Description of Valve Spares

Valves are pipeline accessories used to open and close pipelines, control the flow direction, and regulate and control the parameters (temperature, pressure, and flow) of the transport medium. According to its function, it can be divided into Gate Valve, Plug Valve, regulating valve, Butterfly Valve , Disc Check Valves , Pinch Valve , Globe Valve and so on.

Valve Stems

The valve stem is an important part of the valve and is used for transmission. It is connected to the actuator or handle. The valve directly moves or rotates below to achieve the valve switching or adjusting.

Valve Stem Caps

Valve Stem Caps can be easily tightened or loosened using appropriate tools and prevents air from escaping. These metal caps come with a rubber washer or an o-ring to seal the valve completely

Valve Trims

The valve trim(Plug) is a valve part whose basic function of the directional control, pressure control or flow control is achieved by the valve body being moved by the valve trim.

Valve Seat Rings

The Valve seat rings made from the quality alloy steel via CNC turning. The ring is precise dimensions as well as high corrosion resistance.

Valve Tappets

Valve tappets are made from forging and precision machining, grinding. All pump tappet were head-treated, and the hardness are above 58-60. Some custom require TD coating to prevent the wear face wear out.
