Working Principle of Automatic Screw Feeding Systems

Pour the material into the feeding box and start the switch. The material is continuously lifted from the bottom of the feeding box to the outlet through screw. There is a time setting in the automatic screw feeding systems. Feeding time can be set according to each feeding quantity. Spring feeder adopts screw conveying principle.

The material is rotated from the storage tank to the plastic extruder with a wire spring until the filling signal is sent out by the level device. It stops eating. After a period of time, it can restart the reciprocating cycle. According to the user's requirements, time relay can be used to control the downtime and realize automation.

The automatic screw feeding system is mainly used for the feeding of various plastic powder, granules and powder mixtures, and is used in conjunction with extruders and injection moulding machines. Application of Roller Press in Slag Final Grinding System

Slag Roller machine Flow: Material is dispersed and dried immediately after entering V-type flour separator. The host deals with the slag that has lost its viscosity. Fine slag powder has been dried. It is directly fed into high-efficiency dynamic flour separator by long pipeline, where the slag powder is sorted and finally dried. The heat source of slag drying is provided by coal-fired hot blast stove. The wet slag can be dispersed and dried in V-type separator, long pipeline, and high-efficiency dynamic separator to meet the moisture requirement of drying.

The practice has proved that the slag particle size of roller machine and vertical grinding process is the same, and the slag particle size of ball grinding process is the smallest, that is, the fine particle content of ball grinding slag powder is high (< 30 microns), and the coarse particle content is low. The distribution of slag powder particles in a ball mill is wider than that in a roller machine and vertical mill, and there is little difference between a roller machine and vertical mill.

Roller machine and vertical mill are widely used power-saving equipment in a grinding system in recent ten years. The vertical mill has been widely used in slag final grinding, while roller machine is mostly used in the combined grinding system. The practice has proved that the roller mill used in final grinding of slag can be comparable to vertical grinding, with comparable power-saving effect, lower investment, better market prospects, and popularization value.

Possible Problems in Roller Machine System Operation

It is always the case that the operator controls the stable flow position of the roll press feeding at about 80% of the warehouse weight according to the specifications. When the warehouse is found to have a downward trend, the feeding quantity will be increased immediately, but it is often too late, and the small warehouse will be emptied in tens of seconds. Similarly, when the warehouse is found to have an upward trend, it is too late to stabilize the warehouse by reducing the given pressure and increasing the opening of the inclined insert plate. The small warehouse will burst in a very short time, so the roller machine can only run in an empty warehouse for a long time. The material is directly impacted by the extrusion roll by the feeding belt. The gap and current fluctuate greatly. The vibration of the roller machine is very large, which causes a series of equipment damage and affects the work. Extrusion roll bearings have serious exfoliation of outer ring roller track, unstable feedback pressure of extrusion roll, frequent damage of accumulator bacterial valve assembly, breakage of universal joint, frequent breakage of frame bolts of roller machine, frequent breakage of the torsion support rod and a series of abnormal equipment damage during normal service life. The current of the driving motor fluctuates in a wide range of 22-55A so that the continuous cake cannot be formed, which makes the output of the cement mill extremely unstable.

After a systematic analysis of the process and equipment, the following problems are initially identified:

1) Serious segregation of materials in the weighing bin results in the out-synchronization of the speed of material passing along the axis of the extrusion roll;

2) There is no stable and continuous warehouse pressure in the weighing bin, which can not meet the supersaturated operation conditions of the roller machine;

3) The automatic feed adjusting device self-contained by the roller machine has design defects and cannot adjust the opening of the inclined insertion board to control the feeding amount at any time.

4) The extrusion roll hydraulic correction program has not reached the optimization matching with the actual operating environment.

The Wi-Fi inverter data logger (WE3162/WU3162) has an embedded Wi-Fi module, which can connect and transmit the data to remote monitoring portal via Wi-Fi. Meanwhile, here is a brief bio on Dr. Greer, written by me for the Malaco Music Group website and approved by the late Dr. Greer: A gospel organist, choir director and church leader, Dr. Jonathan Greer II was born June 4, 1941, to Bishop Jonathan Greer Sr. and Vanilla “Dear” Thompson. The young Jonathan grew up in his father’s Chicago church, Light of the World United Church of Christ, a denomination founded by his grandfather, Bishop G. G. Greer Sr. Dr. Greer followed in his father’s footsteps by becoming a musician, accompanying church services on the organ, and later by entering the ministry. His two albums of organ instrumentals of gospel songs, hymns and spirituals were released by Nashboro Records in 1968 and 1970. He even accompanied WLAC disk jockey Bill “Hoss” Allen on organ for the latter’s Creed Records collection of inspirational reflections. Dr. Greer first recorded for Savoy Records in 1977. Recorded Live in Nashville, Tennessee featured the Inspirational Choir of the Pentecostal Tabernacle Church of God in Christ, a church Greer founded in Nashville. Featured soloists on the album included Myke Hendricks, Marva Starks, future Bobby Jones and New Life singer Emily Harris and fellow organist Novella Williams. That same year, Dr. Greer left Pentecostal Tabernacle to assume the pastorate of Jones Avenue COGIC in Atlanta, succeeding its longtime leader, Bishop George Briley, who passed away in 1975. Dr. Greer changed the name of the church to Cathedral of Faith COGIC and inaugurated a regular television broadcast of its worship services. In 1979, Dr. Greer and the church’s Showers of Blessings Choir supported Dorothy Norwood on her two-disc live album for Savoy called The Mountain Climbers. The title track of Dr. Greer’s 1990 Savoy album with the Cathedral of Faith Choir, the John Askew-penned He’s Worthy, showcased the troupe’s full-throated sound and a rhythm section propelled by a funky bass guitar. Not only did the album earn a Grammy nomination, it also introduced vocalist Terrian LaShun Pace to the ears of Savoy executives. Her lead vocal on Kelvin Lenox’s “The House of The Lord” so impressed the Reverend Milton Biggham, director of Savoy’s gospel division, that he signed her as a solo artist in 1991 and her sisters, the Anointed Pace Sisters, the following year. Dr. Greer and the Cathedral of Faith Choir recorded another live album for Savoy, Just Jesus, in 1993. It featured the choir singing classic gospel songs such as “Love Lifted Me,” “Jesus That’s My King,” “Just to Behold His Face,” and the title track. In 2015, Dr. Jonathan Greer, a Bishop and senior pastor of Atlanta’s Divine Love Fellowship Church, re-recorded “Just Jesus” on an independently-released album of the same title, produced by Dorothy Norwood. In late May 2019, the Dorothy Norwood Music Group released what turned out to be Dr. Greer’s final single: “I Have So Much to Thank God For,” featuring Evangelist Lorraine Punch Baldwin.
