Pressure in oil pipe. Precautions

① Open the box to check the certificate and record the tool number;

② Check whether the fastening screws on the baffle are loose, and ensure that all screws are tightened;

③ Check whether the anchor claw is in the initial state. It is forbidden to be put into the well if the pressing plate or the anchor claw is higher than the surface of the body;

④ The minimum drift diameter must be followed before going down to the well, and it can only be put into the well after it is qualified.

 

  1. The liquid, material, pipe and tools entering the well shall be clean and meet the quality standard;
  2. When putting the pipe, the operation shall be stable. It is strictly prohibited to lift and place the string violently. It is strictly prohibited to stop or slide the drill.
  3. The alloy anchor with sand control structure should be used in the fracturing reconstruction ofalloy anchor well.

CHEESE, MILK, WHEY AND FOOD PROTEIN

Concentrated milk proteins (MPCs) and isolated milk proteins (MPIs) are produced by ceramic dairy membrane filtration system and their dairy proteins are separated from fresh skim milk. Membrane separation technology has a good membrane flux and sterilization effect, can completely remove bacteria in liquid milk, at the same time the flavor of milk has also been improved.

 

Membrane separation technology for cold sterilization is the method of fresh milk is  preheated to about 50 degrees and skim milk is got through milk cream separation machine. Then on the same day fresh skim milk makes filtration of milk sterilization, combining with high-temperature instantaneous sterilization technology, to access to high quality dairy products. Such low-temperature sterilization retains a good flavor and nutrients, rich aroma.

 

Moreover, membrane cleaning is much easier to regenerate, so that membrane fouling can be controlled and a higher and more stable membrane flux can be maintained. The use of membrane separation technology for cold sterilization of milk, functional components can be retained during the re-separation activity, is an ideal method of sterilization of milk.

Membrane filtration principle

Membrane filtration technology is based on a selective filtration through a pressure-driven membrane for sulfate water treatment. The membrane has charged groups that selectively reject multivalent anions such as SO42-. The membrane does not separate monovalent ionic species such as Cl- or CLO3- from the feed solution.

 

To maximize the membrane area within a compact space, the membranes are packaged as cylindrical elements in a spiral wound configuration.

 

Feed brine floods the entire feed side of the membrane surface within the membrane element by flowing within a mesh spacer. Brine then permeates through the membrane, where the sulfate is rejected, and flows in a spiral pattern through the permeate carrier, towards the perforated perforated permeate tube.

 

To achieve the required membrane area, several membrane elements are packed into several high-pressure housing. The high-pressure housings are arranged in series to provide the required number of stages to concentrate the sodium Sulfate solution.

 

The ceramic membrane filtration unit usually treats dechlorinated depleted brine from the chlor-alkali electrolyzer.
