When CNC Router is used to process workpiece, if the operation is improper or the cutter path is not designed properly, sometimes there will be overrun alarm. The alarm indicates that router machine has reached the limit position in the process of operation. So, when this problem arises, how should the alarm be released?
 
Firstly, all the motion axes are automatically set in the point motion state when the overrun occurs. As long as the manual direction key is kept down, the connection motion state can be restored at any time when the CNC machine leaves the limit position (i.e. the overrun point switch). Secondly, when moving the worktable, attention should be paid to the direction of movement, which must be far away from the limit position. Thirdly, the soft limit alarm needs to clear XYZ in the coordinate setting.
 
However, no matter how to remove the alarm failure, we should try our best to avoid this problem in the process of CNC Router Machine operation. So we need to pay attention to the following points before and after routine use of router machine, which can completely avoid over-range alarm of engraving machine.
 
Before carving, first simulate whether the size of the figure involved exceeds the processing range; secondly, check whether the connecting line between the motor shaft and the screw of the CNC machine is loose; if so, tighten the screw; do these two jobs well, and you can avoid the problem.
