Manipulator

Transverse manipulator

The transverse manipulator is driven by cylinder, and the route can be adjusted. The traditional and precise structure is cost-effective, which can complete the clamping and assembly during the process. ​

Turntable linkage high-speed manipulator

Driven by two sets of servo motor and screw rod, the manipulator can move in X-axis and Z-axis direction. One X-axis action plus two z-axis actions are a cycle, the cycle time is 1.2s, which guarantee the speed, stability and accuracy of the manipulator, and can replace the traditional pneumatic manipulator.

90 Degree Transfer PPU

With cam structure, the automatic manipulator can complete horizontal and rotary movement via controlling the cam track curve. Driven by swing cylinder, it can achieve high-speed and high accuracy action, the cycle time≥0.6s.

U-type high-speed transfer PPU

With cam structure, the manipulator can complete horizontal and rotary movement via controlling the cam track curve. It can stop at any position within the range of its route via the combination of the stepping motor and the cam system, and the positioning accuracy is 0.02mm.

Adjustable transfer PPU

With cam structure, driven by external control system and rotary cylinder, the manipulator runs according to the scheduled track, which makes the X-axis can be adjusted, widen the route of pickup material and the range of application.

Transverse manipulator

The transverse and rotary manipulator completes the cyclic movement between the four stations under the drive of the cylinder to achieve fast feeding, which can replace the traditional manipulator. It is suitable for precise and stable assembly and feeding.

Transverse manipulator (with-multiple-grippers)

The transverse manipulator is driven by cylinder, which can be installed with multiple actuators. It is suitable for the detection, assembly and transportation of multiple station.
