Insert Bearing

ISUTAMI pillow block insert bearing, also known as ISUTAMI insert spherical ball bearing, is one of the main components for the bearing unit, which is usually mounted inside the housing and combined with housings made of different materials. The bearing belongs to a kind of ball bearing, and the main material is 52100 series bearing steel. The both sides of insert bearing are generally sealed with a rubber ring to prevent dust from entering the bearing and to prevent internal grease from overflowing. The outer ring of the bearing is in spherical shape and can be fitted to the spherical inner ring of the housing. The inner ring of the bearing has an extension at one side, and this extended portion is used to fix the matching round shaft.

 

Insert Bearing Features

We also divide the insert ball bearings into two types: one is a set screw lock type and another is an eccentric collar locking type according to the difference in this part. On the inner ring of the set screw lock type, there are two fixing screws distributed at an angle of 120°. When the shaft is inserted into the inner bore, the shaft can be tightened by fix the screw in the proper position; The ring has no set screw on the inner ring of an eccentric collar lock , but the round shaft can be mounted by matching the blackened collar. Compared with the way of fixing the screw lock, the installation method of the eccentric ring locking is more self-adjustable, and the round shaft will not be completely stuck, besides, the round shaft can rotate synchronously with the bearing. Based on the diameter of inner ring, we can also divide the bearings into a wide inner ring one and a narrow inner ring one.

 

ISUTAMI insert bearings are greased during the factory's production process, so they are pre-lubricated. The material of the outer casing that is matched with this series of bearings, commonly are cast iron, galvanized pressed steel, thermoplastic materials, etc. These materials have anti-corrosion functions. Some bearing units can work continuously in harsh environments, and some bearing units are with a little light duty and can be installed in highly mobile equipment.

Sawdust Wood Pallet Block Press Machine

Sawdust Block Press Machine Introduction

Rotecho’s wood pallet block extrusion    is crucial in the pallet block/feet/leg manufacturing. The advanced horizontal hydraulic system pressure can reach up to 10MPA within a short time to press the feedstock tightly to get a qualified block. Rotecho can provide the singe sawdust pallet block making machine or the complete block production line for different scale production. Generally the whole production line are mainly consist of wood crusher, dryer, glue blender, block press machine and block cutting machine, each section will make a big different to determine the final block quality.

  1. Crushing section: The crusher will crush all the wood materials into proper size.
  2. Drying section: Material moisture content will be reduced at 8-12%, we have airflow dryer or rotary dryer for option.
  3. Glue blending section: Special designed mixing device can get the uniform blended material.
  4. Hot pressing section: The blended material will be fed into the feeding port of press machine and get the extruded blocks with high-strength. There is no limit on the block length, but generally it will be cut into 1m or 1.2m in this stop.
  5. Block cutting section: Cut the 1m/1.2m blocks into required size by cutting machine or by hand.

Paper corner cushion molding machine INTRODUCTION

We can see pulp molding as a vertical mold process, which use paper pulp and fiber pulp as raw material, undergo a series of different molding process to get a certain product. It is the different product structure design that determine special molding machine to complete the shaping, ROTECHO share with you three popular types molding here. 

* Transfer molding: 

Transfer molding type uses two pieces of mould to complete the process, the first one use the vacuum to form the wet mold in the pulp tank, the second is to transfer wet mold product to dryer procedure. We provide tumblet type and rotary type transfer molding machine for different productivity requirement. Tumblet type is mainly used in small scale plant with sun-drying to complete a production line. Rotary type also means drum-type forming, which has 4, 8, 12 panels that installed with forming mould. It shares the same working principle with tumblet molding, but it can work continuously with brick kiln dryer or metal frame dryer to realize the large scale production. 

* Reciprocate molding:

Reciprocating molding is also known as thick-wall molding, that mainly applied in industrial package pulp molding process, for there is only one mould finish the molding, so the finished product surface is moderately smooth, while the opposite is coarse. Therefore, a type of hydraulic hot press machine is necessary in this pulp production line to make the product more durable and bearing ability. On the other hand, vertical direction molding process enable the pulp forming machine more flexible in the product structure adjustment.

* Thermoformed molding: 

Thermoformed molding also name with“cure in the mold”to produce well-defined and smooth surfaced product from the fiber pulp. It is special designed to make tableware, bowl, lunch box, dish etc, which is similar with the reciprocate molding. Inject the slurry in forming mold with high precision, as forming mold lift up it will remove redundant water, upper mould will press it again. Once formed, the product is captured to heated to get a further densify molded product, trimming and sterilization process is necessary before the packing.

SPONGE SANDING

SPONGE abrasives consist of three components: foam, usually made from EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate), PU (polyurethane) or recycled PU waste, a binder resin and abrasive grit made of aluminum oxide, white aluminum oxide, silicon carbide, semi-friable aluminum oxide and so on.

The Advantages of foam abrasives

When sanding with foam abrasives, the focus is not only on removing as much material as possible. It is vital to achieving an absolutely smooth and even result when preparing surfaces for subsequent painting or varnishing. If the goal is to achieve a perfect workpiece surface finish with low scratch depth, applying pressure in two dimensions when sanding (such as using conventional sandpaper) is not enough, for example when using paper-backed abrasives. Instead, pressure needs to be applied in three dimensions. Force can be applied in three dimensions by using the foam as the carrier material in connection with a flexible binder resin. This allows the grit to dissipate the contact pressure average. Advantage: the abrasive grit does not cut into the material as deeply and breaks off less. As such, less material is removed and no sanding through of the material occurs at the edges. Instead, we achieve a homogeneous surface.

Due to their conformability, foam abrasives are the ideal choice for areas that are difficult to access and have profiled surfaces. Hard-to-reach areas, such as door handle depressions, bumpers and radiator grilles, are ideal fields of application for the foam abrasives. Unlike conventional sandpaper, foam abrasives can be folded without creating permanent creases, which allows a consistent sanding pattern due to improved grain consistency without swirl marks.

A combination of soft carrier material and flexible grit bonding reduces clogging of the foam abrasives. Sanding dust is continuously removed from the spaces between the granules. Using more flexible binder resin and optimised distribution with improved abrasive grit, it has been possible to further improve the clogging characteristics. The sponge block sanding pad can therefore be used multiple times.

The foam allows the abrasive to shape itself to the product. With no folds or buckling, the material provides an even pattern free of scratching. A flexible abrasive surface lasts much longer than conventional surfaces, on which the abrasive grains crack apart and break off. With its soft backing material, the foam abrasive does not create pressure spots from fingers. It distributes the force of the sanding across the abrasive surface evenly.

Having a soft and flexible backing makes the foam abrasive continually release abrasive dust. Heat does not build up on the adhesive coating of the foam abrasive as you work. With less heat, there is less load up, and the product lifetime increases. Not only do foam abrasives work wet or dry, you can even wash and reuse them.
