How to Connect a MPPT Solar Charge Controller?

The solar power setup includes a solar cell, a solar charge controller, and a storage battery (pack). If you want the system to produce 220V or 110V AC power, you'll need to add a solar inverter. The solar charge controller manages how the battery charges and discharges. It also regulates the power output from the solar cell and battery to the load, based on the load's power needs. This controller is the key component of the entire photovoltaic power system.

The most common solar charge controllers on the market are PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) and MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) controllers. The PWM controller uses a control method that addresses battery dissatisfaction, achieving a charging efficiency of 75-80%. However, it doesn't fully utilize the solar panel. On the other hand, the MPPT controller is an upgraded version of the PWM controller. It can detect the voltage and current of solar panels in real time, continually tracking the maximum power. This ensures that the system always charges the battery at its maximum power potential. The MPPT tracking efficiency is as high as 99%, leading to an overall power generation efficiency of 97% for the entire PV system.

1. Before connection

The first step that you need to do before wiring is to remove the cover and loosen the connection lock. Once that is done, you will be able to see the wiring terminals for the solar panel, battery, load, and temperature sensor along with a Rs-485 port for the computer.

2. Connect batteries to MPPT charge controller

The connection between the charge controller and the batteries is shown in the wiring diagram below. Ensure that both the positive and negative terminals of the charge controller and the batteries are properly connected. The batteries are connected in series. Please note that when connecting the batteries, the circuit breaker needs to be disconnected.

3. Connect DC load to MPPT charge controller

The "DC LOAD" terminal of the MPPT solar charge controller can be connected to a DC load that has the same rated voltage as the batteries. 4. Connect PV panel module to MPPT charge controller

The MPPT solar charge controllers are suitable for 12V, 24V, 48V off-grid solar panel modules, and also for grid tie modules whose open voltage does not exceed the maximum input voltage specified. It is important to keep in mind that the PV module in the solar system must not be below the system voltage. The connection is shown in the following figure. Please note that the circuit breaker must be disconnected when connecting the PV module.

5. Temperature sensor, MPPT charge controller and PC connection

You can connect the MPPT solar charge controller to the temperature sensor and PC through the Rs485 communication line. The Rs485 communication line is optional and you can purchase an extra if you wish to do so.

Brothers and Sisters Understand this, that No Man, No Woman, No Child is to be held at a Higher Standard then what Jesus Word and The Holy Spirit agrees upon. There is No Apostle, No Prophet, No Evangelist, No Pastor, No Teacher that should not be Weighed Against The Word and The Holy Spirit before you Uphold Them. There is No King, No President, No Dignitary, No Actor, No Sports Player, No One that does not have to Follow The Same Rules that Jesus has set forth for Salvation, for all of Mankind to adhere to. But yet, there are those who would hold at least one of these people Above Jesus, setting them upon a Pedestal, being Blinded by Whom They Are in The Flesh. But you do not Hold Up those who are Fighting In Faith, whom are examples of What A Child Of God is like.

 

To those whom would say “Judge Not, lest You Be Judged”, have you not already done so? You Think that just because someone gives Jesus Glory and they Hold a Title that they are the Example to Live By, but if you truly Watch clearly you can see they are not an example that Jesus Is Their Savior and Lord!

 

Brothers and Sisters put No Person as an Example before making sure they truly are a God Fearing Person whom abides in God’s Word and is Led by The Holy Spirit, but even then, always weigh everything!!!

If you are Not Studying God’s Word then you will be led astray with False Doctrine, False Apparel, False Actions, False Positions. If you are Not Transformed in Your Thinking then anyone who bows a knee or points to the sky, you would believe they are Born Again, a Blood Bought. But you would know that they are not because their Life Style, their Actions In Life, Their Personal Beliefs do not line up with The Word and The Holy Spirit! But what they have done is Make You Believe They Are something they are not!

"1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, [which is] your reasonable service. 2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what [is] that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God."

 

There are those whom some of you have placed as Examples To Live By and even demanded your household to follow there after…we know this by their own mouths, Dad did this…, Mom did this…, My Pastor did this… and the list goes on, but again if you Weigh everything according to The Word and The Holy Spirit you would find they have led you astray.

 

We Must Weigh everything that is around use Against, Against and Against The Word Of God and The Holy Spirit and then and only then can we Rightly Make A Judgment of Whom They Are!!!

"Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid."

"Take heed therefore that the light which is in thee be not darkness."

 

It’s funny about the Scripture in Matthew 5:14, many think that it is referring to Only Salvation, but it goes beyond Salvation. It is refereeing to Your Whole Being, Your Life Inside and Out. It is talking about Who You Are, What You Are, Who Your Friends Are, Your Beliefs, Your Walk. Then we read the Second Scripture, Luke 11:35, a Warning, that we need to Weigh Our Lives and Everyone else’s Life Against The Word and The Holy Spirit to see if we or they are Walking Accordingly and that we or they are not Presenting a Hidden Darkness.

 

In Our Society we have LET things slide down to One Scripture…

“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved."

 

 This is just like what I did to a congregation one time, I took and made Two Cakes, one was Real then other was made of Cement. They both were covered in Icing, they both Look The Same, but on the inside were totally different. The Congregation could not See or Know the Difference until they cut in the Cement Cake and it was only then could they Understand that Outward Appearances Can Be A Deception Of The Truth!

 

Jesus, Our Savior and Lord, said that the Inside of Who We Are must be Clean and if the Inside is Clean then also will the Outside be clean…

"25 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye make clean the outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full of extortion and excess. 26 [Thou] blind Pharisee, cleanse first that [which is] within the cup and platter, that the outside of them may be clean also."

 

We need to heed to the saying…”Don’t Judge A Book By It’s Cover”, because it is Not until you Read the Entire Book do you truly Understand. But we, Brothers and Sisters need to Judge not only the Cover, the Presentation of a person, but more so the Pages Of Their Lives.

 

Yes, all have sinned and has come short of the Glory Of God, Yes Jesus see Our Hearts, Yes as long as we are on Earth Sin is Abound! But in all of these things there is Not One Valid Excuse not to Live Perfect and Holy as The Father Demands.

"Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy."

 

Matthew 5:48 KJV

“Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect."

 

 So then, the Weighing of one’s self and others by Scriptures and Obeying them. Does this mean that one cannot fall? No, but it is in the Actions that take place when we Fall and there after The Fall that is Weighed Against Scripture. Forgiveness by Grace and Mercy are Abound to those who Repent.

 

A person may Confess that Jesus is their Savior, their Lord, but if they are spending their time Drinking, Cursing, Fornicating then where is The Fruit Of Salvation? It cannot be Hidden if it Were True!!! But What has been revealed is Who They Truly Are!

 

I Watch people, Men, Women, Children all the time, Weighing them Against Scripture non-stop to see if they are Friend or Foe, a Blood Bought or Heathen, Wearing a Mask or are the Truth.

"Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world."

 

Matthew 7:16-20 KJV

"16 Ye shall know them by their fruits.  These two Scriptures you need to use them Daily for your Own Lives and for those Whom are around you or those Whom You Know. Who they Truly are will be Revealed if you are Surrendered to Jesus, making Him Lord over Your Life…

Brothers and Sisters, How can the Elect, The Blood Bought, The Born Again be Deceived? It is because they Stopped Weighing, Stopped Doing what Scripture says. Many think that Jesus needs to Accept what Society is presenting, but He never will.

But I hear people all of the time Curse The Fathers Creation, they Curse the Wind, they Curse Oceans, they Curse fallen Leaves, they Curse the Snow, they Curse the Cold, they Curse Mankind… why would we do such a thing?

 

Many Curse the Pleasures of The Father because of Loss, because of Pain, because of Difficulty, but there is a Reason, a Perfect Reason to all those things that works in favor to The Fathers Pleasure. I have lost much in my life, but those things that I have lost I find No Pleasure in the Losing, but find Pleasure In The Fathers Will through Jesus my Savior and Lord. I encounter Pain every day of my Life, but find Pleasure in Doing The Fathers Will through Jesus my Savior and Lord. I find Life Difficult at times, but find The Fathers Will through the Difficult Times through my Savior and Lord Jesus. I have Cursed my very Life because of a Lack of Faith, of Ignorance, of Selfishness, of being Impatience but finding in time The Fathers Will in my Life through Jesus my Savior and Lord who is Over My Life.

 

Our Savior and Lord said that He would give us Rest in this World, but, it is only by doing The Fathers Pleasure, The Fathers Will can we find Rest.
