Chemical ground rod (chemical grounding rod) is a new type of grounding system suitable for all kinds of places with high grounding requirements and difficult grounding engineering.

The chemial grounding electrode system consists of advanced alloy compounds, with a copper tube on the outside to ensure maximum conductivity and long service life. The filling material inside the conductor contains special ionic compounds, which can absorb moisture in the air adequately. Active ions can be effectively released into the soil through the deliquescence, and interact with the moisture in the soil and air to further promote the external slow release and drag reduction of conductors, and to maintain the long-term stability of the resistance value. Compounds in conductors are gradually combined in colloidal transparency over time.

By utilizing the conductivity of the colloidal compound, the entire system can be ion-exchanged for a long time, thus forming an ideal electrolytic ion grounding system. After the slow-release filler in the conductor is embedded, the grounding resistance will gradually decrease, reaching a stable value within six months to one year, and the embedded slow-release process can last for several years. The main connecting parts of the ion grounding electrode are hot-melt welded, which has overcome other connection methods and easy connection loosening.

The connecting wire is a copper clad steel copperweld stranded wire with a section of 95 mm2 and a length of 3 m and is crimped to the grounding terminal/copper lug to facilitate connection with the grounding grid.

Overview

Thermal insulation
The outer wall rock wool board fiber is slender and flexible, and the content of the slag ball is low. Therefore, the thermal conductivity is low and the insulation effect is excellent.
Sound absorption and noise reduction
Rockwool is an ideal sound-insulating material. A large number of elongated fibers form a porous joint structure, which determines that the reachable rock wool is an excellent sound-absorbing and noise-reducing material.

Hydrophobic
The water-repellent rate of the Yanshui rock wool product can reach 99.9%; the water absorption rate is extremely low, and there is no capillary penetration.

Moisture resistance
Rock wool in a relatively high humidity environment, the volume moisture absorption rate is less than 0.2%. According to ASTM C1104 or ASTM1104M method test, the mass moisture absorption rate is less than 0.3%.

Non-corrosive
Rock wool is chemically stable, with a pH of 7-8, neutral and weakly alkaline, for carbon steel and stainless steel. 
Metal materials such as aluminum are free of corrosion.

Safe and environmentally friendly
Rockwool has no asbestos, CFC, HFC, HCFC and other environmentally harmful substances. It will not be corroded or produce mildew and bacteria. The rock wool has been identified as a non-carcinogenic substance by the international cancer research authority.

Used in coatings: Dipropylene Glycol Butyl Ether (DPNB) can be used as an agglomerating agent for the acrylic resin, styrene acrylic resin, and polyvinyl acetate to give the excellent performance to the paint film. It is one of the most effective coalescents for many waterborne coatings.

Used in cleaning agents: DPNB solvent is suitable for cleaning agents, especially those requiring very low volatilization rates, such as waxes and floor cleaners. It is a good coupling agent for lubricating oils and greases. It can be used as a paint remover and an animal grease remover.
