Precautions

3. Before starting the machine, it is necessary to carefully check whether the control mechanism and running parts are assembled correctly and reliably. Fill the oiler with lubricating oil and adjust the oil quantity.
4. When the machine finishes work, cut off the water source first and then operate it gently for a while, blow out the residual water drop in the machine to prevent the parts from rusting.
5. Pay attention to regular maintenance and repair of commonly used machines. Check at least once a week, remove the dirt in the machine, and replace the damaged and invalid parts.
6. If the used machine is stored for a long time, it must be disassembled, cleaned, degreased and placed in a cool and dry place.

Introduction to moisture analyzer

An instrument capable of detecting the moisture content of various organic and inorganic solids, liquids, gases, and the like is called a moisture analyzer. The food factory can calculate the material based on the moisture content of the raw materials. For example, the fresh milk has a water content of 87.5%. Silica gel alias: Silicic acid gel. It is a highly active adsorbent material and an amorphous material. The main component of silica gel is silica, which is chemically stable and does not burn. Application in coating: as one of the best film-forming auxiliaries of water-based paints, DPNB can be used as the coagulant of acrylic resin, phenylethylene acrylic resin and polyvinyl acetate giving an excellent performance to paint film.

Application in cleanser: it is applicable to cleaning agents especially for those which require low volatile speed, such as wax remover and floor cleanser. As a good coupling agent for lubricating grease and fat, DPNB can be applied as paint stripper and remover of animal fat.

Used in coatings: Dipropylene Glycol Butyl Ether (DPNB) can be used as an agglomerating agent for the acrylic resin, styrene acrylic resin, and polyvinyl acetate to give the excellent performance to the paint film. It is one of the most effective coalescents for many waterborne coatings.

Used in cleaning agents: DPNB solvent is suitable for cleaning agents, especially those requiring very low volatilization rates, such as waxes and floor cleaners. It is a good coupling agent for lubricating oils and greases. It can be used as a paint remover and an animal grease remover.

Other applications: DPNB can be used in agricultural products, cosmetics, electronic inks, and textiles.

Apple juice in the press process will bring a lot of impurities in pulp, pectin, starch, plant fiber, microorganisms, bacteria, and other impurities. Under the influence of time, temperature, charge,re-flocculation of dissolved impurities form visible matters, resulting in apple juice turbidity and precipitation.
