Degassing

Improving leveling

Some amino modified polyethylene waxes have better wettability in resin-coated fillers and pigments because they are of the same type as the leveling agents used in powder coatings. As a result, surface leveling also improves.

Increasing Smoothness of Powder

Basically, each kind of micronized wax powder has the effect of improving the smoothness of powder and increasing the storage stability of paint. Generally speaking, considering the cost, adding 0.2-0.5% (wt) in the formula, the micronized wax powder is more popular. It should be noted that the influence of the manufacturing process and impurities of low-grade wax on powder coatings cannot be ignored. More importantly, in addition to some wax formulations, when baking, odor and smoke are particularly large, which is not conducive to environmental protection and safety. Additionally, the raw material with a small amount of wax is not easy to stick to the cooling roll after extrusion.

Controlling glossiness

There are two kinds of extinction: physical extinction and chemical extinction. The extinction of polyolefin wax belongs to the former. The wax will float to the surface of the film and form fog when baking, thus reducing the gloss. If a micronized wax powder is used alone, the dosage is 1.0-3.5% (wt). In such applications, micronized wax should be used as far as possible because it is easy to disperse. If wax sheets are used and added to 1.5% (wt), there will be a small dent on the surface of the coating. And after re-extrusion, the depression will only increase. Planar products generally add up to 3.5% (wt). If this amount is exceeded, the horizontal fluidity of powder melting decreases obviously. Moreover, the greater the wettability of the powder, the worse the changeability of the powder.

Due to the floating effect of wax, a compact oil bearing layer is formed on the surface of the coating, so the boiling water resistance is better, and the salt spray resistance is superior.

1.Vibration. 2.Wind noise. At the rotating of large industrial fans, the blades are periodically subject to the pulsating action, resulting in noise;On the other hand, the blade itself and the pressure on the blade are not evenly distributed, so it is easy to disturb the surrounding gas and parts during the rotation, which also constitutes the rotation noise.In addition, vortex noise is generated by the pulsation of pressure distribution on the blade , which is due to gas flowing through the blade generating the turbulent attachment layer, vortex and vortex separation.The noise of these 3 reasons can be called  "cut wind noise", the fan with general wind & big wind pressure, its cut wind noise is bigger also.
3. Abnormal sound, wind noise sounds like just the wind, but the abnormal sound is different, during the rotating of industrial fan, if except to the wind, there are still other sounds, you can judge the industrial fan has abnormal sound.Abnormal sound may occur due to foreign matter or deformation in the bearing, collision for improper assembly, or uneven winding of the motor resulting in looseness.The service life of fan is working time of radiator product working normally without breakdown , high grade industrial fan use life can achieve tens of thousands hours commonly.
The size of noise when the fan works, affected by many factors, the unit is decibel (dB).When measuring the large fan’s noise, it shall be carried out in the muffler room with noise less than 17dB, one meter away from the fan, and aligned with the fan's air inlet along the direction of the fan shaft, and measured in A weighted way.
4.The spectral characteristics of industrial fan noise are also very important. Therefore, it is necessary to record the noise frequency distribution with a spectrograph. Generally, the noise of the fan should be as small as possible and there should be no abnormal sound.Fan noise is related to friction and air flow.Fan rotate speed is higher, wind quantity is bigger, the noise that causes also can be bigger, the element of fan’s vibration also cannot ignore additionally.Of course, a high-quality fan will have very little vibration of its own, but the first two are difficult to overcome.To solve this problem, try using a larger fan.In the case of the same air volume, the working noise of the large fan at a lower speed should be less than that of the small fan at a higher speed.
