The Introduction of 100G Optical Transceiver

In recent years, with the rapid growth of user demand for 40G and 100G optical module transmission links, cloud computing, mobile broadband and IPTV users have increasingly demanded bandwidth. 40G links have been deployed for several years. Today, 40G optical transceivers are ubiquitous in data centers. In the past two years, 100G optical transceivers have developed rapidly in the data center market due to the development of the optical industry centered on "100G network deployment". The 100G optical module transceiver types currently on the market are: QSFP28 optical tranceiver, CFP optical tranceiver, CFP2 optical tranceiver, CFP4 optical tranceiver and CXP optical tranceiver. CXP Optical Transceiver

CXP optical transceiver has a transmission rate of up to 12 x 10Gbps and supports hot swap. “C” stands for 12 in hexadecimal, “X” stands for 10Gbps transmission rate per channel, and “P” means pluggable devices that support hot plugging. CXP optical module transceivers are mainly targeted at the high-speed computer market, and are a supplement to CFP optical transceiver in Ethernet data centers. Technically, CXP optical module transceivers are used for short-distance data transmission with parallel multimode fibers.

100G CFP Optical Transceiver-

The CXP optical transceiver is 45mm long and 27mm wide, and is slightly larger than the XFP optical module. Built-in 12 transmission channels, each channel runs at 10Gb / s, the highest speed can reach 120G, which is mainly used to meet the high density requirements of data centers. It is usually used with parallel multi-mode fiber ribbons, and the transmission distance is up to 100 meters.

CFP / CFP2 / CFP4 Optical Transceiver

100G CFP Optical Transceiver-

100G CFP optical transceiver, known as 100G client module transceiver, is a form-factor pluggable module that supports hot swap. The first generation of 100G CFP series optical transceiver is CFP optical transceiver, which are very large. Then CFP2 and CFP4 optical module transceivers appeared,CFP series optical transceivers are getting smaller and smaller. The volume of CFP2 is half that of CFP, and the volume of CFP4 optical transceiver is half that of CFP2. The package size is the same as that of QSFP + optical transceiver. CFP series optical modules all meet the requirements of 40G and 100G network transmission.The compact size of CFP4 optical transceiver is more suitable for high-density 100G Ethernet and OTN single-mode applications.

100G QSFP28 Optical Transceiver

Similarly, as a small 100G optical transceiver, the QSFP28 optical transceiver has also received more and more attention. As the name implies, QSFP28 optical module transceivers have the same design concept as QSFP optical transceivers. The first generation QSFP optical transceiver is equipped with four Tx and Rx ports, and the rate between each channel is 10 Gbps. For the QSFP28 optical module transceiver, each channel of the QSFP optical transceiver can send and receive data up to 28 Gbps. Compared with the CFP4 optical module, the QSFP28 optical module is only smaller than the CFP4 optical module. Although the QSFP28 optical module has a density advantage over the CFP4 optical module, the higher maximum power consumption of the CFP4 optical module makes it advantageous for longer distance optical transmission.

The Factors Which Affect The Production Capacity

Generally speaking, there are many factors affecting the production capacity of the impact crusher. All in all, there are 5 factors. As following, the GUIKUANG machinery will describe these 5 factors and put forward the corresponding solutions.

1. The hardness of the material: the harder, the more difficult to break up the material and the more serious to wear the equipment. It will slower the speed and lower the ability. So we need to pay attention to the selection of materials.

2. The composition of the material: before entering the impact crusher, the more fine powder contained in the material, the more crushing. Because the fine powder is easy to adhere to the influence of transportation, the material with fine powder content should be screened in advance. That action will make the fine powder selected out from the material as much as possible so as to avoid the normal work of the impact crusher.

3. The fineness of the material after crushing process of the impact crusher: the higher standard of the fineness, the smaller the material which is required to be crushed. That is to say, the weaker the crushing capacity. In this aspect, it all depends. There are no special requirements. Generally, we set the fineness of the material to medium and fine.

4.The viscosity of the material: the stronger the viscosity of the material, the easier to adhere. We can see that the material with large viscosity will adhere to the inner wall of the crushing chamber in the GUIKUANG impact crusher. If we don’t clean it in time, it will affect the working efficiency of the crusher, and may also affect the normal work. Therefore, when choosing materials, we must pay attention to the viscosity of materials to ensure the viscosity is not too strong.

5. The humidity of the material: when the water content accounts large proportion in the material, the material is easy to adhere to the impact crusher, and it is easy to cause the clogging in the process of feeding the material. It will result in the reduction of the crushing capacity. To solve this problem, the humidity of the material should be strictly controlled when we choose the material. If the humidity of the selected material is too high, we can choose some way to reduce the percentage of it in the material by sunshine or air drying.

6. The convenient maintenance of the impact crusher

The operational principles of impact crusher

The materials are entered into an impact mill rock crusher by the feed hopper, and then they will be divided into two parts by the feeder. One part is entered into a high-speed rotating impeller from the middle of the feeder. The acceleration speed in the impeller can reach hundreds of times the acceleration of gravity, and then it is ejected from the three uniform flow passages at 60-70 meters per second. Firstly, a part of the material that falls from the feeder will be hit and broken, and then it impact on the material lining layer of the vortex branch together, bouncing off the material liner, impacting to the top slant of the vortex cavity, and changing its direction of motion, deflecting downward movement, and forming a continuous material curtain from impeller channel. Such a material is subjected to two or even multiple probability impact, attrition, grinding and crushing in the whirling cavity. The broken material is discharged from the lower discharge gate. The closed loop system is formed with the circular screening system and it. Generally, the material can be broken into 20 parts in three times cycles. During the whole process of crushing, the materials impact and break with each other. They won’t directly contact with the metal element. However, they will impact, rub and break with the material liner, which will reduce the pollution and prolong the wear time of the machine. The vortex flow the whirling chamber eliminates the dust pollution. The ingenious internal airflow’s self circulation inside the vortex flow eliminates the dust dispersion.

Jet guided trapezoidal floating valve(SGTV)

SGTV is high-performance float valve tray, researched and developed by Tianjin University, on the basis of absorbing the application of bar float valve, fixed tongue and guided sieve tray experience from domestic and overseas. (Patent no. 00204491.9). The valve plate shape is divided into two kinds of models A and B, absorbed the characteristics of the V type grid, changing the rectangular valve plate to trapezoid, making propelling action strengthened. Especially the B type float valve, not only opens holes on the side of the type A float valve, but also adds a hole in front of the body, plays a guide role in real, at the same time, strengthens the propelling action. On the structure, using gas circulation area adjustable floating valve structure overcomes the small operation flexibility of V- grid. Experimental research and practical application show that the SGTV greatly improves the performance of the plate.

Winpak packing

Through continuous improvement of traditional packing, PCC has a series of new high efficiency structured packings with independent intellectual property rights, the main product is Winpak series packing. PCC's Modular Refineries are designed and fabricated in our manufacturing base located in Tianjin, China. As the name implies, all equipment is constructed in modules that are designed to be transported quickly and easily anywhere in the world.

Depending on the refining capacity, Modular Refineries can be designed and constructed with the major part of the work accomplished in our factory in a controlled atmosphere. This greatly improves efficiency and keeps costs low. We do as much of the work in our factory as possible, controlling man hours and material costs through the immediate access afforded by our on-site engineering and design facilities. The costs mainly include cost of building a small oil refinery, cost of oil refinery plant and refinery cost.
