Leadership or Not
The Responsibility that Leadership has goes beyond what the common man or woman has received, for they are held at a much, much Greater Accountability to Jesus. It is Jesus whom Calls the True Ministers and they are Not from some College, have had Hands laid upon them, were Prophesied Over, have more Degrees then they have wall space for, NO, Jesus does not care of any of those things! When Jesus Calls, it is between Jesus and that Individual ONLY, having Specific Instructions to The Calling place upon them by Jesus.
Luke 12:48 KJV
“But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few [stripes]. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more."
To those who are thinking, “Well there Richard goes again…”, Understand this, if the Leadership bothers Jesus and it is He who has me write the message towards, then I would beware of your thoughts that deceive you! Understand this as well, there are only Five Offices that are chosen by Jesus and it Jesus alone whom makes Calls to men to carry out the Anointing He has placed on them. There are some, many, who do not Understand that going to a Collage getting a Degree, having a Mega church, does not mean that Jesus has Called this person, if fact, I would declare that Jesus has not!!!
Ephesians 2:19-22 KJV
"19 Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God; 20 And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner [stone]; 21 In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord: 22 In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit."
Understand this, there is NO OTHER FOUNDATION that be laid, then that of The Apostles and Prophets, having Jesus the very Corner Stone Of Doctrine. There is only One Foundation and One Jesus.
A quick lesion on the Five Offices, Apostles make sure The Word Is By God To Live By, they Affirm The Word, Prophets give Godly Direction, Evangelist Preach to The Lost to bring them in to The Kingdom Of God, Pastors are there to Oversee the Flock making sure No Other False Doctrine enters into The Church, the Teacher brings Understanding to The Foundation that has been laid. If anyone that says they have been Called by Jesus to do this or to that and does not fit even this simple crude example, then flee, for they have not been Called By Jesus!!! Also, if you think that Jesus got rid of The Apostles, Prophets, Evangelist and has made the Pastor Head, think again…
Ephesians 4:11-16 KJV
"11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; 12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: 13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: 14 That we [henceforth] be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, [and] cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; 15 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, [even] Christ: 16 From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love."
These Offices have One Agreement, that is, verse 13, “Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ” and why are these Offices so very important, verse 14, “That we [henceforth] be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, [and] cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;”. These Offices have not died off, but only that of man’s hand have they been shunned into the Appearance of Not Existing.
Brothers and Sisters you need to Ask Questions of Whom Watches over you. Why should you even care, because it is Their Doctrine They Teach You. An Example, I am Called By Jesus as an Apostle, I do not care rather you Believe it or Care about it, makes No Difference to me, it is Not You that I have to answer to. But, My Calling is not to Build a New Foundation, but to make sure that the Original Foundation Stands and to Restore How We are to Live. The following Scriptures are only a part of what Jesus spoke to me on the night He Called me.
Isaiah 58:12 KJV
“And [they that shall be] of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in."
Ezekiel 33:7 KJV
“So thou, O son of man, I have set thee a watchman unto the house of Israel; therefore thou shalt hear the word at my mouth, and warn them from me."
My Calling as an Apostle, is to The Church, not the lost, but still do if the moment arises. The Church of today is a far cry to what it is supposed to be. The Church today is a Mockery to the Price that Jesus Paid to Forgive Your Sins and Bearing The Punishment of Our Sins. If you go and talk to most Unbelievers they will tell you they do not want any part of such a thing and it is not because of Jesus, but it is because we have Slandered The Name Of Jesus by being Examples of Reprobates, having some many point of Doctrine that NO One knows the Truth any more, but only that we are being told from a Pedestal.
Have you Not been taught that You, the Born Again, Blood Bought, are to Pray for those who are in these Offices, why?, because they Watch Over Your Souls and will be Held Accountable By Jesus on Their Works Watching Over You.
Hebrews 13:17 KJV
“Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that [is] unprofitable for you."
This is one of those dual Scriptures that deals with both the Heathen and Godly, but I am speaking of only the Godly at this point. The Five Offices have The Rule Over You that you Walk In Obedience to Jesus, His Word and The Holy Spirit that The Father will be Glorified! The Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor and Teacher whom Jesus has Called and Anointed for their Calling, will give an Account of Your Lives and a Account of The Calling they received by Jesus.
Very few have I found that are truly Called into an Office make a stand, most are afraid of what people will say and do to them if they were to confess their Calling. Most have been forced to Submit to others over them instead of Submitting to Him who sits upon The Throne, that is, Jesus!!!
Brothers and Sisters if you are in a church that cares more about Sports then The Word, run, if the church that you are at is Overseen By A Board, run, if the church that you are part of has a pastor living beyond normal means, run, if the church that you are a part of thinks giving to someone in Africa is their Evangelistically Obligation, run, if the church you belong to does not Point Out Your Sin, run. See the True Church would have none of these things, because they are Not Part Of The Foundation that we are to Live, but these are The Foundations that Man and Satan would have you Believe!!!
See, I belong to an Elite Group who truly Understands what is at stake. We do not care about Sports, Politics, the Rich and Famous, Denomination You Belong To, we only care about Jesus and You Walking In Obedience to The Word and The Holy Spirit. We do not care rather you like us or not, we will Speak The Truth at any cost. For when we Stand before Jesus to give an Account of Your Souls, it will not be us who will be ashamed, but it will be all of who did not Hear, did not Obey, did not Repent.
As I spoke to someone this week, who said, to Love Family then God, I Corrected Sharply, for if We Love Jesus First and Obey Jesus First they if Our Families follow Our Lead then Jesus will take care of Our Families. As one being Called, I will always point you to Jesus First in every situation that arises and so would that other four. If your Leaderships Heart is not Sold Out to Jesus, having Him First in All Things, then you are not following a Godly Leader whom was Called By Jesus, but one who has been Bought and Sold for something much less!
In closing I want you to really think about the following…
Ephesians 4:3-6 KJV
"3 Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. 4 [There is] one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; 5 One Lord, one faith, one baptism, 6 One God and Father of all, who [is] above all, and through all, and in you all."
There are estimated 350,000 churches in the United States alone, with an estimation of over 200 Different Denominations. There is something that is terribly wrong with this picture…wouldn’t even you say?
