtration technology completely subvert the traditional high-temperature sterilization of milk.  BACTERIAL REMOVAL FROM MILK

Like many foods, milk and its derivatives provide a suitable environment for spoilage microorganisms. Therefore, pretreatment and temperature, time parameters must be selected to control the growth of microorganisms. Heat treatment and centrifugal sterilization are the traditional methods of reducing total number of bacteria in milk and dairy products, but these methods have their own advantages and disadvantages. Traditional techniques to remove bacteria in milk have more steps and high cost, short life, environmental pollution, inconvenient cleaning. However, the ceramic membrane filtration of milk can well solve these problems.

Membrane separation technology is used to eliminate bacteria in milk, which is based on the fact that the membrane has different material retention rates in various components of milk, including bacteria and spores. Bacteria can make the rejection rate of more than 99%, while casein transmittance can reach about 99%.

Membrane separation technology has a good membrane flux and sterilization effect, can completely remove bacteria in liquid milk, at the same time the flavor of milk has also been improved.

Membrane separation technology for cold sterilization is the method of fresh milk is  preheated to about 50 degrees and skim milk is got through milk cream separation machine. Then on the same day fresh skim milk makes filtration sterilization, combining with high-temperature instantaneous sterilization technology, to access to high quality dairy products.
