Our company produces a new type of liquid organic acid anhydride curing agents for epoxy resins with excellent performance Methyl tetrahydrophthalic anhydride (MTHPA, MeTHPA). Because the anhydride hardener     has better heat resistance and chemical stability than the amine curing agent, and can maintain excellent physical and electrical properties at higher temperatures. In recent years, it has been insulated with the motor, electronics and electrical industries. PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES:

-High purity and light color: The color of epoxy resin products is light yellow, which can be directly produced or produced into various colors required.

-Low viscosity: Good processing properties for casting, potting, winding, bonding, lamination, impregnation, molding and dipping. A large amount of filler can be added during casting to make the cured product excellent in performance.

-Stable performance, low solidifying point, long application period: long-term storage at room temperature.

-Low toxicity: Toxicity is only one-twentieth to one-fortyth of the amine curing agent.

-Low volatility: Sealed preservation.

-Low heating loss.

-Good mutual solubility: This product can be miscible with all epoxy resins, the mixing viscosity is low, and the shrinkage rate of the system is small when heated and cured.

-Application: More suitable for white encapsulation.
