The positive and negative rotating screw bars are installed on the same horizontal axis to form a low power and efficient hybrid environment. The screw belt blades are generally made into two or three layers. The mixing speed and uniformity are increased.
Application of spiral ribbon mixer
Horizontal ribbon blender is widely used in the mixing of putty paste, real stone paint, dry powder, putty, medicine, food, chemicals, feed, ceramics, refractories and other solid-solid (i.e. powder and powder), solid slurry (i.e. powder and glue liquid), especially for the mixing of viscous materials.
