Introduction

As the first step in the whole tire cutting system, tire cutting process aims to recycle nylon tires and steel tires into rubber chunks or blocks as request. After times’ practice and improvement, we introduce this economical tire cutting system configuration in the market, which will reduce the original investment and improvement efficiency significantly in the waste tire recycling production. We provide semi-automatic tire cutting systems and automatic tire shredder in stationary and mobile type , both of them are perfect match for rubber recycling plant, such as tire granule production, rubber powder production and tire oil pyrolysis production. Our semi-automatic whole tire cutting system include four different machines:

Rotecho's pallet logs hot press machine is specially designed for pressing sawdust, wood shavings and other wood scraps into pallet blocks by heating and extruding system.

Sawdust Block Press Machine Introduction

Rotecho’s wood pallet block extrusion    is crucial in the pallet block/feet/leg manufacturing. The advanced horizontal hydraulic system pressure can reach up to 10MPA within a short time to press the feedstock tightly to get a qualified block. Rotecho can provide the singe sawdust pallet block making machine or the complete block production line for different scale production. Generally the whole production line are mainly consist of wood crusher, dryer, glue blender, block press machine and block cutting machine, each section will make a big different to determine the final block quality.

1. Crushing section: The crusher will crush all the wood materials into proper size.
2. Drying section: Material moisture content will be reduced at 8-12%, we have airflow dryer or rotary dryer for option.
3. Glue blending section: Special designed mixing device can get the uniform blended material.
4. Hot pressing section: The blended material will be fed into the feeding port of press machine and get the extruded blocks with high-strength. There is no limit on the block length, but generally it will be cut into 1m or 1.2m in this stop.
5. Block cutting section: Cut the 1m/1.2m blocks into required size by cutting machine or by hand.

Feature of Wood Sawdust Pallet Block Machine

1. Compared with molded pallet and wood based panel production, blocks making have the advantage of low-investment and wide application in wood waste recycling industry;

We can see pulp molding as a vertical mold process, which use paper pulp and fiber pulp as raw material, undergo a series of different molding process to get a certain product. * Transfer molding: 

Transfer molding type uses two pieces of mould to complete the process, the first one use the vacuum to form the wet mold in the pulp tank, the second is to transfer wet mold product to dryer procedure. We provide tumblet type and rotary type transfer molding machine for different productivity requirement. Tumblet type is mainly used in small scale plant with sun-drying to complete a production line. Rotary type also means drum-type forming, which has 4, 8, 12 panels that installed with forming mould. It shares the same working principle with tumblet molding, but it can work continuously with brick kiln dryer or metal frame dryer to realize the large scale production. 

* Reciprocate molding:

Reciprocating molding is also known as thick-wall molding, that mainly applied in industrial package pulp molding process, for there is only one mould finish the molding, so the finished product surface is moderately smooth, while the opposite is coarse. Therefore, a type of hydraulic hot press machine is necessary in this pulp production line to make the product more durable and bearing ability. On the other hand, vertical direction molding process enable the pulp forming machine more flexible in the product structure adjustment.

* Thermoformed molding: 

Thermoformed molding also name with“cure in the mold”to produce well-defined and smooth surfaced product from the fiber pulp. It is special designed to make tableware, bowl, lunch box, dish etc, which is similar with the reciprocate molding. Inject the slurry in forming mold with high precision, as forming mold lift up it will remove redundant water, upper mould will press it again. Once formed, the product is captured to heated to get a further densify molded product, trimming and sterilization process is necessary before the packing.

Forklift work safety requirements

1. There shall be no deformation or weld seam de-welding. The rolling clearance between the inner and outer gantry shall be adjusted reasonably. It shall not be greater than 1.5mm. The rotation of the roller shall be flexible. The roller and shaft shall be free from cracks and defects. The amount of wheel groove wear must not exceed 10% of the original size. 
   
   2. The tension of the two lifting chains should be uniform, no distortion, and the ends should be firmly connected. The pitch of the chain should not exceed 4% of the original length. Otherwise, the chain should be replaced. The sprocket rotation should be flexible. 
   
   3. The forks shall not be severely deformed and the welds shall be desoldered. There must be no cracks or welds on the surface of the fork. The root angle of the fork shall not be greater than 93° and the thickness shall not be less than 90% of the original size. The height difference between the left and right fork tips shall not exceed 3% of the length of the horizontal section of the fork. The positioning of the fork should be reliable. The bearing surface and the positioning surface of the fork should not have obvious defects. The clearance between the fork and the fork should not be too large and the movement should be smooth. 
   
   4. The connection between the lifting cylinder and the door frame should be firm. The hinge of the tilting cylinder and the door frame and the frame should be firm and flexible, and the matching clearance should not be too large. The cylinder should be well sealed, free of cracks and stable. Under the rated load, the self-sinking of the gantry is not more than 20mm and the inclination is not more than 0.5°. The lifting speed should not be less than half of the standard value at full load. 
   
   5. The overhead guard and the shelf must be complete and effective. 
   
   6. It is strictly forbidden to stand up and down the forks. It is not allowed to use a single fork to take goods with high load. 

Electric forklift repair and maintenance

1. Check if the thermostat works normally. 
   Check if the shifting work of the transmission is normal. 
   3. Check the tightness of the fan belt. 
   4. Check if the diesel tank oil inlet filter is clogged and damaged, and clean or replace the filter. 
   5. Check and adjust the valve clearance. 
   6. Check and adjust the gap between the brake pads of the hand and foot brakes and the brake drum. 
   7. Check whether the generator and starter motor are installed firmly, and whether the wiring head is clean and firm, check the carbon brush and commutator for wear. 
   8. Replace the oil in the oil pan and check whether the crankcase ventilation pipe is intact. Clean the oil filter and the diesel filter. 
   9. Check cylinder pressure or vacuum. 
   10.Check if the wheel is installed firmly, whether the tire pressure meets the requirements, and removes the debris embedded in the tread. 
   11. Disassemble the parts due to maintenance work, and carry out the forklift road test after reassembly. Check whether the multiple way reversing valve, lifting cylinder, tilting cylinder, steering cylinder and gear pump work normally.

1.The driving device of semi-electric stacker truck is driven by manpower. Special process nylon or polyurethane wheels are selected for wear resistance, which has the advantages of pressure resistance, silence, manual control, flexible and portable operation.

2.Steering control device: the steering control handle of semi-electric stacker truck acts on the steering wheels on both sides through the steering mechanism. It is more portable and flexible when turning. Therefore, the steering control handle can be directly turned to the desired angle.

3.Parking brake device: this kind of semi-electric stacker truck operates by foot brake. The brake directly acts on the universal wheel and immediately acts as brake.

4.When the semi-electric stacker truck with hydraulic circuit system needs to lift or drop the fork, by adjusting the hydraulic pull rod, the pump station can drive the relative movement of the inner and outer portal frames and sliding frames through the cylinder, so that the fork can rise and fall (the hydraulic pull rod pulls back). Pressure limiting valves are included in hydraulic pumps to protect vehicles and hydraulic systems under overload.
