 Xanthan Gum

Xanthan gum is a polysaccharide with a wide variety of uses, including as a common food additive. It is a powerful thickening agent, and also has uses as a stabilizer to prevent ingredients from separating.

Xanthan gum is known as "industrial MSG", is the largest and widely used microbial polysaccharide in the world at present.

Use of membrane filtration and separation operations allows concentration and purification of substances such as xanthan with recycling of permeate. It also provides an inexpensive and reliable way to remove water and low molecular weight impurities. Fractionation, concentration, and purification of gelatins via membrane operations result in gentler processing to avoid denaturing the gelatine.

 Vitamin

Vitamin C production has two fermentation processes: Reichstein method and two-step fermentation. Impurities in fermentation broth are removed by the use of heat precipitation method for the above two traditional vitamin C extraction process. After the fermentation broth was allowed to settle, it was separated by a cation exchange resin. However, the fermentation broth is passed directly through the ion exchange resin, which can cause serious contamination of the resin surface and reduce the exchange capacity.

Modern extraction process generally applies ultrafiltration membrane gulonic acid fermentation broth production, because the broth protein molecular weight range is generally 1-10kDa, so to choose a certain molecular weight cut-off can remove most of the protein and some macromolecular impurities in place of the traditional heating method to remove protein.

Preparation before operation of GK1720A Pendulum Grinding Mill:

Check that the supply voltage meets corresponding requirements. Don't start the machine when the voltage is lower than 360 v. Check the electric circuit in the light of drawing.

Check all joint bolts for tightness, especially the bolts in host chamber.

Check drive belt for looseness and tightness. The mainframe can rotate freely by moving it with hands. Check grinding rollers for flexible movement. The buffer spring above the roller assembly in the main unit should be screwed up to 185mm(see drawing 2); the length of four spring should be kept on the same size.

See that governor valve of inlet pipe air blower is in "off" position(it is automatically controlled by the pneumatic valve. Before start the blower, power on it to test it first. Normally the positioning pin is fixed to the positioning hole. After electromagnetic switch valve is energized, under the effect of air pressure, the cylinder activities section stretches out and drive the connecting rod, then the valve plate is open. Check the chain of the elevator for looseness and tightness.

Lubricate all parts according to the lubrication table. Lubricants are filled before use.The grease is clean. Check all the joints for oil leakage.

Regulate the discharge opening of jaw crusher in line with the nature of materials. The particle size is less than 35 mm.

Check motors for rotating direction.

1. The main engine has a clockwise running (looking down from above).
2. The turbine blade of the separator has a clockwise running(looking down from above).
3. The air blower rotates clockwise(looking from belt wheel end).

Check pulse dust collector:

Start induced draft fan. Check shell and discharge valve for air leakage.

Technology firm to set up first HQ outside China at District 2020

DUBAI, 2 July 2020 – Terminus Technologies, a China-based leader in smart technologies such as artificial intelligence and robotics has been named Expo 2020 Dubai's latest Premier Partner and has signed a long-term lease at District 2020 as part of the innovation ecosystem that will evolve after the event.

Threaded Magnets

Mounting magnets are comprised of powerful permanent magnets set inside steel cups or channels with countersunk holes or threaded features for holding applications. The steel structure redirects the magnetic field from the back-side of the magnet, making it much more stronger in terms of pull force, and protects the magnetic material from damage during use. Commonly used mounting magnets include Hook Magnets, threaded rod magnets, Countersunk/Counterbore Pot Magnets, Channel Magnets and Rubber Coated Magnets.

Mounting Magnets can double the strength of which you get with the magnet alone, as the steel cup attracting to it is magnetized by the magnet, giving much more pull force. The pull force numbers we list for each product is the force required to pull the mounting magnet straight away from a steel surface.

In fact, how much force a mounting magnet can hold depends on a few factors. When loading the magnet in a different orientation, for example, vertically stuck onto a wall, the weight it can hold up is usually lower than the listed pull force number. Moreover, the friction between the surfaces, the shape of what is being held up, and other factors also contribute to differences of the results.  

Powerful mounting magnets are often used as fishing magnets to retrieve objects that are lost underwater with magnetic parts or steel components. Mounting magnets with different features, such as hook, threaded and countersunk, can be widely used for holding, hanging, and attaching objects in different projects.

Today's society has higher and higher requirements for the quality and safety and reliability of energy and power supply. The traditional large-grid power supply method cannot meet this requirement because of its own defects. A new type of power grid capable of integrating distributed power generation – micro-grid emerges as the times require. It can save investment, reduce energy consumption, improve system safety and flexibility, and is the future development direction. Capacitance plays an important role as an indispensable energy storage system in the microgrid. As a new type of energy storage device, supercapacitor has become one of the preferred devices for microgrid energy storage with its irreplaceable superiority.
