Pressed wood pallet feature:free fumigation; it's one-time forming pallet, there is no need to use nailing machine; the loading capacity range is from 1.5T to 4T.

MOLDED WOOD PALLET MANUFACTURING PROCESS

Rotecho has the semi-automatic and fully-automatic configuration for the market option. Meanwhile, we can provide a customized proposal based on the raw material state and final pallet requirements, our professional manufacturing technology ensures you to get a pallet with higher loading capacity and longer service cycle.

1. Raw Material Preparation: This is the first step to process your wood materials into proper size, the related machine is drum chipper and wood crusher.
2. Drying Section: You can get the dried materials with moisture range from 3% to 5%, the heating source can be firewood, natural gas, diesel etc.
3. Glue Blending Section: The material will be mixed with urea-formaldehyde glue evenly, as for the glue consumption, it's decided by your material conditions.
4. Pallet Pressing: The qualified pallet will be formed from this step.

ACCESSORY EQUIPMENT

1. Optional: Belt Conveyor, Screw Conveyor, Cyclone, Silo, Dust Remover, Feeding Device, Pallet Discharging Device etc
2. Necessary: Hot-oil boiler.
