ISUTAMI LM-L long linear bearings, also known as LM-L long linear ball bearings or LM-L long linear bushing bearings. LM is the code name for the Asian series in linear bearings, and L is the abbreviation for long. This type of bearing is mainly used in Asian markets where use metric units, such as Japan, Korea, and Singapore.
The bushing and steel balls of LM-L long linear bearing are made of high carbon bearing steel. The ball retainer is made of steel or synthetic resin POM material. The sealing ring, usually represented by U or P, is made of NBR.

Long Linear Bearing LM-L Features
The ball retainer is mounted inside the adjustable bushing together with the ball and sealed with a retaining ring (seal) from one side or both sides of the bushing to form linear bearings.
The bushing of LM-L long linear bearing is fully closed with an outer stop groove at each end. The number of ball rows of the LM-L Asian series linear bearings supplied by ISUTAMI varies according to the bearing size, ranging from 4-6 columns;
The inner diameter (dr) range is 6-60mm, and the inner diameter tolerance range varies with the inner diameter, and is mainly divided into four intervals of -0.01~0mm, -0.012~0mm, -0.015~0mm, -0.02~0mm;
The outer diameter (D) range is 12-90mm, and the outer diameter tolerance range varies with the outer diameter, which is mainly divided into -0.013~0mm, -0.016~0mm, -0.019~0mm, -0.022~0mm, -0.025~ 0mm five intervals;
The length (L) range is 35-209mm, and the length tolerance range varies with length, and is mainly divided into two intervals of -0.3~0mm and -0.4~0mm;
Themaximum radial eccentricity is divided into three grades of 0.015mm, 0.02mm and 0.025mm according to the bearing size;
The basic dynamic load rating (C) ranges from 43 to 770 kgf (basic rated life is 50 km);
The basic static load rating (Co) range is 54-2040kgf (basic rated life is 50km), which is twice that of LM standard bearings of the same specification.
LM-L long linear bearings are generally mounted to the corresponding extended linear bearing housings for use with linear shafts.
Unlike ordinary ball bearings, the basic dynamic load rating of LM-L long linear bearings is less than the basic static load rating, and this value can be expanded to nearly three times as the size increases.
Decomposition of each part of the linear bearing may result in the entry of foreign matter or adversely affect the assembly accuracy of each part. So do not disassemble.
