Mark your calendar for a Christmas holiday singles mixer created just for you. Christian MochaMix is hosting the hottest singles mixer yet. This party promises to be full of fun, featuring comedian Black Mock, who will have you laughing all night. DJ SaySo, one of the MD/VA/DC Metro area's most requested DJ's, will be playing  the hottest tracks that will keep you on the floor. That's not all, for singles interested in meeting that special someone, sign up for speed dating-MochaMix style. We'll be playing mix and mingle games like the Dating game, icebreakers and much more. If dancing is not your thing, there's space in the game room for you to get your game on. Of course, don't forget the highlight of the night...we don't have to get drunk to have fun. We'll be drinking 'mocktails' (virgin drinks) and serving elegant appetizers all night. So come dressed to impress to have some good, clean, fun with us.

All donations support Children's National Medical Center located in Washington, D.C.
This year's entertainment will feature funny man Carl "C-Man" Anderson, Tommy Taylor and his crazy antics, the Oh So funny Christina Wilson and the MANY FACES of Sylvia Traymore-Morrison.

Here to lead the youth today is 23 year old energy filled; crazy for Christ; screaming onstage; sound doctrine taught; bible believing fanatic Lil Prophet. This young man comes from Chicago, Illinois and is in the industry but not of it to stay.

"I love to show excitement onstage. The youth can relate to somebody acting so crazy onstage because they act crazy all of the time. They are tired of being controlled in the church and not being able to have fun. I come to let them know that they can still have fun in God, but will need teaching to. Prepare for a change!"
E.Dot Biography
Born and raised in Detroit, MI. Now residing in Atlanta, GA, Earl "E.DOT" Hackney III has been producing for over 10 years and writing/performing/rapping for over 14 years. He has developed his style over the years by working with various producers,artists, and engineers who bring numerous amounts of flavors to the music world. E.dot has recently crossed over from the rap/hip-hop Genre to the Christian Rap genre. Once he received the calling of the lord on his life, E.Dot has not looked back. His debut album entitled “Motivational Speaking”,was released June 29th, 2009 and is available online at amazon, itunes, cd baby, napster and more .
On top of receiving the award for Producer of the year at the Y.G.E.A(Youth Gospel Entertainment Awards)(sep.2009), E.DOT has also had the opportunity to have his work showcased on MTV, B.E.T and the ION Network and has shared the stage with huge acts such as New Edition, Lil Wayne, Barlow Girl, Shane &Shane, Francesca Battistelli,Echoing Angels, Rock City, Canton Jones, Tye Tribett and more. While currently, finishing up his second album, entitled, Life, Love, Beats and Rhymes, E.Dot also finds time to produce for other talented artists such as Delra Harris and T-rep the Young Prayzr. His influences are Canton Jones, Kirk Franklin, Timbaland, Dr.Dre, Bryan Cox, N.E.R.D, Kanye West, and JUst Blaze.
If asked to explain his style, he would simply state: "The sound of the Future"!!! Marti Dorner reflects on pains and joys in Debut CD‏

(Washington, D.C.) - May 20, 2011 - Marti Dorner has been through her share of trials. The former background vocalist for top Christian artists such as Larnelle Harris, Ron Kenoly and The Gaither Vocal Band, has weathered many a storm.  But she has emerged better and stronger with a song in her heart.  A supreme vocalist who can easily glide from Contemporary Christian music and Contemporary Gospel, Marti just released her long-awaited self-titled debut.  The 11-track CD is not just an impressive collage of musical experiences, but each and every song is breathed out of tragedies and triumphs.

 

"Even Now", the CD's lead single, is a reminder of the fact that God is always present. The song was penned by the artist after one of the most painful times in her life.  "I wrote 'Even Now' after the loss of my first child," explains Marti.  "Although I was going through an excruciating amount of pain, the lyrics to the song came to me."  The song's words center around giving praise to the Lord, "no matter where the winds will blow". It's a song about walking with God even through life's stormy times.

 

Depression and other challenges have come her way, but with God's help, she's persevered.  As a youth, she struggled with insecurities, not thinking she was pretty and feeling like she didn't fit in.  Those experiences have given her a heart for young women.  It's the reason why she wants to encourage them to view themselves through the eyes of God.  Marti says, "I want to make sure that young women know that no matter what they go through or what people say about them, they need to believe what the Bible says about them.  They need to understand who they are in God."

 

Her project contains songs of joy as well.  Tracks like the mellow and liberating, "Free" and "Clap Your Hands", a festive song of rejoicing highlighted by Caribbean rhythms, which flaunt Marti's Bahamian roots, celebrate the ultimate joy all believers have in Christ.  Other inspirational ballads on Marti include the breathtakingly beautiful track, "In His Hands" and the upbeat praise anthem "Sacrifice".  Marti shines brightly on the soft, reverent ballad, "I Come To Worship".
