As an important part of sand and gravel production line, sand making machine plays an irreplaceable role in the whole machine-made sand production, so the stability and durability of its components are particularly important to the life of sand making machine and the investment of customers.
It is generally believed that impeller device, which plays a decisive role in sand making machine for material injection, is an important component of sand making machine, and its working stability determines the working efficiency of relevant conveyors, feeders and sorters.
The following aspects should be paid attention to:
1. Before start-up, the inspection door of whirling chamber should be closed tightly, mainly to prevent the material from rushing out of the observation door of whirlpool chamber and causing safety accidents.
2. Check the rotation direction of the impeller from the direction of the feed inlet. The impeller should rotate anticlockwise, otherwise the motor wiring should be adjusted. This is an area that needs special attention.
3. The start-up of the production line should also pay attention to a certain sequence. Generally, it is suggested that the starting sequence of sand making machine and conveying equipment is: discharging → sand making machine → feeding; the crusher must be started with no load, and feeding can be carried out after the crusher operates normally. The shutdown sequence is opposite to the start-up sequence.
4. The feeding particles shall be strictly in accordance with the specified requirements. It is forbidden to enter the crusher with materials larger than the specified ones. Otherwise, the imbalance of the impeller and excessive wear of the impeller will be caused, and the impeller channel and the central feeding pipe will be blocked, so that the crusher can not work normally. If large pieces of feed are found, they shall be discharged in time. There are also to prevent the non broken materials (such as metal) into the crusher.
5. When the discharging equipment stops, the feeding should be stopped in time, otherwise, the impeller will be crushed and the motor will be burned.
6. The lubrication of the machine is dry oil lubrication, and the amount added is 1 / 2-2 / 3 of the bearing cavity. When the crusher works every shift, add appropriate amount of grease. The maintenance and monitoring of bearing should be paid attention to when the running machine is overhauled.
7. In order to ensure the high energy-saving efficiency of the sand making machine, the tension force of the driving V-belt of the sand making machine should be adjusted appropriately to ensure the uniform force of the V-belt. When the belt is driven by two motors, the triangular belt on both sides should be selected in groups, so that the length of each group is as consistent as possible. When parking, pay attention to the wear of impeller and other parts, and replace the vulnerable parts in time.
In addition to the above, in the configuration process of the entire production line, the coordination of various equipment should be considered. In the selection of equipment, attention should be paid to combining with the actual situation, so as to maximize the potential of each equipment.
