RTV-1 Silicone Rubber

RTV-1 silicone is a condensed silicone rubber that is gradually cured from outside to inside by contacting with moisture in the air. It can be also called non conductive silicone sealant. RTV-1 silicone rubber are used in bonding, sealing, encapsulating photovoltaic module components including photovoltaic frame, junction box and micro-inverter, power industry including circuit boards, electronic components, light emitting diode industry including lamp beads, lamp cap and light bar, home appliance including air conditioner, fridge, washing machine, and microwave oven, induction cooker, new energy vehicle including electronic component. GOLOHO RTV-1 silicone rubbers are designed to provide long-term bonding, sealing, encapsulating and protection against moisture, environmental degradation, mechanical and thermal shock, heat dissipation and vibration where a room-temperature-curing product is preferred.

 

When using RTV-1 silicone rubber, all surfaces must be clean and dry. Degrease and wash off any contaminants that could impair adhesion. Suitable solvents include isopropyl alcohol, acetone, or methyl ethyl ketone. Apply a bead of RTV-1 silicone rubber to one of the prepared surfaces, then quickly cover with the other substrate to be bonded. On exposure to moisture, the freshly applied material will “skin over” in about 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature and 50% relative humidity. Any tooling should be completed before this skin forms. The surface is easily tooled with spatula. GOLOHO RTV-1 silicone rubbers will be tack free in about 5 to 60 minutes. After skin formation, cure continues inward from the surface. In 24 hours (at room temperature and 50% relative humidity), GOLOHO RTV-1 silicone rubbers will cure to a depth of 2 to 3 mm. Very deep sections, especially when access to atmospheric moisture is restricted, will take longer to cure completely. Cure time is also extended at lower humidity levels. Before handing and packaging bonded components, users are advised to wait a sufficiently long time to ensure that the integrity of the adhesive seal is not affected. This will depend on many factors and should be determined by user for each specific application.

Benchtop Magnetic Flux Leakage Testing Equipment

MFI Magnetic flux leakage test refers to the formation of a leakage magnetic field on the surface of a test piece after it is magnetized due to defects on the surface or near-surface of the test piece. People can detect defects by detecting changes in the leakage magnetic field.

Briefly describe the limitations of the magnetic flux leakage detection method.

The limitations of the magnetic testing equipment are as follows:

  1. It is only applicable to ferromagnetic materials.  
  2. Detection sensitivity is low.
  3. The quantification of defects is rough.  
  4. Due to the shape of the workpiece to be inspected, the leakage magnetic field method is not suitable for detecting test pieces with complicated shapes because the sensor detects the leakage flux.  
  5. Magnetic flux leakage is not suitable for cracking very narrow cracks, especially closed cracks. It was found in the experiment that cracks with very narrow cracks, magnetic particle flaw detection and magnetic flux leakage inspection failed to produce an indication of injury and injury.

How electronic fence works

After the pulse generator (main unit) is energized, the transmitting port sends a pulse voltage to the front fence. Port, this port receives the feedback pulse signal; the host also detects the resistance between the two transmitters. Principle

When the pipe supplies water from the inlet end of the valve, the water from the needle valve and one-way valve enters the valve cover control room and then is discharged downstream through the ball valve. Due to the small opening of the needle valve, the discharge speed of the control room is greater than that of the inlet to replenish water, thus reducing the pressure in the control room. The inlet pressure acting under the main valve disc all the time lifts the main valve disc, thereby opening the main valve disc and supplying water downstream. When the pipeline stops supplying water, the downstream water begins to flow back. Due to the effect of the one-way valve, the backflow water cannot flow out after entering the valve cover control room through the ball valve.
