Pre-project analysis:

After receiving the design drawings from customer, the production department held a preliminary analysis meeting. Including the pre-analyst, the managers of post-processing department, the spray department and the silk screen department. During this meeting, the various issues that the products need to pay attention to are analyzed in detail. After analysis, it was found that the product was the appearance model, the adhesion of the final product’s rubber paint should be considered.

 

Process and material selection:

This product's raw material is ABS, and we choose the CNC technology to finish this part.  After CNC processing, the model will be polished and painted, and finally a transparent rubber paint is sprayed on the surface.

 

Production process:

After the analysis and program process, the parts will be arranged CNC machined. In order to ensure all part’s high precision, we prefer the abs precision machining  through the industry-leading CNC equipment.

  1. Professional post-treatment, the post-treatment of the product focuses on the adhesion of the final product rubber paint. After CNC machining, and polished by our professional post-processing department, the part will be handed over to the spray dept. for painting process. The rubber paint is sprayed on the surface of the product in a matte or semi-matte state. It has a special soft touch and elasticity, friction resistance, impact resistance chemical resistance, good adhesion and durability. After spraying the rubber paint, the adhesion is good, the friction on the surface of the product is increased, and the part's appearance is more beautiful.

HM-200 Hygronom

Overview

Hygronom is used to measure the humidity of flue gas emitted by pollution sources. According to measured humidity, it converts wet gas concentration into dry gas concentration. In addition, it also can be used in industrial online humidity monitoring.

 

HM-200 hygronom is an intelligent humidity/ oxygen transmitter, which employs microprocessor as the core, and frequency conversion icon oxygen sensor as a measuring unit. The installation method adopts a heat tracing pipeline installation. It is a self-developed product, of which, the core component is from Switzerland.

 

Under the effect of the air pump, the flue gas inside the stack enters the measurement module after heating from the heat tracing probe. The whole process of extraction, measurement, and discharge is with heat tracing to prevent gas from condensation, which will affect the measurement of moisture in the flue gas. The flue gas enters the measurement module after heating and the frequency conversion icon oxygen sensor will start to measure gas concentration. After the measurement, the gas can get into an analyzer for the measurement of other components.

Humidity Analyzer

Hygronom is also called moisture meter or dew-point meter, a kind of humidity test meter , which is used to meter humidity of flue gas emitted by pollution source. According to measured humidity, it converts wet gas concentration into dry gas concentration. In addition, it also can be used in industrial online humidity meter.

 

HM-100 flue gas hygronom is equipped with internal high-precision capacitance digital temperature & humidity sensor. The installation method adopts in-situ immersion installation. It is a self-developed product, of which, core component is from Switzerland.

 

Put sensor inside stack to get in touch with flue gas. The probe needs preheating to prevent gas from condensation, which will affect measurement of moisture in flue gas. After gas contacts with measurement chip, the chip will change capacitance to measure flue gas concentration.
