Hybrid driver is what we call closed-loop control. It is a stepper motor plus encoder feedback to the driver. The driver can adjust the parameters, but the motion control algorithm is in it. The effect is not so good, otherwise there will be no pure servo product. But it solves some problems of stepper driver, such as long-term operation of motor heating, rigid and flexible adjustment, accuracy control. The characteristics of servo driver are fast response speed, fast moving speed, long service life, stable use without failure.
   
   3. The spindle converter and router machine have another important part: carving the spindle head. The cutting tool is driven by spindle rotation to realize cutting. The control of this spindle is realized by a frequency converter. Because the spindle speed is generally 18000-24000, belongs to the high-speed spindle, and the ordinary frequency can not meet it. It is necessary to have a frequency converter to increase the frequency, usually 300HZ-400HZ to adjust the spindle speed.
