All-trans-Retinal (Retinaldehyde, RAL), also known as vitamin A aldehyde, is retinol oxidized derivatives, It is produced by oxidation fracture of beta-carotene, which is reduced to retinol and oxidized to retinoic acid. Retinoic acid has A wide range of functions in skin diseases, but due to local stimulation, Its clinical application was limited. Retinal is an intermediate metabolite of natural retinoic acid, which bio-activity is similar to retinoic acid, and the skin is significantly more resistant to it than retinoic acid.

The application of A large number of non-physiological doses of exogenous retinoic acid may lead to the excess of retinoic acid dependence pathways in the skin, which can cause skin irritation and other adverse reactions. ISUTAMI KBF-L long circular flange linear bearings, also known as KBF-L long circular flange linear ball bearings or KBF-L long circular flange linear bushing bearings. KB is the code name of the European standard series in linear bearings, F is the meaning of circular flange, L is the abbreviation of long. It is suitable for the market of using metric units, such as Germany and France.

The material of KBF-L long circular flange linear bearing bushing and steel balls are high carbon bearing steel. The ball retainer is made of metal steel, stainless steel or POM material, and the sealing ring, usually U or P represented, is made of NBR material. The ball retainer is mounted inside the bushing together with the steel balls and sealed with a retaining ring from one side or both sides of the linear bushing.

Long Circular Flange Linear Bearing KBF-L Features

The outer bushing surface of KBF-L long circular flange linear bearing is a complete one. There is no outer stop groove, and a round flange at one end of the bushing. The flange part is evenly distributed with four connection holes for fixing the entire bearing. The number of ball rows of KBF-L European metric series linear bearings supplied by ISUTAMI varies according to the bearing size, and ranges from 4 to 6 columns. Inner diameter (dr) range and tolerance, outer diameter (D) range and tolerance, length (L) range and tolerance, maximum radial eccentricity, basic dynamic load rating (C) range, basic static load rating (Co) range, etc., are all consistent with KB-L long linear bearing, KBK-L long square linear bearing, KBFC-L long centered circular flange linear bearing, KBKC-L long centered square linear bearing. The specific parameters are shown in the table.

In addition, the diameter (D1) of KBF-L circular flange is larger than the diameter of the bushing, ranging from 32 to 132 mm, which is consistent with the KBF circular flange linear bearing; the height of the flange (H) ranges from 5mm to18mm. This data is consistent with KBF circular flange linear bearing, KBK square flange linear bearing, KBK-L long square flange linear bearing. Because it has a flange, the weight is bigger than KB-L of the same specification.

The KBF-L circular flange linear bearing has a circular flange with a fixed bearing as a whole, and the corresponding module makes the axial positioning simple. It does not need to be fixed in the matching bearing seat like the linear bearing. Therefore, it has become very economical, and the overall weight of the linear bearing assembly has been reduced, and the operation is smoother.

Unlike ball bearings, the basic static load rating of KBF-L long circular flange linear bearing is greater than the basic dynamic load rating, and as the size increases, this value gap is even larger, even three times.
