The H3B 24GE is a 24 port gigabit Ethernet switch with 24 10/100/1000BASE-T Gigabit Ethernet ports. It supports auto MDI/MDI-X function. H3B 24GE is featured with 24 RJ45 10/100/1000Mbps Ethernet ports which ensure high-speed and qualified network connection. It can auto detect and determine the perfect speed of network transmission and also auto detect if half or full duplex mode to apply on the connected devices. With 9K jumbo frame feture, it can manage and transmit huge load of datas quickly and securely.

Isocyanate is a functional group with the general formula of R-N=C=O. The isocyanate functionality has typical reactivities of alkyl isocyanates. Co-Formula isocyanate silanes are compounds which combine the functionality of an isocyanate group and an alkoxy group. These silanes can easily react with active hydrogen in organic polymers. Alkoxy groups of isocyanate silane can hydrolyze to form a reactive silanol group and offer excellent adhesion to a variety of inorganic substrates.

Production Status of Isocyanate Silanes/NCO Silanes

Co-Formula is a leading supplier of isocyanate silanes in China, with capacity of around 80 metric tons per month. CFS-006, 3-Isocyanatopropyltrimethoxysilane and CFS-885, 3-Isocyanatopropyltriethoxysilane are commercial products under regular production. Purity grade of CFS-006 & CFS-885 can be above 98%. Functions & Applications of Isocyanate Silanes

In Nigeria, there have been many strategies and mechanisms to alleviate poverty yet the country continues to exhibit high rates of poverty. Corruption remains the most critical obstacle to poverty alleviation and economic development in my country - Nigeria. Over 70% of Nigerians live in abject poverty. Corruption in Nigeria has its root in permissive culture.

If we (Nigerians) fail to deal with behavior through reorientation programs, Nigeria cannot be fine. Many people in my country, have improper and slavery attitudes toward money & wealth. We have so much people with dishonest behaviors, unstable minds, ever ready to trick or deceive, and carryout unlawful acts for material gain.

Most youths in the country are not interested in fighting corruption – they want to make money. The federal government may succeed in building strong institutions but may not be able to deal with the root cause of poverty in the country. Corruption in Nigeria is deeply rooted in greed for money & power. This has actually given birth to what Transparency International described as petty corruption. Petty corruption often has its root in poverty. Most poor people in the country survive by giving and accepting bribe.

Church can help solve this problem. Nearly 50% of Nigerians are Christians. Church has no reason to be quiet about this evil called - corruption.

The Bible says:

Open thy mouth for the dumb in the cause of all such as are appointed to destruction. Open thy mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy (Proverbs 31:8-9).

Defend the poor and fatherless, do justice to the afflicted and needy. Deliver the poor and needy; rid them out of the hand of the wicked (Psalm 82:3-4).

Esther used her influence with the king to advocate for her Jewish people (Esther 4:16).

Church can help control corruption in Nigeria, that is, if we – Christians in the country, go back to the Bible to take back our values, and start making real disciples, and begin to promote public integrity. Christ did not just preach the good tidings, he led by example – advocacy is found in his ministry.

“But when thou makest a feast, call the poor, the maimed, the lame, the blind… Luke 14:13”. Christ said this to a chief Pharisee and other prominent people in a feast He was invited.

Although a majority believe that churches in Nigeria lack the integrity to resist corruption, that many are only interested in their own numerical and financial growth, plus gaining influence and access to people in power, that many are not truly committed to alleviating poverty.

My anti-corruption Christian initiative "Voice of God Movement" is a movement of the gospel for church reform & societal renewal. We promote often neglected scriptural truths among believers; and we challenge believers in Nigeria to stand up and help control corruption in the country. We produce useful, helpful, and inspiring materials (both audio & print) and we give out free.

The fact is, most of us – Christians and preachers in Nigeria really need to change our style & approach towards Christianity to avoid fueling corruption in the country. The great commission is not earthly business; it is a heavenly business (Luke 2:49). Our profit is not material but spiritual and goes to God.

The thoughts of the corrupt mind are incapable of perceiving heavenly things. All its desires, delights, cares, and fears are wrapped up in this present world. What people believe about God plays the major role in their lives. At this present time, the word salvation mean different thing to many people.

Christ warned about the temptation of wealth, so we as Christians really need to be on guard always against this kind of temptation. Wealth if idolized may hinder the believer from entering God’s kingdom.

Verily I say unto you, that a rich man shall hardly enter into the kingdom of heaven (Matthew 19:23).

So likewise, whosoever he be of you that forsaketh not all that he hath, he cannot be my disciple (Luke 14:33).

If therefore ye have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon who will commit to your trust the true riches (Luke 16:11)?

S同学：GPA低差点让我梦碎美国

S同学是加州大学某分校计算机信息科学大二的高材生。当年申请美国大学时，S同学凭借着优异的硬性和软性背景，拿到了包括卡耐基梅隆大学、莱斯大学、杜克大学、波士顿学院等名校offer。但当S同学来到加州大学洛杉矶分校后，发现一切和他想象中的都不一样了。由于性格内向，初到美国的S同学在人际沟通上出现了很大的问题，平时总喜欢独来独往，也不乐意和教授沟通自己学术上的困难。

另外，虽然申请条件十分出众，但面对全新的知识点和晦涩的专业术语，S同学一时间不知如何是好。大一的第一学期，他的GPA就只有2.1，第二学期更是只有可怜的1.8，于是收到了学校的留学察看处分。痛定思痛的S同学决定在大二上学期多去请教身边的教授，起初虽然有一定的效果，他的多次小测都拿到了B。但随着学习深度和难度的不断加大，S同学愈发觉得吃力，甚至出现了轻度抑郁的症状。不幸的是，本学期的GPA只有1.91。在接到成绩单的那一刻，S同学十分懊恼，不知道前路在何方。

With the continuous development of China's glass bead technology, perfect use of glass beads in more fields are presented to people. Glass beads are the most common adornment accessories in the advanced society, which are widely used in the fields of clothing, shoes, hats, handicrafts and other decorative fields. Today, China also produces reflective glass beads for road.

Reflective glass beads are also divided into two categories: one is ordinary glass beads, which are mainly used for road coating, the other is high refractive index glass beads, which are mainly used for reflective weaving, which are widely used in the clothes of traffic police and highway signs, so what are the specific manufacturing processes of glass beads?

Specific manufacturing processes of glass beads

The first step is to make all kinds of ball-shaped roughcasts by using advanced technology;

The second step is to put the roughcasts into a grinding disc with the same size, add oil and coarse abrasive to carry out rough grinding;

If the road reflective glass beads are processed specially, the road marking reflective glass beads can have the effect of lipophilic and hydrophobic.

In addition,  road reflective glass beads are also widely used in artificial agate by consumers. Marble and other composite materials, so that it not only can play a role in reducing weight but also can play the effect of sound insulation so that the products will have cracking and processing.

The application of road reflective glass beads can be divided into three categories:

1. The road light-emitting glass beads are used for surface spreading in normal temperature and hot-melt standard construction, which plays a role of timely reflection.

2. Road reflective glass beads are often used as premixed materials, which can ensure long-term reflection of marking line within the life span.

3. It is also often used to spray glass beads on the surface of the normal temperature solvent coating line.

The manufacturer of road marking glass beads will be arranged for you: the reflection of marking is from the glass beads in the coating in advance and the glass beads spread on the coating surface. If the roundness index and refractive index of glass beads are high and the particle size distribution is reasonable, the reflective effect of markings will be good.

The particle size of glass beads is matched in a certain proportion to ensure that the glass beads in the marking coating adhere firmly. Here are a few:

1. In the process of use, glass beads of different sizes are exposed and fall off successively with the wear of the marking line, so that the marking line can continue to reflect light. The graded glass beads should comply with JT/T 446~2001 “glass beads for road marking”.

2. A large number of on-site test data prove that the glass beads scattered on the premixed surface often fail to meet the requirements listed in the table above, and the glass beads of various particle sizes are not graded properly, and even some of them are out of grade, which affects the continuous reflective performance of the markings line.
