随着美国校园疫情肆虐，各个大学在预防疫情也是比之前有了更高等级的提升。部分留学生和家长也对美国大学疫情表示担忧。求真教育就来为大家梳理最新的美国大学各校的疫情应对措施，希望能帮助大家第一时间安排好自己的生活的学习，并对疫情做出有效的预防措施。

东西部著名大学均严阵以待

美国校园疫情下，美国大学采取的措施有所不同，但初衷都是希望学生少出门、少聚集、多待在家里或空气流通地方。加州大学伯克利分校宣布会对期中考试进行调整，包括时间和考试形式，部分教授宣布停课。洛杉矶分校则是为学生配备医护团队，建议有症状的学生不要到学校上课，目前也正在制定网课的安排。南加州大学则是建议取消三月到四月中旬的所有线下活动。华盛顿大学西雅图分校则宣布学生暂时需要先接受线上授课。

针对美国校园疫情，普林斯顿大学决定让学生从春假后到四月五日前在线上上课。范德堡大学已经取消所有线下课程，并且此政策会根据疫情发展进行调整，有可能延长至学期末。而纽约大学则宣布线上授课至少将持续到三月底。而斯坦福大学、哥伦比亚大学、普林斯顿大学为了学生的安全考虑，均已宣布停课。

近期，新冠肺炎疫情在全球范围内扩散蔓延。截至美国东部时间3月10日晚，美国新型冠状肺炎病例已突破1000例，其中包括31例死亡。随着8个州宣布进入紧急状态，美国大学预防疫情也有相应的举措。

美国大学预防疫情举措

为了保障师生健康，美国大学预防疫情采取相应举措，对紧急状态作出积极的响应：

华盛顿大学：当地时间3月5日宣布本学期剩余的所有课程和期末考试，将全部教学转为网络授课。
普林斯顿大学：从3月23日起，所有讲座和研讨会均在网上举行。
加州大学伯克利分校：从3月10日起开始暂停大多数面对面授课，直至3月29日春假结束再做评估，超过150人的校园活动将被取消或推迟。
伯克利音乐学院：春假期间前往某些州和国家旅行的学生，返校后必须进行14天的自我隔离。

留学签证疫情影响最严重时，美国如何应对？

不少打算赴美留学的同学最近都在考虑这么一个问题，新冠肺炎病毒肆虐之下，还能顺利拿到签证按时赴美留学吗？申请签证疫情影响大吗？我们按照此次新冠肺炎疫情演变的时间轴一步一步进行梳理，力求给予正在保持观望的留学生家庭一个最清晰、最正确的应对策略。

早在2020年1月份，也是新冠肺炎疫情在中国最严重的时刻，美国大使馆宣布自2020年2月3日起，美国驻北京大使馆和美国驻成都，广州，上海和沈阳总领事馆纷纷暂停了普通签证业务包括免面谈申请的办理。同时，美国驻华使领馆也一样，仅维持有限的人员，美国方面也取消了大部分的来华航班。这导致需要赴美留学及工作的人员无法如期归美，事实上1月末已经不属于圣诞假期，多数学校、企业也早在1月中旬就需要学生、员工到岗，可以说受到影响的群体并不多。

而随着国内疫情得到控制，美国大使馆于2月底宣布重新恢复中国公民的赴美签证申请，同时各大航空公司也开始恢复之前关停的部分航班。从网站公布的受理时间上来看，目前最早的签证预约时间是3月12日。不同地区的预约时间有所区别，大家可以在官网上查看。

可预约最早时间：2020年3月12日

· 沈阳领区

可预约最早时间：2020年3月12日

· 成都领区

可预约最早时间：2020年5月4日

· 上海领区

需要注意的是，可预约时间会根据预约人数而变更，同时也不排除领事馆随时修改预约时间的可能，所以请需要签证的同学们尽早预约。

这个冬天格外寒冷，街道上也前所未见的冷清。新冠病毒疫情扩散以来，我们每个人关注的焦点都是与之相关的新闻。在这样压抑的氛围中，卫健委在2月18日发布了一个好消息：全国除湖北以外的新增病例达成“14连降”，冰消雪融，疫情拐点或在不远的将来。

我们每个人的生活都或多或少因这场疫情而发生了改变。商铺关闭、人们在家隔离、学生停课、医护人员化身“白衣战士”、各方倾力支援……

对中国留学生来说，2月无疑是纠结的一个月，受疫情影响，美、澳等国颁布禁止入境政策；2/3月中国考区的雅思、托福、GRE、SAT等重大考试也相继宣布取消；但这同时也意味着申请者有更充足的备考时间。同时也有一些暖心的消息：美国不少大学为中国学生开辟了特别通道、提交成绩截止时间有一定程度的推迟、duolingo在线测试可以暂时当作托福的备选项等；因此大家一定要关注自己学校发布的政策、及时联系校方。

根据中国疾控中心2月17日报告显示，共有3019名医务人员感染了新型冠状病毒（包括确诊病例、疑似病例、临床诊断病例及无症状感染者，其中确诊病例1716名），该数据中可能存在非职业暴露造成的感染。

南加州大学

加州大学洛杉矶分校

住宿

UCLA的住宿楼基本都位于山上，宿舍共分为五个宿舍群，每一个宿舍群的风格都不同，学生可根据自己的喜好来进行选择。UCLA宿舍群共有经典、豪华、广场、和套间四中类型，经典宿舍的费用较低，但空间也比较狭小，代表楼有Hedrick Hall、Sproul Hall等；豪华宿舍比较适合双人、与三人，生活区域较大，代表楼有Sproul Landing，Sproul Cove等；而广场和套间适合单人、双人、三人入住，次宿舍类型与酒店更为类似，设施更加齐全与豪华，代表楼有De Neve Plaza A-F，Saxon Suites等。每一个宿舍群里都设有食堂、会议室、公共学习室、洗衣房，并且提供银行和快递服务。在每一层宿舍楼里，UCLA都提供了公共洗衣房，公共洗衣房里都有洗衣机与烘干机，为学生提供了更加方便的生活环境。公共学习室则为小组学习的学生们提供了良好的学习环境，大学中不少的小组作业都需要学生一起合作，此时，公共学习室便成为了学生们最好的学习场地。在紧张的课程学习之余，有些宿舍楼也为学子们提供了娱乐房，在繁忙的学业下，为了缓解压力，学生们可以在娱乐房中放松自己，忘记烦恼。

食堂

UCLA以学术著名的同时，食堂也备受学生们的欢迎。在繁重的留学课业之下，吃也成为了学生们不可忽视的一部分。UCLA共有四个较大的食堂，分别为De Neve，Covel，Feast，Hedrick Dining Hall和Bruin Café。最大的食堂De Neve可以容纳700多人，在De Neve里可以尝到各地的美食，汉堡、pizza、各种牛肉羊肉都是学生们的选择，当然冰激凌、奶昔也应有尽有。学习到深夜们的同学也不必担心没有食堂可以去，De Neve将会是学生们吃上宵夜的最佳地方。Covel食堂则是地中海美食的地盘，里面有着各式各样的欧式美食，但在享受美食的同时也不要忘记控制食物油脂摄入，Covel食堂里热乎乎的薯条和奶酪蛋糕都颇受学生们的欢迎。Feast是各大UCLA学生们心中的“神仙”食堂，这里每天都有不重样的亚洲美食，日料、韩餐、中餐包学生们吃得开心，当今的人气美食例如宫爆鸡丁、寿司，章鱼小丸子、刺身等都会经常出现在Feast食堂中。由于人气火爆的原因，去Feast往往会找不到位置，但为了美食耐心等待一下也是值得的！Bruin Plate作为UCLA里最健康的食堂，食堂使用环保餐具，使用有机食物，为学生提供了最健康的餐饮。有时学生在课间来不及去食堂里用餐，不用担心，Bruin Plate的沙拉，水果杯，酸奶，三明治都是学生们的选择。

但生活中总会有些变故，许多学生会因为一些家庭、感情或身体状况出问题而影响GPA下跌，这时该怎么做才好呢？

Composition of Different Achromatic Doublet Lenses

Achromatic doublet lensis a kind of common lens. It consists of several groups of positive and negative cemented lenses with different radius of curved surface. It can only correct the axial chromatic aberration of red and blue light in spectral line. At the same time, the spherical aberration on the axis and the coma aberration on the paraxial point are corrected. This kind of lens can not eliminate the second-order spectrum, only the spherical aberration and chromatic aberration in the yellow and green wave regions are corrected. The spherical aberration and chromatic aberration of the remaining chromatic aberration and other wave areas can not be eliminated, and the image field bending is still very large, that is to say, only the clear image in the middle of the field of view can be obtained. It is advisable to use yellow-green light as illumination source or insert yellow-green filter in the optical path. This kind of lens is simple, economical and practical. It is often used in conjunction with correction eyepiece and is widely used in medium and low power microscopes. In black-and-white photography, green filters can be used to reduce the residual axial chromatic aberration and obtain good contrast photographs.
Complex achromatic doublet lens is composed of several groups of advanced lenses made of special optical glass and fluorite. The axial chromatic aberration is corrected by red, blue and yellow light, and the secondary spectrum is eliminated. Therefore, the image quality is good, but it is difficult to process and calibrate many lenses. The correction of chromatic aberration is in all wavebands of visible light. If blue or yellow filters are added, the effect will be better. It is the best objective in the microscope. It has good correction for spherical aberration and chromatic aberration. It is suitable for high magnification. However, it still needs to be used with compensating eyepiece to eliminate residual chromatic aberration.
Planar achromatic doublet lens is a complex optical structure composed of multiple lenses, which can correcting astigmatism and image field bending well, and make the whole field of view clear. It is suitable for microphotography. The correction of spherical aberration and chromatic aberration of the objective is still limited to the yellow-green wave region, and there is still residual chromatic aberration.
Planar achromatic doublet lens has the same degree of aberration correction as complex achromatic objective lens except for further image field bending correction, which makes the image clear and flat. But the structure is complex and difficult to manufacture.
