Pilot Pattern Circular Linear Bearing LMFP

ISUTAMI LMFP pilot pattern circular flange linear bearings, also known as LMFP pilot pattern circular flange linear ball bearings or LMFP pilot pattern circular flange linear bushing bearings. LM is the code name of the Asian standard series in linear bearings, F is the meaning of circular flange, and P is short for Pilot Pattern. This model is suitable for Asian markets using metric units in Japan, Korea, Singapore, etc.

 

The material of  LMFP pilot pattern circular flange linear bearing bushing and steel ball is high carbon bearing steel. The ball retainer is made of metal steel, stainless steel or POM material, and the buckle, also called sealing ring (usually represented by U or P) , is made of NBR material. Pilot Pattern Circular Linear Bearing LMFP Features

The surface of LMFP pilot pattern circular flange linear bearing has no gaps or external stop grooves. There is a circular flange near one end of the bushing, and four circular connecting holes are evenly distributed in the flange part.,are used to fix bearings. ISUTAMI LM Asian series  linear bearing, its inner diameter (dr) and tolerance, outer diameter (D) range and tolerance, length (L) range and tolerance, flange perpendicularity, maximum radial eccentricity, basic dynamic load rating (C) range, basic static load rating (Co) range and other data is basically same as LMF circular flange linear bearing, LMK square flange linear bearing, LM standard linear bearing, LM-AJ adjustment linear bearing and LMKP pilot pattern square flange linear bearing. The specific parameters are shown in the table.

 

LMFP linear bearing, its flange diameter (D1) is larger than the bushing diameter, the range is 28-134mm; flange height (H) range is 5-18mm; because of the flange, the weight is larger than the LM standard linear bearing of the same specification and is consistent with the LMF circular flange linear bearing.

 

The basic static load rating of LMFP linear bearings is greater than the basic dynamic load rating, and as the size increases, this value gap is even widening, even up to 2 times.

 

The length of the bushing on the flange side is significantly smaller than the length on the other side, and the length of the shorter side,its length (I) range is 5-13mm, this side has a mounting guide, and the length of long side is L-H-I. The flange is matched with the corresponding module to make the shaft positioning simple, and it does not need to be installed in the matching bearing housing like non-flange linear bearing.
