How To Know God's Perfect Will For Your Life

Like most dedicated Christians, I’m sure you want to be used by God. How can we know God’s will for our lives? Taking that statement a bit further, how can we know God’s perfect will for our lives?

There are usually 2 major reasons people give for not being used by God. The first is their mindset is, why would God want to use me? The second reason is they feel they don't have any worthy skills or talents.

Let me just share some of my testimony. My wife and I were children's evangelists early in our marriage. We didn't know a thing about puppets, storytelling, scheduling, you get the idea. For 8 years full time on the road, we saw 100s of children, teens, and adults come to the Lord. For the past 28 years I have pastored the church where we are now.

I don't know how many times through the years I have asked the Lord, "Who am I that You would use me?" His answer has always come back something like this; "You are a child of God called to work for His kingdom." You also are a child of God called to work for His kingdom!
