Pressure in oil pipe. The uniformly distributed claws on the circumference surface of the alloy anchor body extend outward under the hydraulic pressure generated by the internal and external pressure difference, and the anchorage teeth on the external surface of the claws are embedded in the casing wall, which limits the up and down movement of tool, and realizes the anchoring. After the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the tool is eliminated, the anchor claw is reset under the elastic force of the internal spring between the baffle plate and the anchor claw and the anchoring is released.
Anchor the pipe, avoiding axial displacement of downhole tools. It is used for anchoring downhole operation pipes, such as hydraulic fracturing of oil (gas) wells, injection stimulation of alloy anchor wells, hydraulic sandblasting, cutting (or sandblasting perforation).
Precautions
- Before the alloy anchor is going down to the well, it must be checked carefully on the ground. It can only be put into the well after all the inspection contents are qualified;
① Open the box to check the certificate and record the tool number;
② Check whether the fastening screws on the baffle are loose, and ensure that all screws are tightened;
③ Check whether the anchor claw is in the initial state. It is forbidden to be put into the well if the pressing plate or the anchor claw is higher than the surface of the body;
④ The minimum drift diameter must be followed before going down to the well, and it can only be put into the well after it is qualified.
- The liquid, material, pipe and tools entering the well shall be clean and meet the quality standard;
- When putting the pipe, the operation shall be stable. It is strictly prohibited to lift and place the string violently. It is strictly prohibited to stop or slide the drill.
- The alloy anchor with sand control structure should be used in the fracturing reconstruction ofalloy anchor well.
