Precautions
- The machine is filled with antirust oil before leaving the factory. It should be removed and cleaned before use. When reassembling, the matching surface should be coated with lubricating oil before use.
- When connecting the air pipe, the sundries in the pipe must be blown out to avoid damage to the parts in the sundry machine.
- Before starting the machine, it is necessary to carefully check whether the control mechanism and running parts are assembled correctly and reliably. Fill the oiler with lubricating oil and adjust the oil quantity.
- When the machine finishes work, cut off the water source first and then operate it gently for a while, blow out the residual water drop in the machine to prevent the parts from rusting.
- Pay attention to regular maintenance and repair of commonly used machines. Check at least once a week, remove the dirt in the machine, and replace the damaged and invalid parts.
- If the used machine is stored for a long time, it must be disassembled, cleaned, degreased and placed in a cool and dry place.
