Precautions for maintenance of paddle mixer machine

Regularly replenish lubricating oil for reducer and chain, grease for main shaft bearing and door opening bearing;

The chain should always be tightened slightly, otherwise, the loose chain is easy to cause jumping teeth, blade fighting, and other failures, resulting in unnecessary losses;

Check and supplement the lubricating oil in the oil mist eliminator of the pneumatic system regularly, and check the water collection in the air-water separator to ensure that the water level in the tank does not exceed 80%;

Check whether there is air (oil) leakage in the pneumatic pipeline and interface, if any, replace the air pipe or plug in the connector again;

Check the mixer rotor regularly and remove the sundries such as braided tape, nylon thread head, etc;

Check whether there is leakage at the shaft head of paddle agitator mixer frequently. If there is leakage, tighten the gland bolt slightly, and replace the packing after the packing is worn out. Check the four corners of the mixer door frequently for leakage. If there is leakage, adjust the support of the door arm and tighten the screws.
