Description of Calcium aluminate cement
Calcium aluminate cement, alumina cements or high alumina cements are obtained by the reaction at high temperature of lime (from limestone) and alumina (contained in natural minerals like bauxite). The product obtained after cooling is a hard mineral: calcium aluminate clinker. Ground into a fine powder, the clinker becomes calcium aluminate cement (CAC) which forms a paste when mixed with water. This has the ability to harden very quickly: it forms a rigid solid within 24 hours.
Application of calcium aluminate cement
There are two distinct ways to use calcium aluminates: as high-performance binders and as mineral reagents in a variety of industries.
As binders, calcium aluminates are used in concretes and mortars for specialized applications for their properties of resistance to corrosion, abrasion and heat combined with rapid hardening and the ease of controlling grading variations.
Calcium aluminate cements are also used in combination with other fine components. Hydraulic binders with new properties are then obtained. In this way, aluminates act as both a complex hydraulic binder and a mineral reagent interacting with the other components in the mix.
As reagents, calcium aluminates are found in non-hydraulic systems. This is the case in metallurgical treatments (iron and steel industry, foundry) where specific grades of calcium aluminate are used for their low-temperature melting properties and for trapping molten metal impurities.
Calcium Aluminate Cement Manufacturing Process:
1. When preparing refractory concrete, fix on the aggregate according to using condition. Choose the proper capacity graduation to make maximum density. Be noted to match and adapt with cementing material.
2. According to certain proportion, add water and mix by man or machine into mortar and then begin casting construction. Use up the ready mortar within 40 min. Calcium Aluminate  Cement’s hydration heat concentrate on early stage. Casting thickness should not exceed 3 cm each time. Water curing immediately when concrete goes hardening and the curing time should not less than 3 days.
3. When prepare expanding cement, Calcium Aluminate clinker’s dosage is 73-76%, CaSO4·2H2O dosage is 24-27%. When prepare self-stressing cement, the mixing ratio of CaSO4·2H2O should be increased.
Calcium Aluminate Cement Notice:
1. In order to avoid uncontrollable setting time, do not mix with Portland cement, lime etc of which separate out calcium hydroxide cementing material. Before use, clean all the mixing machinery.
2. Steam curing to accelerate concrete’s hardening. The curing temperature should not higher than 50℃.
3. Refractory concrete’s late strength decline big, design should according to the lowest stable strength. CA-50 bonded concrete’s lowest stable strength should be determined by the lowest strength of 7-14 days of demoulding sample curing in 20℃±1℃ water.

Calcium aluminate Cement Packing:

The surface is easily tooled with spatula. GOLOHO RTV-1 silicone rubbers will be tack free in about 5 to 60 minutes. After skin formation, cure continues inward from the surface. In 24 hours (at room temperature and 50% relative humidity), GOLOHO RTV-1 silicone rubbers will cure to a depth of 2 to 3 mm. Very deep sections, especially when access to atmospheric moisture is restricted, will take longer to cure completely. Cure time is also extended at lower humidity levels. Before handing and packaging bonded components, users are advised to wait a sufficiently long time to ensure that the integrity of the adhesive seal is not affected. This will depend on many factors and should be determined by user for each specific application.

LS210 Digital Glass thickness meter is mainly used on measuring glass and air space in insulated glass (IG), it also can measure individual panes of glass and the thickness of a glass bottle etc, special for those situations where common ruler cannot easily do it.

Closed CNC mechanical punch press machine by the programming software (or manual) processing program, by the servo feeding mechanism sent the plate material to the required processing position, at the same time by the die selection system select the appropriate die from the turret, by the mechanical power system according to the procedure of punching, automatic completion of the workpiece processing.

Turret

The turret we use high strength wear-resistant materials-ductile iron, with the features of automatic lubrication and minimal wear.

Adopts integrated cast thick turret structure after heat treatment to eliminate stress annealing.

Using special fixture processing in pair.

Turret thickness: upper 80mm, lower 70mm

Worktable

We adopt brush and universal ball mixed worktable, can not only facilitate processing but also can protect the plate very well.

Feed mechanism

About the crossbeam, we using lengthened and integrated structure(up to 3700mm); after integrated rigorous stress relief annealing heat treatment, suit for processing large plate, stable and safe.

About the linear guide rail, we choose "HIWIN" brand-wide seat linear guide rail which originally imported from Taiwan.

About the ball screw, we choose "TBI" brand large stroke ball screw which originally imported from Taiwan.

About the clamps, we using full floating structure clamps.
