Nylon is a preferred fabric for high-grade swimwear, sportswear, casual wear and underwear. White or light-colored fabrics are very easy to produce yellow in high-temperature treatment (such as hot stereotypes, high-temperature die, etc.) or in the transport, storage process, so the nylon fabric must be yellowing-resistant finishing.

 

The PH value of additive solution has a great effect on the effect of yellowing resistant agent, and the stronger the PH value is, the better the effect of the phenol-yellowing is. This is due to the difference in the charge of polyamide fiber under different PH conditions. The stronger the acidity is, the stronger the positive resistance is, and the stronger the adsorption ability of the anion-type yellowing resistant agent is.
