In addition, I would like to remind everyone that in addition to the use of big air industrial fan, the following points should be noted when storing food:
(1) The places and equipment where food is stored shall be kept clean. Equipment should be free of mold spots, rat marks, flies, cockroaches, and should not store toxic or hazardous materials (such as rodenticides, detergents, disinfectants, etc.) and personal household items.

(2) Food should be classified and stored in separate shelves. It should be more than 10cm away from the wall and the ground, and should be inspected regularly. The use should follow the principle of first-in-first-out, and the deteriorated and expired food should be removed in time.

(3) The temperature of food refrigerated and frozen storage shall respectively meet the temperature range requirements of refrigeration and freezing.
