What Does The Past Have To Do With Anything

Greetings in The Mighty Name of Jesus, The Christ!!!

What Does The Past Have To Do With Anything

Our Past has everything to do with where you are now and even the Past of your forefathers and foremothers. When a child is conceived they have both the Fathers and Mothers DNA, but it actually goes farther back. This has been proven through Genetic Research. But one thing that people may ignore, don’t know is that Sin is also Pasted from one generation to the next. The Father said that He would look at the Sin of the Father unto the Fourth Generation.

Exodus 34:7 KJV

"Keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, and that will by no means clear [the guilty]; visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, and upon the children's children, unto the third and to the fourth [generation]."

This is Not being taught in The Church, that the Sin’s of Our Parents, Grand Parents, Great Grand Parents and Great, Great Grand Parents can be past to US! Each Generation has an Opportunity to Abolish a Sin that has been passed.

I have seen and dealt with these types of Sins, finding that someone’s Great,  Great Grand Parent never fixed. Now before we go any further, when we Accept Jesus as Savior, He washes us clean…on the Spiritual Side, we still need to deal with the Fleshly Side of things. Have you not heard someone say that Your Father or Mother, Grand Father or Grand Mother, Great Grand Father or Great Grand Mother used to do something, say something just like them that you now do? This is passed to you by DNA.

So what does this mean? It means that some of Your Sin’s are Inherited from Your Father or Mother. With that being said, you can Stop DNA Sin’s from being passed to Your Child and Future Generations.

If your Parent has Anger issues and never has dealt with it and they have a child, that Anger issue will be passed to them. It can be less aggressive or more aggressive, but the Root Of The Sin remains the same.

There are Two Sets of Scriptures that you need to consider…

Romans 12:1-2 KJV

"1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, [which is] your reasonable service. 2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what [is] that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God."

John 9:1-3 KJV

"1 And as [Jesus] passed by, he saw a man which was blind from [his] birth. 2 And his disciples asked him, saying, Master, who did sin, this man, or his parents, that he was born blind? 3 Jesus answered, Neither hath this man sinned, nor his parents: but that the works of God should be made manifest in him."

There is the Proven Word that says that there must be a Change AFTER Salvation within Our Soul. In the first set of Scriptures we see and know that we Must Recondition Our Minds and that we Must bring Our Bodies into Subjection to The Word. The second set of Scriptures show the DNA statement… “who did sin, this man, or his parents”. In this, it is only one generation that is being questioned, but in this case, it was to Jesus Glory, a Proclamation to Whom Jesus Is.

Many years ago The Lord Jesus showed me my sins and at the time, my wife’s sins Manifest Themselves In Our Children. I could see them as plain as day and I repented! Now it is my children that need to Repent of the sins passed on.

I know that some of you will not hear this, that you do not what to accept that Sin can be passed on, but if The Father says it can, then it can!!! If Jesus agrees with The Father that it can, then it can!!! Who are we to argue against Him? Many of you focus more on the Good things passed to you children and are Blind to the Sin that is past to them…because many have not dealt with their Own Sin, nor do they Recognize That It Is Sin.

Many quote this Scripture…

Psalm 103:12 KJV

"As far as the east is from the west, [so] far hath he removed our transgressions from us."

In this Scripture there is a Truth, that Jesus, through His Blood has washed away Our Sin, but this is on the Spiritual side of things, not the Fleshly side of things. Are there those who have had both done at the same time, I believe so, but that is Jesus Choice. We have to Deal with How we Live Daily, the Scriptures tell us that the Spirit and Flesh fight continuously for control, who will Dominate is Our Choice.

Galatians 5:16-18 KJV

"16 [This] I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. 17 For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would. 18 But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law."

We are in a Constant Fight within ourselves that either The Holy Spirit will Dominate or The Flesh will Dominate, this is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. But what you need to understand is that Your Sin, Your Fleshly Desires will be passed to Your Children and if not taken care of, will be passed even to further generations of Your Blood Line.

When Jesus opened my eyes to this Understanding, it made it even more important to Examine myself, to have The Holy Spirit Examine me to Help Me to have Sin be taken care of, that reigns in My Flesh. Am I a hundred percent free from all sin, NO!, there are still things that rise up that I must take the Responsibility to deal with. Jesus has given me the Power and Authority to deal with those things, but Satan never quits and at times My Flesh is weak and it’s in those times I must Run to Jesus and Repent.

Too many want to Stand on the following Scripture that they do not have anything to deal with any more, that Jesus took care of Everything all at once…

2 Corinthians 5:17 KJV

“Therefore if any man [be] in Christ, [he is] a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new."

Many only read…“Therefore if any man [be] in Christ, [he is] a new creature: old things are passed away;” and never come to the Understanding of the later… “behold, all things are become new.". This deals with Your Flesh, that you Must start looking at things the way that Jesus does, it is Not Instant! We Must fight every day to accomplish this, the words “Become New” everyone seems to ignore. But, the way we are is Passed In OUR DNA to future generations rather you like it or not, it is a fact!

Too many ignore this fact that lies within them and never tell their children THEIR SINS that have caused their children to Act as they do. Too many do not want to be held Accountable for Their Actions, not understanding the Depth that it carries.

We can Over Write our DNA through our Actions, our Thoughts to Become as Jesus wants us to be, but as always, it is our Choice, Jesus will not force us, but again, it is Our Choice! We can look at ourselves, examining the Flaws, Repent, watch Our Children and help them to Correct, to Repent of such sins that we have passed to them. It is Our Responsibility!!!

Let everyone who names Jesus As Lord examine themselves, not by other Believers, but by The Word Of God and Through The Holy Spirit that Sin may be dealt with. For some would think it is too late, but that is a Lie from Satan. Right now it is Not Too Late, you are still Alive and Breathing…are you not?

Some of you Think and Believe in Genetic Curses, they are not Curses, but The Fathers Design! The Father Designed us that Who we are can be Passed to Our Children and to theirs, both Good and Bad.

The Church is in the state that it is in because of Bad DNA, if you do not think so, consider this verse…

2 Corinthians 10:12 KJV

“For we dare not make ourselves of the number, or compare ourselves with some that commend themselves: but they measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, are not wise."

If you Believe something is True, even though it is not, it is a Choice being made by DNA Equals, believing the same thing. Meaning this, that with Like Minds, Like Flesh, which in both DNA passed from the parents, they Among Themselves do Agree, but it is Sin that Reigns in Their Flesh that they Agree Upon!!!

These things should have been taught in The Church and were not, but need to be. Your Sin effects all future generations rather you like it or not does not matter, it is a fact that The Father Himself created in us.

Let All the Blood Bought Examine themselves in Depth, in Detail rather there be any Sin and let it be Weighed BY The Word and The Holy Spirit, in which, both Must Agree about Sin!

Psalm 26:2 KJV

“Examine me, O LORD, and prove me; try my reins and my heart."

2 Corinthians 13:5 KJV

"Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?"

Your Now

Amen and Amen!!!

Additionally, check the speed rating of the grinding disc and ensure that your grinder operates at the recommended RPM (revolutions per minute) specified by the manufacturer. Using a disc at the wrong speed can result in overheating, disc failure, and accidents.

4. Maintain a Firm Grip and Proper Body Position

Proper body positioning and grip are crucial for maintaining control and stability while grinding. Follow these guidelines:

  • Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart for a stable stance.
  • Keep a firm grip on the grinder’s handles with both hands.
  • Position yourself to the side of the grinder rather than in line with it to avoid the risk of being hit by sparks or debris.

Maintaining a steady and balanced posture will help you control the grinding disc with precision and minimize the risk of accidents.

5. Start with Light Pressure

When you begin grinding, it’s essential to start with light pressure on the workpiece. Applying excessive force can lead to overheating and premature wear of the grinding disc. As you become more familiar with the material and the grinder’s performance, you can gradually increase the pressure to achieve the desired rate of material removal.

6. Use Proper Technique

Grinding requires a steady hand and the right technique to achieve smooth and even results. Here are some key techniques to keep in mind:

  • Move the Grinder Side to Side: For flat surfaces, move the grinder in a side-to-side motion, overlapping each pass slightly to ensure even grinding.
  • Maintain a Consistent Angle: Maintain a consistent grinding angle to avoid creating gouges or uneven surfaces. This is particularly important when working on beveled or rounded edges.
  • Use a Controlled Back-and-Forth Motion: When grinding edges or corners, use a controlled back-and-forth motion to prevent overgrinding in one spot.
  • Avoid Overheating:Keep the grinding disc moving to prevent excessive heat buildup, which can cause material to warp or the disc to wear out quickly.

7. Keep the Work Area Clean

Maintaining a clean work area is not only a safety consideration but also crucial for achieving the best results. Grinding generates a significant amount of dust and debris, which can obstruct your view and create a hazardous environment. Use a dust collection system or wear a dust mask to minimize airborne particles. Additionally, regularly clean the work area to prevent tripping hazards and to maintain a clear line of sight.

8. Cool Down as Needed

During prolonged grinding sessions, it’s important to allow the workpiece and grinding disc to cool down periodically. Overheating can lead to disc wear and damage. To cool the workpiece, simply stop grinding for a few moments while maintaining the grinder’s position. This short break can help prevent heat-related issues.

9. Check Your Progress Frequently

Regularly inspect the workpiece to evaluate your progress and ensure that you are achieving the desired results. This will help you make any necessary adjustments in terms of pressure, angle, or technique to achieve a consistent finish.

10. Practice Patience

Rough grinding can be a time-consuming process, especially when dealing with tough materials. It’s important to exercise patience and avoid rushing through the job. Applying excessive pressure or working too quickly can lead to mistakes, overheating, and excessive wear on the grinding disc. Take your time to achieve the best results safely and effectively.

11. Maintain and Store Your Equipment

After completing your grinding tasks, make sure to properly clean your equipment, including the grinding disc and grinder. Store them in a dry and secure location to prevent damage and maintain their longevity. Regular maintenance, such as lubricating moving parts and inspecting the grinder for wear, is essential to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Choosing the Right Cutting Wheel

Selecting the appropriate cutting wheel is critical when cutting hardened steel. The wrong wheel can lead to inefficient cutting, excessive wear, and potential safety hazards. Here are some factors to consider:

  1. Material Compatibility

Ensure that the cutting wheel you choose is designed for cutting hardened steel. Look for labels or markings on the wheel that specify its compatibility with metal or steel. Using a wheel not intended for steel can result in accidents or damage to the wheel.

  1. Wheel Size

Angle grinder cutting wheels come in various sizes, typically ranging from 4 to 9 inches in diameter. Choose a size that is suitable for your project and the available space. Larger wheels allow for deeper cuts, but they may be challenging to maneuver in tight spaces.

  1. Wheel Thickness

The thickness of the cutting wheel also plays a role in its cutting efficiency. Thicker cutting wheels can withstand more lateral pressure, making them suitable for heavy-duty cutting. However, thinner cutting wheels create less friction and generate fewer sparks. Choose a wheel thickness that matches your specific cutting needs.

Preparing for the Cut

Once you’ve selected the right cutting wheel, it’s time to prepare for the cut. Proper preparation ensures a smooth and safe cutting process.

  1. Mark Your Cutting Line

Use a marker, chalk, or scribe to mark the precise cutting line on the hardened steel. This will serve as your guide during the cutting process and help you achieve the desired cut.

  1. Secure the Workpiece

Place the hardened steel workpiece on a stable surface or clamp it securely to a workbench. Ensure that the piece is firmly held in place to prevent movement while cutting.

  1. Adjust the Angle Grinder

Before turning on the angle grinder, adjust the guard to the desired position. The guard should cover the wheel but allow enough clearance for the material being cut. Adjust the handle to a comfortable and stable grip.

  1. Install the Cutting Wheel

Use the provided locking nut and wrench to attach the cutting wheel to the angle grinder’s spindle. Make sure the wheel is correctly centered and tightened securely.

Cutting Hardened Steel

With your angle grinder properly prepared and safety precautions in place, it’s time to cut the hardened steel. Follow these steps for a successful cut:

  1. Position Yourself

Stand in a stable and balanced position with your feet shoulder-width apart. Hold the angle grinder with both hands, ensuring a firm grip on the handle and the auxiliary handle (if equipped).

  1. Start the Angle Grinder

Before making contact with the steel, start the angle grinder and allow it to reach full speed. This reduces the risk of kickback when you make the initial cut.

  1. Begin Cutting

Gently lower the cutting wheel onto the marked cutting line while maintaining a steady and controlled movement. Apply light pressure to the angle grinder, letting the wheel do the cutting. Avoid forcing or pushing too hard, as this can overheat the wheel and reduce its effectiveness.

  1. Maintain a Steady Pace

Continue moving the angle grinder along the cutting line at a steady pace. Keep the wheel in contact with the steel, but avoid pressing too hard, as this can cause excessive friction and overheating.

  1. Coolant for Cooling

If you’re cutting a large or thick piece of hardened steel, it’s advisable to use a coolant or lubricant to keep the cutting wheel and steel cool. A cutting oil or water-based coolant can help prolong the life of the wheel and improve the quality of the cut. Apply the coolant as needed during the cutting process.

  1. Monitor the Cut

Pay close attention to the progress of the cut. Ensure that the angle grinder stays on the marked cutting line and that the cutting wheel is making steady and even progress through the hardened steel.

  1. Complete the Cut

Once you’ve cut through the hardened steel along the entire marked line, turn off the angle grinder and allow the wheel to come to a complete stop before setting it down.

Post-Cutting Steps

After successfully cutting through the hardened steel, there are a few essential post-cutting steps to follow:

  1. Allow Cooling

Give the cut steel some time to cool down, especially if you used a coolant. Hot steel can be a safety hazard, so exercise caution when handling it immediately after cutting.

  1. Inspect the Cut

Examine the cut surface for any imperfections, burrs, or rough edges. If necessary, use a deburring tool or a sandpaper to smooth out the edges for a clean finish.

  1. Clean the Work Area

Clean up the work area by removing any debris, metal shavings, or leftover coolant. Dispose of these materials safely to prevent accidents or contamination.

Conclusion

Cutting hardened steel with an angle grinder is a practical skill that can open up a world of possibilities for DIY enthusiasts and professionals alike. Whom The Teacher Is

Greetings in The Mighty Name of Jesus, The Christ!!!

Whom The Teacher Is

Proverbs 22:6 KJV

“Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it."

This Scripture holds the weight of Thousand’s Of Generations, yet is not Understood to the Gravity of this Scripture. Many think it is merely Care For A Baby, Washing the Hands, Going to Bed, Play Time, Chores With Pay, then we call ourselves parents. Yes I know that many do a lot more, but, you may not be doing Enough!

The above Scripture says to “Train Up”, that means from the time they are born until you are dead. Are you not still the Parent at 100 years old? The above Scripture says that when we do this, that when the Child is in Their Old Age that they will Not Depart, will Not Forget How To Live.

When we become Parents it is Expected of us, by God, to Teach our Children How To Live Godly IN ALL THEIR WAYS.

In today’s Society, Parents are not Parents, for most teach their children Fleshly Ways, such as Sports, Expressing Your Own Self, Disobedience To… Many of you THINK that Reading The Bible, no matter its Translations of Interpretation, going to a church(what denomination), sing in a Choir, working in a Food Pantry, and Social Societies makes you a Godly Person, Oh and it is only done when YOU HAVE TIME. Schools in their Activities, whether they be Sports or Choir or anything else takes Precedence Over All Things, including Parents Rights. Society has deemed that these Activities are Necessary For Society, that is, for the child to get ahead in this world! These things are a Destruction to Godly Living!!!

Now this message is not just about raising children, but is about the Examples, Teaching what  we do in Our Homes and into Society and the Faulty is upon The Men and Women.

If we, that is, The Blood Bought, would just do as The Father has laid out, we, The Blood Bought, would be in Control Of The World in a manner of speaking. The United States was supposed to be a Godly Nation, but it is so far from God that Satan is her Master, like many other nations are in the same boat.

There are a few things I will mention here, but there are more that could be said, but these are the Root to all of the others. If Look for a Bible Translation that you FEEL Comfortable with, then, you seek to Comfort Your Flesh, Not God.

2 Timothy 3:16 KJV

“All scripture [is] given by inspiration of God, and [is] profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:"

2 Timothy 4:2 KJV

“Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine."

These two Scriptures present a problem. The first when it says “All Scripture is given by Inspiration Of God”, this is Not referring to all of the Bible Translation’s that there are, but this is only speaking of the Original Word Of God in His Manner, in His Speech, in His Way. If the Original or a True Translation were to be followed, you would fall on your face in Repentance! The quote Translations of today are for The Flesh, Not to Understand God. There are many today that take the Masculinity of God  and changing it to a more Feminist Language, or even to a Non-Sexual Gender to use as a Bible, to Build a Relationship with God.

The thing that’s the most ignored from the Scripture is Correction. No one, since Adam, wants to be Corrected, to be Told What To Do, to be Reprimanded For Doing Wrong. Too many of you quote these Scriptures…

Luke 6:37 KJV

“Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven:"

John 8:7 KJV

So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her."

1 John 4:7 KJV

“Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God."

If you only Look at these Scriptures, then you have Believed in a Half Truth, which is a Lie in its Fullness. By Standing on these Scriptures, you have Over Looked, Over Run, put Beneath You, Walked In Disobedience to the Scriptures before these, that the Word is for Correction On How To Live. But, because of Your Lack Of Understanding, Your False Teachings, you Walk In Disobedience to God.

Our Society TEACHES to Love One Another, to ACCEPT One Another no matter What they Say, How They Live or What God They Believe in, we are TAUGHT to ACCEPT THEM…so has The Church done likewise!!! There is No Judgment In The House Of God any longer, there is No Fear Of God In The House Of God any longer…there is NO OBEDIENCE In The House Of God any longer!!!

Jesus made a very important statement…

Matthew 24:24 KJV

“For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if [it were] possible, they shall deceive the very elect."

Matthew 7:21-22 KJV

"21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. 22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?"

Luke 6:46 KJV

“And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?"

Understand this Church!!! There are among you False Teachings of a Savior, there are among you False Leaders, and all show you Signs Of There Authenticity Whom They Are and many of you are Deceived following after Lies and Hopes that are Not From God! The Key to Entering Heaven is Notched on both sides, one side is Jesus The Savior the other side is Jesus As Lord and they must both be together to gain entrance into Heaven.

Jesus said that if it were possible, that the very Elect Would Be Deceived, but, do you want to know why the Elect are Not Deceived??? Because they have made Jesus both Savior and Lord Over THEIR LIVES. This means they Walk and Talk as Jesus, they Walk and Talk IN Obedience to His Word and The Holy Spirit, they do not pick and choose how to Live Their Lives.

But they truly walk this Scripture out…

Galatians 2:20 KJV

“I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me."

These Men, Women and Children are Whom You Should be Taught By, for they KNOW the True Answer on How to Live Christ Like. These, ARE THE ELECT Of God!!! They, are Hated by the church(denominations) and The World and Satan!

Understand this Church, YOU, Not The Father, Not Jesus, Not The Holy Spirit have chosen HOW TO LIVE IN YOUR LIFE IN THE FLESH, JUSTIFING YOUR LIFE BY MAN and SATAN!!!

2 Corinthians 10:12 KJV

“For we dare not make ourselves of the number, or compare ourselves with some that commend themselves: but they measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, are not wise."

2 Timothy 4:3 KJV

“For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;"

Whom are you being Taught By? Is it by those who are Unmovable IN Gods Word, do they Correct you to Live Right, telling you What Sin is? Do they Rebuke Anyone??? Do they Reprove Anyone??? Have they Removed the Ungodly from Their Presence??? Whom ARE YOU BEING TAUGHT BY??????

Scriptures are very clear on How We Are To Live, but do you? You better remember what Jesus said, NOT everyone who Calls Him Lord will enter into Heaven and they will be cast into the Lake of Fire! Jesus said only, Only, ONLY those who do, Do, DO His Fathers Will… who’s Father, Jesus Father, will Enter Into Heaven. This goes  beyond Accepting Jesus as Savior, it MUST HAVE Lordship as well!!!

Brothers and Sisters… Wake up, Stand up, Start Doing, Start Being a True Child Of God by Walking in Obedience to His Word and The Holy Spirit. Do not just pick out what you Choose to Live, because whether you like it or not, YOU will be Judged by Jesus using The Whole Word and in that we are all equal!!!

Amen and Amen!!!

Concrete is a fundamental building material used in various construction projects, from roads and bridges to buildings and sidewalks. To shape and manipulate concrete effectively, construction professionals rely on a range of tools, including saws. When it comes to cutting concrete, choosing the right saw blade is crucial for achieving precise cuts and ensuring worker safety. While masonry blades are for cutting bricks and blocks commonly, many wonder if they can be used for cutting concrete. In this article, we will explore the suitability of masonry blades for concrete cutting, discussing their features, limitations, and the potential risks involved.

Understanding Masonry Bladesb0789ad80482b47f27cfb5d18825d8433a1f92c5.pnghttps://bsptools.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/图片9-310x300.png 310w, https://bsptools.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/图片9-165x160.png 165w, https://bsptools.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/图片9-24x24.png 24w, https://bsptools.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/图片9-36x36.png 36w, https://bsptools.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/图片9-48x46.png 48w" alt="Masonry Blades" width="302" height="290" />

Before delving into whether masonry blades can cut concrete, it’s essential to understand what masonry blades are and their primary functions. Masonry blades are designed for cutting through various masonry materials, such as bricks, concrete blocks, and natural stone. These blades feature a hardened cutting edge embedded with abrasive particles, such as diamond or carbide, to facilitate efficient cutting through these materials.

The characteristics that make masonry blades suitable for cutting bricks and blocks include their abrasive composition, robust construction, and the ability to withstand the hardness of masonry materials. However, when it comes to concrete cutting, several factors come into play that may challenge the effectiveness of masonry blades.

Challenges of Cutting Concrete with Masonry Blades

Hardness and Abrasiveness: Concrete is significantly harder and more abrasive than bricks or blocks. It contains aggregates like gravel and sand, along with cement and water, which combine to create a dense, tough material. Masonry blades, while effective for softer masonry materials, may not possess the required hardness and abrasion resistance to tackle concrete efficiently.

  1. Diamond vs. Carbide:While some masonry blades use carbide-tipped teeth for cutting, others employ diamond-tipped edges, which are more durable and efficient for harder materials. However, even diamond-tipped masonry blades might struggle with the extreme hardness of concrete, leading to reduced blade life and poor cutting performance.
  2. Heat Generation: Cutting concrete generates a substantial amount of heat due to friction between the blade and the material. Masonry blades, not being specifically designed for this purpose, may overheat quickly when used on concrete, potentially leading to blade deformation and reduced cutting effectiveness.
  3. Risk of Blade Damage:Attempting to cut concrete with a masonry blade can result in damage to the blade, which may lead to chipping or loss of abrasive particles. Damaged blades not only pose safety risks but also deliver subpar cutting results.
  4. Safety Concerns:Safety should always be a top priority on construction sites. Using a masonry blade for concrete cutting can increase the risk of kickback, which occurs when the blade binds or pinches during the cut, causing the saw to jerk backward. This sudden motion can lead to accidents and injuries.

Alternative Blade Options for Concrete Cutting

539f54b0c9aa8fd3619622563cfe6113af043027.pnghttps://bsptools.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/图片10-350x233.png 350w, https://bsptools.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/图片10-165x110.png 165w, https://bsptools.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/图片10-24x16.png 24w, https://bsptools.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/图片10-36x24.png 36w, https://bsptools.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/图片10-48x32.png 48w" alt="Concrete Cutting Blade" width="773" height="514" />

To address the challenges associated with using masonry blades for concrete cutting, it is advisable to consider alternative blade options that are specifically designed for this purpose:

  1. Diamond Concrete Blades:Diamond blades are engineered to handle the hardness and abrasiveness of concrete. They feature diamond-encrusted segments that are capable of slicing through concrete with precision and efficiency. Diamond blades come in various types, such as segmented, turbo, and continuous rim blades, each designed for specific concrete cutting applications.
  2. Wet vs. Dry CuttingDiamond concrete blades can be used for wet or dry cutting. Wet cutting involves using water to cool the blade and minimize dust, while dry cutting is suitable for situations where water is not practical. The choice between wet and dry cutting depends on the project’s requirements and environmental considerations.
  3. Blade Size and RPM: Selecting the right saw blade sizeand matching it to the saw’s recommended RPM (revolutions per minute) is essential for safe and efficient concrete cutting. Using the correct blade size and RPM helps prevent blade overheating and maximizes cutting performance.

Conclusion

In conclusion, while masonry blades are effective for cutting softer masonry materials like bricks and blocks, they are not well-suited for cutting concrete. Concrete’s extreme hardness and abrasiveness can quickly wear down masonry blades, leading to subpar cutting results, blade damage, and safety risks. To ensure efficient and safe concrete cutting, it is essential to use diamond concrete blades designed explicitly for this purpose.

When working with concrete, it is crucial to prioritize safety and invest in the right tools and equipment. Using the appropriate diamond concrete blade, choosing between wet and dry cutting methods, and following recommended blade size and RPM guidelines are essential steps in achieving precise and reliable concrete cuts. By doing so, construction professionals can ensure the success of their projects and maintain a high level of safety on the job site.

Sanding is a crucial step in metalworking, whether you’re shaping, smoothing, or finishing metal surfaces. To achieve the best results and ensure the longevity of your abrasive tools, it’s essential to choose the right sanding belt for the job. Selecting the appropriate sanding belt involves considering factors like abrasive material, grit size, backing type, belt dimensions, and safety precautions. In this comprehensive guide, we will walk you through the process of selecting the right sanding belt for metalworking.

SANDING BELT

Understanding the Basics

Before delving into the specifics of choosing a sanding belt, it’s essential to understand the basics of sanding belts, their components, and their role in the metalworking process.

Components of a Sanding Belt

  1. Abrasive Material: The abrasive material is the outer layer of the sanding belt responsible for removing material from the workpiece. Different abrasive materials are suited to specific tasks and metals.
  2. Grit Size: Grit size refers to the size of abrasive particles embedded in the belt. It determines the aggressiveness and finish of the sanding process. Lower grit numbers indicate coarser abrasives, while higher numbers represent finer abrasives.
  3. Backing Material: The backing material provides support to the abrasive layer and affects the belt’s durability. Common backing materials include cloth, paper, and polyester.
  4. Belt Dimensions: The dimensions of the belt, such as width and length, determine its compatibility with your sanding equipment.

The Role of Sanding Belts in Metalworking

Sanding belts are versatile tools used for various metalworking applications, including:

  • Material Removal: Coarse-grit sanding beltsare used to quickly remove material, such as weld spatter or surface imperfections.
  • Smoothing: Medium-grit belts are employed to smooth rough metal surfaces, preparing them for further finishing.
  • Finishing: Fine-grit belts help achieve a polished and smooth finish on metal surfaces, improving their appearance and functionality.

Now that we have a foundational understanding of sanding belts, let’s explore how to select the right one for your metalworking project.

Steps to Selecting the Right Sanding Belt

SANDING BELT

  1. Identify Your Metal Type

Different metals have varying hardness levels, which directly affect the choice of abrasive material. Common metals in metalworking include steel, aluminum, copper, brass, and stainless steel. Here’s a general guideline:

  • Steel:Aluminum oxide abrasive is a good choice for sanding steel.
  • Aluminum:Use a silicon carbide abrasive for aluminum to prevent loading.
  • Stainless Steel:Choose a ceramic abrasive for stainless steel due to its hardness.

It’s crucial to match the abrasive material to the metal you’re working on to achieve the best results without damaging the workpiece.

  1. Determine the Grit Size

The grit size of the sanding belt plays a significant role in the sanding process. Consider the following when choosing the right grit size:

  • Coarse Grits (24-80): Use coarse grits for heavy material removal, such as weld splatter or rust. They are less likely to clog but leave a rougher finish.
  • Medium Grits (100-180): Medium grits are suitable for smoothing out surfaces and removing minor imperfections.
  • Fine Grits (220-600): Fine grits are used for finishing, providing a smooth, polished surface.

Select a grit size based on your project’s requirements. If you’re unsure, start with a medium grit and adjust as needed.

  1. Choose the Backing Material

The choice of backing material affects the belt’s durability and flexibility. In metalworking, cloth and polyester are the most common backing materials. Cloth-backed belts are more durable and suitable for heavy-duty tasks, while polyester-backed belts offer more flexibility, making them ideal for contour sanding.

  1. Determine Belt Dimensions

Ensure that the sanding belt’s dimensions are compatible with your sanding equipment. Measure the width and length of your machine’s belt track to select the appropriate belt size. It’s essential to have a snug fit to prevent belt slipping or misalignment during use.

  1. Consider Specialized Belts

For specific metalworking tasks, specialized sanding belts may be required. These include:

  • Abrasive Belts with Grinding Aids: These belts are designed for cool grinding and reduced heat generation, making them suitable for heat-sensitive metals.
  • Waterproof Belts: If your project involves wet sandingor working in humid conditions, waterproof sanding belts are essential to prevent premature wear.
  • Non-Woven Belts:Non-woven belts are excellent for deburring and blending applications, leaving a consistent finish.
  1. Safety Precautions

Safety should always be a top priority when working with sanding belts in metalworking. Here are some safety precautions to follow:

  • Wear Appropriate Protective Gear: Use safety glasses, a dust mask, and hearing protection as needed to protect yourself from debris and noise.
  • Secure Workpieces:Ensure that the workpiece is firmly secured to prevent it from moving or spinning during sanding.
  • Maintain Equipment: Keep your sanding equipment in good condition, with no loose parts or damaged components.
  • Proper Technique: Follow correct sanding techniques to avoid accidents, such as not forcing the workpiece into the belt and maintaining a firm grip.

Conclusion

Selecting the right sanding belt for metalworking is crucial to achieving the desired results efficiently and safely. By considering factors such as abrasive material, grit size, backing material, belt dimensions, and safety precautions, you can ensure that your sanding process is effective and the final finish meets your expectations. Remember that choosing the appropriate sanding belt is a fundamental step in the metalworking process, and it can greatly impact the quality of your work and the longevity of your abrasive tools.

Pray, pray, and pray some more

There are some things that I have prayed for, many, many times, and I have yet to see an answer for them. Naturally I have questioned if maybe I have got something wrong in what I am praying for. It’s easy to recognise that praying for peace is right, and good health seems to be something that God wants for all of us. But what about praying for jobs, accommodation, companionship – yes, I believe the Lord wants everyone to prosper and be well. Perhaps a particular job might not actually be the best, or a certain relationship might not lead to the best outcome, but generally I do believe it is right to pray for blessings for those around us.

Having come to the point that I believe God wants to answer my prayers, I then must ask, well, why isn’t he? And if he isn’t, should I give up and find something else to pray for? I rediscovered some Scriptures recently that helped answer that question for me.

The first is the story Jesus told of a person who disturbs his friend at midnight to get some bread for an unexpected visitor. At least I assume he was an unexpected visitor, because if he wasn’t that would be even more annoying. And it was annoying, because the friend was in bed with his family, probably all in the one room, and to get up would have meant disturbing the whole family. And was it even an emergency? It wasn’t as if someone had fallen and needed immediate assistance. The man just wanted to get some bread for his visitor. And it seems that he was not going to give up easily, even when his friend informs him that he can’t get up and give him anything. And the reason that the friend does eventually get up and provide what is needed is, we are informed, due to the persons ‘shameless audacity’.

Jesus is telling this story when he has been asked to teach about prayer. He is clearly trying to teach his disciples that they need to ask, and keep on asking, when it comes to prayer. And that goes for us too. Not just for the big, important things, but also for those things that can seem insignificant. We are to have shameless audacity too, just like the person in the story who only needed three loaves of bread. Don’t be afraid to ask, and don’t be afraid to ask again, and again, and again.

Another story that Jesus told his disciples, again with the clear intention that they should always pray and not give up, is the story of the persistent widow. Jesus introduces a judge who obviously did not care about God or about other people. A widow kept coming to this judge asking him to give her justice against her adversary. Of course, the judge was not interested in helping her, but she kept coming back to him, and eventually he gave in just to get rid of her. The judge did not get fed up with her cries for justice the first time that she came to him. Nor the second time. Probably not the third or fourth times either. We are not told how many times of coming back to this judge were necessary before he had had enough, but it was probably several times. The judge realised that this widow was not going to give up until she received the answer that she required. Are we like that with our prayers? If we believe that we are praying for something that God wants to give us, then why do we give up before we receive the answer?

I had considered that you only need to ask for something once. I mean, “Ask, and it will be given to you.” But the New Living Translation has instead “Keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you.” I have experienced times when I knew that the Lord had heard my prayers, and that he was going to give me what I asked for, but they have been infrequent. Right now, I feel that the Lord is encouraging me to keep praying for those people I have been praying for, without seeing any clear response. I will keep praying for blessings for people who seem to struggle so much. I will keep asking for healing for those who are sick. And I do believe that one day my prayers will be fully answered.

Do You Know

Greetings in The Mighty Name of Jesus, The Christ!!!

Do You Know

Matthew 16:3 KJV

“And in the morning, [It will be] foul weather to day: for the sky is red and lowring. O [ye] hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not [discern] the signs of the times?"

Too many of you Cry, Weep, Moan for Jesus to Return. Too many of you Pray, Seek, Prophecy in Jesus Return, being fools among the Church! Too many of You Seek The Welfares Of The Lost to be Saved, when it is You Yourselves that need to be concerned of Your Own Salvation! Whom among you Cry, Weep and Moan for The Church? Whom among you Pray and Seek that The Church would Repent, to Return to their First Love?

Nowhere in Scripture are we told to seek for the Salvation of The Lost, except that of an Evangelist. We are told to go into the World and to Preach The Gospel , to Live The Gospel, but Preaching The Gospel is not the same as one Seeking The Lost. But in the Fullness Of Scripture we are told How To Live God’s Way’s, from the very beginning of time to the very end of time, we are told.

Yes, we are in a Time that SEEMS that it must be the Time Of Jesus to gather His People, but if you truly understood what Jesus told us of His Coming, you would know that it cannot be now…so then, why pray for His Coming?

First we must Understand that No Man, No Woman, No Child, No Angel, Not Jesus, Not The Holy Spirit, No Beast, No One, Nothing knows the Day, Hour, Year of Jesus Coming, except…!!!

Matthew 24:36 KJV

“But of that day and hour knoweth no [man], no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only."

The Father is the ONLY ONE who knows when Jesus will return. But we are told of The Season, meaning, what will be taking place in the World Around Us, that it would be like in the Days Of Noah. So then, Understand the Days Of Noah… it was a time that Men, Women and Children did NOT Seek The Father and His Ways, but were consumed with Their Own Fleshly Desires, in so much, that the Entire Earth was in this state…

Genesis 6:11-13 KJV

"11 The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence. 12 And God looked upon the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth. 13 And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth."

 1 Peter 3:20 KJV

“Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water."

2 Peter 2:5 KJV

And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth [person], a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly;"

Matthew 24:37-39 KJV

"37 But as the days of Noe [were], so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. 38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, 39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be."

We, Brothers and Sisters indeed are in Times that are not good, but this is just the beginning of what is to come. One of the things, there are more, that must come to pass, is the Persecution Of The Blood Bought. Some will say that it is happening here and there, but, this has been happening since the Time Jesus was Crucified! The Time Of Persecution Of The Body Of Christ will the in the Whole World Across Borders. In this Time, The Blood Bought will be Persecuted from within their own homes, by their own children and it will be to the Death Of Those Who Walk In Obedience, giving Their Lives for the Walk in which They Walk Is Godly, Professing Jesus As Lord, not just Savior.

Jesus said that We Must Endure, so then, What Must We Endure? Right now across the World Jesus can still be Preached, Men, Women and Children can still Worship, still Walk In Obedience and not be Killed for it, but there is a Time, a Season coming that We Cannot Do So…Around The World As A Whole!!!

Matthew 24:5-8 KJV

"5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. 6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all [these things] must come to pass, but the end is not yet. 7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. 8 All these [are] the beginning of sorrows."

Jesus said this is JUST THE BEGINNING of what is to come. We are indeed starting to see some of this, but not to the extent that Jesus has said.

Matthew 24:9-14 KJV

"9 Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake. 10 And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another. 11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. 12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. 13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. 14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come."

Matthew 10:16-23 KJV

"16 Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves. 17 But beware of men: for they will deliver you up to the councils, and they will scourge you in their synagogues; 18 And ye shall be brought before governors and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them and the Gentiles. 19 But when they deliver you up, take no thought how or what ye shall speak: for it shall be given you in that same hour what ye shall speak. 20 For it is not ye that speak, but the Spirit of your Father which speaketh in you. 21 And the brother shall deliver up the brother to death, and the father the child: and the children shall rise up against [their] parents, and cause them to be put to death. 22 And ye shall be hated of all [men] for my name's sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved. 23 But when they persecute you in this city, flee ye into another: for verily I say unto you, Ye shall not have gone over the cities of Israel, till the Son of man be come."

These thing just mentioned have Not come to pass, but need to before Jesus will return.

The following Scriptures are happening now, but not to the extent of what Jesus said…

Matthew 10:34-36 KJV

"34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword. 35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law. 36 And a man's foes [shall be] they of his own household."

So then, this message has a dual purpose, one to bring Understanding of What The Time and Seasons will be like when the Time Of Jesus Approaches, secondly that you NEED TO UNDERSTAND that in order for these thing to come to pass, you MUST BE WALKING IN OBEDIENCE TO THE WORD AND SPIRIT!!! If you are Walking in Obedience to The Word and The Holy Spirit, then the above Persecutions will happen to you, if you are Not Walking in Obedience to The Word and The Holy Spirit, then these things will Not Happen To YOU!

Jesus made a Dividing Line to His Coming and it is Not in saying Jesus Is My Savior…

Matthew 7:21-24 KJV

"21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. 22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. 24 Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:"

Do you NOT UNDERSTAND!!! You can Confess Jesus all that you want, but, if you are Not Walking In Obedience to His Word, to The Fathers Word and The Holy Spirit YOU WILL NOT BE SAVED!!! Jesus will tell those who Walk In Disobedience, to those who Falsely Claim Jesus As Lord Of Their Lives, that HE NEVER KNEW THEM. Our Salvation is not a mere Confessing that Jesus is Savior, but it is the latter part that will also determine Your Salvation, that is, Making Jesus Lord!

So then, what does it mean to say that Jesus Is Lord…

Lord is an appellation for a person or deity who has authority, control, or power over others, acting as a master, chief, or ruler.

If you do not have a Relationship with Jesus, that is, Jesus IS Your Savior and Your Lord, then you need to Examine Your Life. A Relationship with Jesus is liken unto a Perfect Marriage, between a Man and Woman as Scripture Portrays as such. The Man is Head with the Woman Submitting to The Man in All Things, so like is those who are Truly Saved. Those who are Washed with The  Blood Of Jesus, Jesus is now Their Savior, when We Walk In Obedience To The Word and The Holy Spirit then and only then does Jesus Become Lord.

This also means that The Word need not to be Re-Written for the sake of Man, but let us become to what is written at first. I do not need to Change The Word for My Understanding, but I NEED to Change My Understanding To The Word!!! We Need to Become, Become, Become just like Jesus, that He Walked In Obedience To The Father in ALL OF HIS WAYS, so must we also!!!

There is still time for you to Examine Your Self and to Weigh Your Self to God’s Word, to His Ways, to Repent. The Age Of The Gentiles is closing, the Time and Season for all of the above Scriptures to come to pass is fastly approaching. There are some who Believe that we will Not Endure Tribulation, for they are liars! Jesus said that we, who Walk In Obedience to Him will go through Tribulation before He Returns. I have seen bits and pieces of such Tribulation, here and there, but, Not the Whole Earth being filled with such things, Jesus will not return until the Whole Earth is in Tribulation. As in the Days of Noah, it was the Whole Earth filled with Sin, no one except Noah and his family Walk Righteously before The Father. Think about that…

2 Chronicles 7:14 KJV

“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."

This means Repent, Turn Away From Sin, Walk In God’s Ways, then and only then will we be Forgiven!!!

 Amen and Amen!!!

Causes of Damage to Concrete Saw Blades

  1. Abrasive Materials:Concrete blades are primarily designed for cutting through concrete, which contains abrasive aggregates like gravel and sand. When used on abrasive materials excessively, the blade’s cutting edge can wear down quickly. This wear is often characterized by a loss of cutting efficiency and a reduced blade lifespan.
  2. Overheating:Overheating is a common cause of damage to concrete saw blades. This can occur when the blade is used at too high of a speed or without adequate cooling. Overheating can lead to the blade’s core material softening or warping, causing permanent damage.
  3. Misuse and Improper Techniques: Using the wrong type of blade for a specific task or applying excessive pressure during cutting can lead to blade damage. Blades should be chosen based on the material being cut. Applying too much force can cause the blade to warp, crack, or become dull prematurely.
  4. Foreign Objects:Sometimes, construction sites may have debris or foreign objects embedded in the concrete, such as nails, rocks, or rebar. Hitting these objects while cutting can cause immediate damage to the blade, leading to chipping or breaking of the cutting teeth.
  5. Lack of Maintenance: Neglecting routine maintenance of the saw and the blade can contribute to damage. Blades need to be cleaned, inspected, and sharpened regularly to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  6. Using Dull Blades: Using a dull blade is not only inefficient but can also cause damage. Dull blades require more force to cut through materials, increasing the risk of overheating and blade wear. Additionally, a dull blade can result in rough and uneven cuts.
  7. Dry Cutting without Water: For wet cutting blades, running them without a proper water source can cause overheating and lead to damage. The water serves to cool the blade and reduce dust, making the cutting process more efficient and safer.

Signs of Blade Damage

Recognizing the signs of blade damage is crucial for addressing issues promptly and preventing further damage. Here are some common signs to look out for:

  1. Reduced Cutting Efficiency: One of the initial signs of blade damage is a noticeable decrease in cutting efficiency. The blade may take longer to cut through materials or produce rough and uneven cuts.
  2. Chipping or Cracking:Visually inspect the blade for any visible signs of chipping or cracking along the cutting edge. Even minor damage in this area can significantly affect performance.
  3. Warping: If the blade appears to have a distorted shape, it may be warped due to overheating or excessive pressure during cutting.
  4. Excessive Vibration: Damaged blades often produce more vibration during operation. Excessive vibration can be felt in the handle of the saw and can lead to operator discomfort and reduced precision.
  5. Unusual Noise:Unusual noises during cutting, such as grinding or squealing, can be indicative of blade damage or misalignment.
  6. Inconsistent Cuts: If the blade is creating inconsistent cuts, with some sections of the material being cut more smoothly than others, it may be a sign of blade damage or wear.

Preventing damage to concrete saw blades is essential to ensure their longevity and maintain job site efficiency. Here are some effective preventive measures:

  1. Choose the RightSaw Blade: Select the appropriate blade for the material you intend to cut. Different blades are designed for specific applications, such as cutting concrete, asphalt, or masonry. Using the right blade reduces the risk of damage.
  2. Follow Manufacturer Guidelines: Always follow thediamond tools manufacturer‘s recommendations regarding blade speed, cutting depth, and cooling methods. Adhering to these guidelines helps prevent overheating and blade damage.
  3. Maintain Adequate Water Supply: For wet cutting blades, ensure a consistent water supply to keep the blade cool and reduce dust. Proper water flow is crucial for preventing overheating.
  4. Regular Inspection and Maintenance: Inspect the blade before and after each use. Look for signs of damage, wear, or dullness. Clean thesaw blade regularly to remove concrete buildup and debris. Sharpen or replace blades as needed.
  5. Proper Cutting Techniques: Train operators in the correct cutting techniques to minimize the risk of damage. Emphasize the importance of using a steady and consistent feed rate without excessive force.
  6. Avoid Hitting Foreign Objects: When cutting, be cautious of embedded foreign objects like nails or rebar. Take measures to locate and avoid these obstacles to prevent immediate damage.
  7. Monitor Blade Wear: Keep track of the blade’s wear and replace it when it reaches the end of its usable life. Trying to extend the life of a worn blade can lead to inefficiency and potential damage.
  8. Regularly Inspect the Saw:Ensure that the concrete saw itself is in good working condition. A malfunctioning saw can put extra stress on the blade, leading to damage.
  9. Safety Gear: Provide operators with the necessary safety gear, including eye and ear protection. Safety gear can prevent accidents that could potentially damage the blade.
  10. Proper Storage:When not in use, store blades in a clean, dry, and secure location. Proper storage helps prevent blade damage from exposure to moisture or physical impact.

Conclusion

Concrete saw blades are indispensable tools in the construction industry, but they are not immune to damage. Understanding the causes of saw blade damage, recognizing the signs of damage, and implementing preventive measures are essential for maintaining both safety and efficiency on construction sites.
