PU Features
1. Hard polyurethane has low thermal conductivity but good thermal performance. When the density of rigid polyurethane is 35-40 kg/m3, and the thermal conductivity is only 0.018~0.024w/(m.k), which is equivalent to half of EPS and the lowest thermal conductivity of all thermal insulation materials.
2. Rigid polyurethane has moisture and water resistance. The rigid polyurethane has a closed cell ratio over 90%, and it is a hydrophobic material. It does not increase the thermal conductivity due to moisture absorption and seep proof wall.
3. Rigid polyurethane fire, flame retardant and high temperature. Polyurethane is a flame-retardant self-extinguishing material after adding flame retardant. Its softening point can reach above 250℃. It will only decompose at higher temperature, in addition, polyurethane will be in its foam when burned. Carbon deposits form the surface, which helps to isolate the underlying foam. It can effectively prevent the spread of flame. Moreover, polyurethane does not generate harmful gases at high temperatures.
4. Due to the excellent thermal insulation performance of the polyurethane sheet, the thickness of the outer protective structure of the building can be reduced and the indoor use area can be increased.

Oil Press Machine By Temperature

Cold pressed oil is the edible vegetable oil produced by pressing oil at a low temperature (40-60℃). The cold pressed oil is better in color. But the cold press oil press is less fragrant. Cold pressed oil does not foam when it is eaten, and is suitable for frying.

Hot pressed oil is a product oil formed by physical pressing after high temperature (120-130℃) frying. The vegetable oils consumed in our daily life are mostly hot pressed oil. The hot pressing features high oil output and simple operation. The hot oil is pure and fragrant, especially the oil of sesame and peanuts, which are rich in oil and more fragrant.

Silica gel alias: Silicic acid gel. It is a highly active adsorbent material and an amorphous material. Its chemical formula is mSiO2. nH2O. Different types of silica gel have different micropore structure due to different manufacturing methods. The chemical composition and physical structure of silica gel determine that it has many other characteristics which are difficult to be replaced by other similar materials: high adsorption performance, good thermal stability, stable chemical properties, high mechanical strength, etc. Silica gel is classified according to its pore size: macroporous silica gel, coarse pore silica gel, B-type silica gel, fine pore silica gel, and the like.

Dissolution method for silica gel: silicone rubber solvent has excellent water resistance and is insoluble in water, but it can be dispersed in water in subdivided form. Some silicon rubber is still soluble in some non-polar solvents (most of which are swelling), which can be dissolved first and then emulsified into emulsion, and the solvent can be evaporated out.

General rubbers such as common neoprene, nitrile rubber, natural rubber, synthetic natural rubber, butyl rubber, etc., have a large molecular weight, and need to be reduced in molecular weight by melting rubber to be dissolved in an organic solvent. Different glues have different solvents depending on their polarity.

Polyurethane is also a rubber, but it is formed by physical crosslinking. Linear or differentially branched polyurethane resins generally require aprotic, highly polar solvents such as DMF, DMAc, and NMP.

Characteristics of rubber dissolution: Solid unvulcanized rubber can be dissolved in some organic solvents, but as a polymer material, its dissolution process is significantly different from that of solid low molecular materials. 11. Appearance and Structure

(1) The appearance of the display screen of the stadium should meet the requirements of SJ/T11141-2003 5.3.2.

(2) The protective level of the display screen shell of the stadium should meet the requirements of SJ/T11141-2003 5.3.3.

(3) The relative deviation of the center distance of the pixels on the display screen of the stadium should meet the requirement of 5.3.4 in SJ/T11141-2003.

(4) The flatness of the display screen of the stadium should meet the requirement of 5.3.5 of SJ/T11141-2003.

12. Anti-corrosion

The anti-corrosion measures should be taken for the display screen of the gymnasium in the corroded environment.

13. EMC

Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) is an important parameter affecting the normal operation of equipment in sports venues with a variety of electronic devices. Diisobutyl carbinol (DIBK) is a colorless oily liquid with a slight, ether, fermented, fruity and sweet jackfruit or peppermint-like odor. Its boiling point is 169°C and the flash point is 45°C. It is insoluble in water, but soluble in ethanol and oils.

Uses of DIBC
