Hey Guys, it's me, Dr. B Let's consider some wiser food choices: Choose foods that are as close as possible to their natural state. Fresh fruit is more nutrient-dense than frozen fruit, which in turn tends to have more nutrients than canned fruit. The same goes for vegetables. Fruits and vegetables that was picked in their prime contain more nutrients than produce that was picked early and shipped across the world, ripening along the way (i.e bananas and peaches) And it probably goes without saying that fruit--fresh, frozen or canned, is preferable to fruit processed into any number of non-fruit forms.
