What is the airtightness of clear plastic medical bottles? Simply speaking, it is tested according to relevant national standards. For example, the reliability of detecting the plastic bottle seal of a capsule is obtained by taking a certain amount of capsule plastic bottles, and each bottle is filled with a suitable amount of glass balls and screwed the cap. Then, place it in a container with a suction device, immerse it in water, and evacuate it to a vacuum of 27 kPa for 2 minutes. There must be no water or bubbles in the bottle. Of course, to ensure that the airtight plastic bottle capsules are indexed, some other economic indicators such as sex, moisture resistance, and moisture control are needed to ensure the quality of the shelf life products.

Nowadays, there are also machines for introducing a seal tester on the market. The vacuum of the principal chamber of the vacuum cleaner is used to make the sample of the medicinal plastic bottle submerged in the water producing a pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the sample, and the gas inside the sample is observed to escape to determine the sealing performance. Or through the vacuum chamber of the vacuum, make an inside and the outside pressure difference of the sample, observe the inflation of the sample, and the recovery of sample shape after vacuum release, in order to determine the sealing performance.
