Sigma have announced firmware version 2.0 for the Sigma fp, bringing major updates including the ability to create and play back cinemagraphs and supporting HDR in movie shooting.

Sigma has announced firmware update 2.0 for the Sigma fp full-frame mirrorless camera. The update includes functions that had been planned but were not available at the fp’s launch, and come in addition to the benefits announced in March 2020.

ASTM a36 steel plate is a type of weldable carbon engineering structural steel. Its carbon content is usually less than 0.25%, higher than ordinary carbon structural steel yield point σs or yield strength σ0.2 (30 ~ 80kgf/mm2) and yield ratio σs/σb (0.65 ~ 0.95), it’s better in the hot and cold machinability, good weldability, low cold and brittle tendency, notch and aging sensitivity, as well as better resistance to atmospheric, seawater and other corrosion. Its low content of alloying elements, generally below 2.5%, is used after hot rolling or after simple heat treatment (non-tempered state); ASTM A36 carbon steel is widely used in bridges, rivets, bolt structures, and other structural elements including drilling rigs, electric shovels, electric drive wheels, anti-landmine vehicles, mining vehicles, excavators, loaders.

The working principle of the paver shot blasting machine:

Marble shot blasting machine is predominantly used to blast marbles, granites, concrete blocks to create an improved aesthetic appearance, taking out cement and making styling attributes such as granite chips visible. The working principle: different sized abrasive, thrown by the rapidly rotating blast wheel, is accelerated towards the surface being prepared. The huge impact force of the abrasive quickly etches a unique three-dimensional character of the surface. The concrete block/stone shot blasting machine can be integrated into a production line due to its modern control system with the relevant interfaces, different belt lengths and well-coordinated transfer stations (e.g. sheets or rollers).

 

Advantage of paver shot blasting machine:

1.Speed adjustment of conveyor and blast wheels is controlled through an Inverter.

 

2.The number and the position of the blast wheels can change depending on the geometry, customer requirement and on the workpieces, such as only the blasting of the upper side, or need to blast lateral side.

 

3.With proper regulated control and type of shot used in the shot blast machine, it is possible to produce different surface finishes to produce an "antique" effect on marble stones and ‘bush-hammering's effect on cement products.
