Most plastic is supplied as dry materials, only a small part of plastic is humid. Many kinds of plastic, i.e. PET, Nylon, ABS, Acrylic, Polyurethane, PC, PBT, are in some way hygroscopic (attracts water vapor). So before manufacturing, they need to be dried by dehumidifier to the acceptable level.

The plastic injection and blow molding machines should be dried before using. In order to achieve high production volume, generally, the mold is chilled to a very cold temperature, and then the components quickly form as the desired shape. In the process, water vapor in the ambient air will condense on the mold surface, especially during the summer period.

The spectral probe can record a complete spectrum between 200nm to 800nm (UV-visible light) and distinguish the spectrum into 256 wavelengths to obtain "Spectral fingerprint". It can monitor multiple parameters simultaneously through the information contained in spectral fingerprint and compensate those parameters aiming at possible cross-sensitivity. 4. Bend:

After the workpiece is cut, if most of them need to be bent and formed, the CNC bending machine not only has a fast speed, but also the workpiece is processed more accurately.

5. Welding molding:

The workpiece needs to be assembled and formed after cutting the material, and the assembly method is various. Some are directly formed by non-welding processes such as screws and riveting. 6. Electrostatic powder spray:

Electrostatic powder spraying is mainly for carbon steel workpieces.
